Forest Park Golf Course was the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner. The venue was beautiful & welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for our special occasion. The recently remodeled patio was a great place to hang out with friends & family before and after the meal. We were able to look out over the beautiful golf course and see parts of the Central West End skyline, which our out-of-town guests enjoyed.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, especially Tram-Anh, the Event Coordinator. The staff was friendly, attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our celebration memorable from beginning to end. The food was outstanding and received rave reviews from our guests.
Our family & friends felt comfortable, relaxed, and able to truly enjoy the evening together before the wedding, which in turn made our evening enjoyable as the hosts. The experience exceeded our expectations and help create lasting memories.

toured the venue and met Lexie. From that very first conversation, she made us feel like our vision for the day would truly come to life — and that feeling is exactly what led us to book. Shortly after, we began working with Tram-Anh, and she was nothing short of amazing. She answered every question promptly, made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire planning process, and brought such a positive, reassuring energy to every interaction. We always felt like we were in the best possible hands.
Because of the trust they built with us, we never had to worry about a single thing on our wedding day — we just got to be present and enjoy every moment. And enjoy it we did. The space itself is stunning, the food and beverage service was outstanding, and the flow of the entire evening was seamless. Our guests were blown away.
Lexie, Tram-Anh, and the entire Forest Park Golf Course team went above and beyond our expectations in every way. and make the days leading up to the wedding less stressful. Our coordinator Emma exceeded at this, answering every question and making every request possible. When we had some last minute changes the day before, she was able to accommodate them immediately. The food was wonderful, as well as the flow of the night from the itinerary Emma made. The venue was the perfect size for our 150 guest wedding, and the patio was great for those who wanted to step out for a bit or for kiddos to run around without disturbing others. All in all, we can''t recommend Forest Park enough! They helped our vision come to life!

eate the wedding we envisioned. We could not have done it without her. She was indispensable. She was calm, efficient, kind, responsive and hard working. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail and every minute was perfectly planned and executed.
The food was delicious. We have very picky eaters and drinkers. Tram-Anh helped us with all of our special food and beverage requests and changes. All of our guests were raving about the food. We had the duet seated dinner with steak and chicken. It was amazing. Sides, salad and bread were also excellent.
Tram-Anh and team were very flexible with the menu choices. They handled food allergies carefully.
Forest Park has a challenging policy for vendors on the day of the wedding. They are transparent about it but we didn’t realize how difficult it would be for our vendors. Once again, Tram-Anh worked with us and our vendors to make some draping and lighting considerations a reality even with these time constraints. As she promised, it all worked out.
There were some areas where we felt things were changed after we signed the contract such as decor packages but it may have been something we missed. The fees add up..so if you are considering this venue be sure to read everything and pay attention to the details.

It was truly the best meal that I’ve ever had at a wedding. It was exquisite. I’m thoroughly looking forward to my next reception there in October.

ridesmaids helping me all day! All of the staff was incredible and so fun! We got a few pics back of the staff in our Photo Booth, my husband and I LOVED it! So many guests commented on how fun and attentive the staff was. The food was to die for. I still have guests calling me raving that it was the best wedding food they’ve had! he wedding and she was so friendly and thorough in explaining all of the options and patient as we FaceTimed our out of state daughter for the meeting.
Tram-Anh was our event coordinator and her communication was excellent. She worked so hard to bring the vision to life while keeping within our budget. The tasting was great and carried out so much better than other venues we had heard about. Everything from the signature drink with a specific recipe, to the cocktail hour, the warm chocolate chip cookies, our special toast, the table settings, and the overall ambiance were so lovely. We are still hearing from guests about the champagne wall, the best tenderloin they have ever had, the patio, the staff, the flow of the evening!
We recommend this venue with the utmost confidence!

