Gina from Forest Lake Floral was amazing to work with! She was friendly and easy to work with. Our flowers were AMAZING and PERFECT! They were very fresh and even looked amazing the next day! I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful bouquet!

When planning my wedding I didn't know the first thing about ordering flowers or where to start. Since my husband and I always use Forest Lake Floral, the local florist, I naturally went to them and met with Gina to discuss my wedding flower ideas. Gina was great, she asked a bunch of questions that made me think about things I hadn't even thought of yet. She gave me a rough quote based on my ideas and told me to get back to her when I made a decision. I didn't even check anywhere else. I made up my list of flowers I needed and it was taken care of. The flowers were beautiful. She did such a fantastic job of arranging the bouquets, I really liked them! I had also ordered bunches of loose flowers so we could decorate the venue with them. I had placed my order well in advance of the wedding, so when I called to confirm the date and time of pick up a few days prior I was disappointed to hear that they would not be ready until a few hours after that time. I had to book a time to get in to the venue to decorate the day before the wedding, so it was very disappointing that the flowers wouldn't be ready until later. Ultimately, Gina did call and get the flowers for me in time to decorate, but the stress of this was one thing I really didn't need at that point, as you can imagine. The only other thing I wasn't happy with was that I was charged for the amount of flowers I ordered, but did not receive the amount that I paid for. I was told that they would reimburse me for them, but I didn't see or hear from them or receive a reimbursement. Lastly, my bouquet was only slightly larger than the bridesmaid's bouquets, yet it cost $100 more than those. That is something that didn't seem right. Next time I would ask a lot more questions and shop around a bit before booking. In the end, the flowers were beautiful, they were there in time for us to decorate and I am happy with the way they turned out.

I used Amy for my floral designer: she did a phenomenal job with all the bouquets, corsages, etc. She listened carefully to the theme of our wedding and her advice as to which flowers/colors was spot on. With eggplant (deep, rich purple) bridesmaid dresses along with ivory and lime green as accent colors, Amy designed the flowers with large, fragrant ivory garden roses, soft lavender roses and lime-green berries along with beautiful filler greens. She even made extra bouquets - AT NO CHARGE!! for our little flower girls in case they were too rough with the first ones! To top it off, she made a sweet little boutanier (sp?) for our infant, honorary ring bearer ... again, at NO extra charge! Amy was perfect in her creativity and skill. Also, VERY generous! I'm SO glad I didn't try to make the bouquets, etc. myself! This was worth every penny .... and the flowers lasted for another 2 weeks so we could enjoy them over and over again in vases!!

The overall service at Forest Lake Floral was above and beyond what I could have imagined. Karen K. was the florist for our wedding. It is obvious that she LOVES her job. She is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable. She was able to exceed every expectation I had. She met with me multiple times before our wedding and was so helpful and flexible with our ideas and with our budget. The flowers were just what we wanted and even held up all day.

They did a wonderful job supplying the flowers. They were fresh and looked beautiful. My bouquet was prefect it was so simple and exactly want I wanted.

Forest Lake Floral did a wonderful job of fulfilling my floral needs. All the flower arrangements and bouquets were fresh and beautiful. The price was reasonable, too. The delivery person had a list of every item to be delivered and where each item was intended to be placed. This vendor is very good at determining the best flowers to use to meet your budgeting needs.
