Outdoor ceremony options include in front of the breathtaking 80-foot sycamore tree or with the charming brick mill as a backdrop. These picturesque outdoor spaces provide the perfect opportunity for a dreamy, nature-filled ceremony. Indoors you can exchange vows in the hall, flooded with natural light. The indoor space is 3500 square feet and is ideal for receptions or ceremonies of up to 150 loved ones. However, the venue can accommodate up to 250 people with some creative seating options. Forest Hall offers a recently renovated, comfortable changing suite in all wedding rentals and can be used for hair, makeup, or simply relaxing. Adjacent to the hall is The Sycamore, an upscale dining restaurant whose elegant lounge can be utilized as a groom's suite or pre-wedding hangout area. Services Offered The hall is operated by Yolo Entertainment Group NC, a local event company with over 30 years of running and catering weddings and events. Their experienced team is ready to make sure everything goes as planned. They will work with you to create, coordinate and execute every last detail. Their open vendor policy allows you to create the customized wedding of your dreams, tailored perfectly for you and your partner. You may bring in a caterer from the provided list, or work with the on-site caterers, 39 West Catering, to streamline your planning process. Booking this venue includes tables and chairs, wine barrels, draping, outdoor games, and WiFi. On-site parking and shuttle services are also available for your guests.

Forest Hall at Chatham Mills was the perfect venue for our 11.23.24 wedding. We fell in love with its rustic charm, natural light, historic feel, and gorgeous details like the market lights and handcrafted wood rectangle farmhouse tables. It created the warm, welcoming, and classy atmosphere we wanted for our intimate celebration with 70 guests. The venue team was incredibly helpful, and we especially appreciated the support of the 39 West catering crew. Danielle worked closely with us to finalize every detail, from the menu to the room setup, ensuring everything reflected our vision. On the day of the wedding, the 39 West team handled setup and execution flawlessly, and our day-of coordinator, Arnisha Gaither, plus other hired vendors helped bring it all together seamlessly. We loved the convenience and aesthetic of having everything onsite. The ceremony space, reception hall, bridal lounge, and Sycamore lounge (used as the groom’s suite) were all stunning, trendy, and thoughtfully designed. Forest Hall also provided all tables and chairs, giving us the flexibility to customize the setup to match our style. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique and beautiful the venue was, and it truly made the day feel special. We highly recommend Forest Hall at Chatham Mills to any couple looking for a space that combines natural beauty with flexibility and exceptional service. It exceeded all of our expectations and gave us memories to cherish forever!

Forest Hall is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space for different photo options, and great rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in. Having two rooms - one for the ceremony and one for the reception is great. The staff is also very helpful and willing to move things around and set up so that you can have your wedding exactly how you envision it. The only complaint I have is that they were not always communicative if you did not reach out first. But as soon as I did reach out, they were great, answered all my questions, and were incredibly helpful.

We love Forest Hall! It's a beautiful venue located in the heart of Pittsboro, North Carolina. You only need to add a little decor to enhance its rustic and welcoming feel. The size is great for a medium-size wedding (around 125 guests). The bridal suite has been recently renovated and provides a great wedding party entrance for indoor ceremonies and hangout spot during cocktail hour. They do require couples to have event insurance and a wedding planner, and the latter will be best to go through when communicating with the venue. Luckily, many wedding planners in this area have worked with Forest Hall over the years it has operated. We also recommend going with their in-house caterer, 39 West, for food and beverage.

We learned of Forest Hall from my MIL who had gone to a wedding there. When we got engaged we went for a tour and booked! They gave us a first responder discount, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also told us that they were renovating their bridal suite! The price point of the venue was perfect and the included chairs and gorgeous farm tables makes it even better. There are beautiful market lights that add the perfect ambiance to the space. The huge windows and original wood floors are beautiful. Greg and Danielle were amazing to work with and we appreciate how flexible and responsive they were. They had little touches in the bridal suite for all your emergency needs. You can also add on the lounge area for the groom and groomsmen. It is attached to The Sycamore, the restaurant next door (which is so good and you need to try as well). That space is perfect for the guys to hang out before the ceremony and makes for great photos. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony they have a lovely space outside to accommodate! I cannot recommend Forest Hall enough!
