Forage is a styled drink and snack cart for weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, and celebrations in Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. We specialize in two things: beautifully styled Drink Carts — from a mimosa bar to a custom cocktail build — and Snack Carts featuring charcuterie, candy, build-your-own snack mix, and more. Add a snack pairing to any drink cart, or book either on its own. Whatever you're picturing, we'll design around it. Every cart arrives fully styled with fresh ingredients, curated garnishes, fun touches, and polished presentation. For carts involving alcohol, our certified server stays on-site for the full service window, actively serving guests — this is not a drop-off or self-serve setup. We arrive early, handle everything, and break it all down at the end. You don't manage a thing. Forage was built by someone who spent 15 years in the corporate world managing complex projects and high-stakes implementations.
