course, their food is incredible! We found them at a local wedding show and it was the best thing we ever did was hiring their team for such an important day in our lives. They were always one time, ready to help, and put their heart and soul into their business, you can feel it!
I would highly recommend this company for your wedding or next big catering event! And they also have their own wedding venue in Cary, NC! We already had our venue booked when we booked them for catering, but I know they run both businesses well and they truly care about the couples and making their dreams come true! All of our guests were from out of town (midwest and north) and we wanted them to have a true "southern" cooking experience. Everything was top notch, the food was still HOT when served to us and their professionalism is unparalleled. Thank you FFF for totally delivering on the good food expectation I had for our special day. We would recommend you to anyone, anywhere, again and again!!!!

o have the hors devours at our cocktail hour and even made us an extra one that we loved at our tasting but didn't get to choose for our guests. They also plated our food and brought it out to us before everyone had been served so we had a chance to eat at the reception. They seriously go above and beyond for their couples! Looking around I noticed our guests were eating every last bite on their plates - they loved the food! Natasha and Chef John are professional, kind, organized and so easy to work with. anted them to cater our wedding. The Fords are consummate professionals: ethical, communicative, thoughtful, and above all else, great at their jobs.
Natasha and Chef John helped us work through a menu that could satisfy the picky palates of our 130 guests at a price point that worked for our budget. We had a plated buffet of steak and salmon with side dishes. Here's the challenge - our venue did not have a kitchen! Fords said, no problem! And it wasn't! The meats were perfectly prepared, the sides were scrumptious, and Chef John even made sure he brought the bridal party some appetizers during photography so we wouldn't starve either.
Here's the real recommendation though: We got married a month ago and I *still* get text messages from wedding guests raving about the steak and the salmon and wanting Fords' contact info as they are starting to look at the holidays. When you can make people remember wedding food, you're doing it right.
Bottom line: I can't say enough about this couple, both as caterers and as people. They have an eat local philosophy wherever possible, and will get your job done deliciously. Five stars for Fords Fluent 'N Food!

I would have a wedding every year if FFF would cater it! They were zero stress, amazing food and really made our day elegant and exactly what we wanted.
