We had such a wonderful experience with the Fordson Hotel for our wedding weekend! We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Fordson, had our hotel room block there, and arranged trans...portation through their shuttle service for our wedding day.
Kara was our primary contact for the rehearsal dinner and was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the planning process. We had around 50 guests, and the space was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The tables and chairs were already set up, and we were able to decorate the space ourselves to make it our own.
The rehearsal dinner itself was fantastic. The food was delicious and served buffet-style, and the bartender was great! They also provided microphones for speeches and had the Thunder game playing on the TVs, which was such a fun touch and perfect for our group.
Michelle helped us with our hotel block and wedding-day transportation and was also wonderful to work with. Booking through our room block was easy, and we were able to link it directly on our wedding website for our guests. We also chose to add a dedicated shuttle for our event, which made getting our guests to and from the Civic Center so much easier and was absolutely worth it for us.
The Fordson also went above and beyond with thoughtful touches for us as the bride and groom. We received an upgraded room and a bottle of champagne, which were such sweet surprises and made the weekend feel even more special.
We are incredibly appreciative of Kara, Michelle, and the entire Fordson team. Between the rehearsal dinner, hotel accommodations, room block, and transportation, they played such a big part in making our wedding weekend run smoothly. We felt genuinely cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend the Fordson to other couples planning their wedding weekend!
