He 100% delivered and did a fantastic job adjusting the music to match the vibe of our crowd and appeal to guests of all ages. To the surprise of my husband and I, the dance floor was full from beginning to end. Jerald kept our guests dancing and laughing all night long and even hopped out of his DJ booth to join a few times! He truly brought the energy and was THE life of the party. From the music as guests came to sit down through to the dinner playlist to the incredibly, incredibly fun reception all the way through to a surprise set of wrap-up songs while we cleaned up at the end of the night. The last of which touched both me and my husband in its thoughtfulness. Jerald had everyone on the dance floor all night! We had a diverse wedding of ages and cultures and Jerald was so skilled at weaving the night together beautifully. From Mexican banda ballads to classic line dances to reggaeton alongside pop hits and golden oldies, everyone was laughing and dancing throughout the reception. He has an intuitive sense of how to balance the playlist while taking requests and to build up/respond to guests' energy that showed what a consummate professional he is as a DJ and host. He even had me rethinking what it means for a song to be one "everyone" knows, for which I am personally grateful. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the music was! And neither could we. The next day at our BBQ almost everyone said some variation of "how can we do this again so the DJ can come back?" Both for his musical talents and for his positive personality. He helped me keep my timeline, he worked with all of my vendors even my photographer complimented my hiring him, all of my announcements were on time and heard by all, and the dance??? You have access to your own portal to input information and song requests (which is good, because we changed things around 100 times) and always get a fast response from them if anything questions arise. Jerald made our special day run without skipping a beat, the flow and timing of everything was perfect. Everyone had a blast dancing and Jerald was able to keep the party going by engaging with our guests, too. We had multiple people ask where we found such a good DJ, I will forever recommend Jerald and his services with FTP Entertainment.

Jdubz was actively involved with all the dancers and throwing in his special touches to make sure everyone was having a good time. After the wedding a lot of people came up to me and stated how much they enjoyed the music and DJ. I was like that’s my guy JDubz! If anyone is looking for a DJ this is your guy. Even during the best man’s speech he put together on the fly a song that was being talked about. Love this dude.

We ended up having a rainy wedding day so we last minute had to move the dinner portion indoors and Jerald was positive and super adaptable from the moment he arrived to the last song on the dance floor! The cocktail hour music was excellent, and he did a great job announcing things to make sure guests knew what to do and where to go. During the reception, I felt so at ease as he introduced our wedding party and cued up the music for our first dance. Every moment felt fun, easy, and professional. Once the dance floor opened, the party really got started. JayDub knew just what songs to play to keep our guests going. His services included fun lighting with a disco ball, and everything looked SO COOL! He read the room really well, and when it was clear most of us were rusty on our Wobble, he joined the dance floor to teach us. We had such a fun time, and we highly recommend JayDub as your wedding DJ!

engaged, I knew at that moment we wouldn't go with anyone else. Jerald is an amazing host and MC, full of smiles, charisma and a great singing voice (when he jumps in occasionally) to boot! He is extremely professional and responsive, he was able to accommodate all of our requests from using custom files for songs, to playing special songs / introducing special songs that had meaning to us. FTP is the best there is!

The communication was outstanding! You’ll literally be walked through the entire day/ night (first on the website and then with Jerald to confirm… he and his team are available in between time too). We had a large wedding (190 people) from 2yrs old- 80yrs old and there was an amazing mix for all generations. From baby shark to 70s hits! But it was mixed so perfectly that you didn’t even realize you were dancing to a kids song at first 🤣. No one sat down, it was so fun! Everyone had an amazing time, especially us! For The People is the definitely for the people LOL ok that was corny but seriously, they absolutely understood the assignment ✅ They even reached out after the wedding to congratulate us again and make sure we were satisfied. I’m sure they have a lot of projects but they will truly make you feel like you are the most important couple of the year. I’m so happy they were able to make our day complete ❤️

He really knows how to work the crowd, but more importantly, how to read the crowd and change the music to keep the dance going. His pricing is incredibly reasonable, and honestly, I think he’s worth way more than what he charges (yes, Jerald, you’re worth it!). We had multiple guests come ask for his contact info to possibly use him in the future and one aunt mentioned the day after the wedding she ran into an engaged couple in the area and passed his contact info to them and highly recommended they book him for their wedding. I reached out to 6-7 DJ’s during our planning, and Jerald was by far the most responsive and professional in his communication. I would actually say out of all of my vendors, he was the easiest to communicate with, and brides, we all know how important this is to manage our stress! I gave him the wrong phone number to contact me (sorry!) and he just took control and got everything done despite the confusion. Jerald and FTP, thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing night! I don’t doubt we’ll be hearing about you from family and friends for years to come.

We had planned a “question game” with my husband and I but I forgot the list of questions I was going to bring. Leading up to our wedding day he was very easy to contact and always responded to texts and emails, and answered any questions! At our wedding he played everything we and the guests requested! And he also danced and sang along with us all night! After our wedding we had guests complimenting our DJ and asking for his information!