Our journey started when we met with Lexi for a tour and package review—she sold us immediately! Her warmth and professionalism set the perfect tone.
Once the contract was signed, we were assigned a Venue Coordinator, Maddie. Maddie was phenomenal. She helped us select every detail and truly brought our vision to life. She was always quick to respond to our many questions, and her feedback and advice were invaluable throughout the entire planning process. She was an absolute dream to work with!
On the day of the wedding, Maddie was truly on top of everything, ensuring our reception timeline flowed perfectly and seamlessly.
Beyond the incredible service, the venue itself is beautiful, and the room looked stunning for our reception. And the food? It was absolutely amazing! We are still receiving compliments almost a week later—people simply cannot stop talking about how great the meal was.
We would pick Forest Park Golf Course again and again, and recommend them endlessly. Thank you, Maddie and the entire team, for making our wedding dream a reality!

food, bar, and so much more! They also provide a “preferred vendors” list which helped tremendously to narrow down our other vendor choices.
Maddie was our venue coordinator and she was very easy to work with! She was always quick to respond and keep us in the loop on things. Another great part of this venue is that they will set up your decorations for you, you just need to drop off your stuff the week before and they will take care of the rest!
We got a lot of compliments from guests on how much fun they had at our wedding and how wonderful the food was. We loved our wedding day are so glad we went with Forest Park Golf Course!

d she was so wonderful. Very sweet, organized, answered all of questions that would pop up very thoroughly, and was fantastic in every way the day of. The food and drinks were top tier and have since heard so many compliments on it being “the best meal at a wedding I have ever had.” The ceremony space was beautiful with all of the flowers, greenery, and the water behind- and I loved having all the events of the day at the same location (we had many who traveled in). My vision was executed perfectly and had no reservations leading up to it that it would turn out anything but. Forest Park was unfortunately hit by a tornado just 2 weekends before our wedding and they could not have worked harder to make the outdoor space look as if nothing had just happened. Tram-Anh and her team will make you feel confident and taken care from the planning beginning stages all the way through to your special day. I wish I could relive this day again and again!

il was perfect leading up to our big day. We had gorgeous greenery hanging from the ceilings that their team had hung for us, and it made us feel like we had our own perfect garden just like we wanted. The service was incredible and their team works like a well oiled machine that just keeps getting better. The culinary staff blew our guests out of the water! We still have guests almost three months later tell us it was the best meal they have had all year! Everyone on staff at Forest Park made us feel like we were family and we had the best day because of them. Our whiskey and tequila tasting on the veranda was also a huge hit! Lexi, Tram-Anh, Michael, Charley and the entire culinary team all went above and beyond for us and we could not be more thankful for them. We love you guys!

am-anh was so the BEST! From the time we booked the space, she was available to answer our questions big and small, and she gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the day. We ended up having a bigger group than we originally anticipated (Head table of 16 + 214 guests), and even though it was a bit of a tight fit, Tram-anh and her staff situated the space so that the night flowed smoothly! All of our guests were so pleased with everyone they interacted with while at the reception!
I would enthusiastically recommend this space! They are professional, so helpful, and really helped to make our wedding a beautiful and memorable experience.

She went above and beyond to make our wedding day just what we wanted and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with her! A week before our wedding, the park and venue were hit by a tornado. We were unsure if our wedding would even be able to take place but the venue contacted us to assure us that they would be able to make things work. Instead of cancelling on us, the team worked incredibly hard to clean up the debris, repair damages, and beautify the space. I cannot thank them enough for all of the work they put in to make our wedding happen despite all of the challenges. We are so grateful that FPGC was able to host our big day and we cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. Their professionalism, compassion, and diligence is top notch!

She kept checking in on us and asking if we needed/wanted anything, which we so appreciated! The wedding day goes so fast, I definitely recommend having a Tram-anh to help it flow smoothly!
The food was AMAZING, and Chef was willing to work with us on a custom menu. We had hot dogs and mini sliders amongst other things, and everyone kept raving about the food all night! ked perfect on the day of, she made planning such a breeze. It was awesome to drop off decor the day before and to have so many elements such as linens, chairs, flatware, etc included in the price and offerings.
However, the wedding day was what blew us away. We received countless compliments on the food with many people saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We chose a salmon and steak duet plate, and multiple people complimented how perfectly the steak was cooked which is not an easy feat. Guests also loved the champagne wall upon entering, the complimentary water station, the outdoor space for socializing, and the gorgeous wall of string lights. As the bride, I felt so taken care of by the staff, and really appreciated how they made sure we got to try all of our food including our cake. The staff and service are truly top-tier.
I’m so happy and thankful we chose the space for our St. Louis wedding and recommended to any fried looking for a beautiful space and an stress-free day!!

manager to each couple, who works with the couple throughout the lifetime of their planning and is there on the wedding day. We've worked with both Madison and Tram-anh through our couples' wedding days. They are both INCREDIBLE. These ladies are more qualified than the majority of venue managers that I've worked with in the St. Louis area as a coordinator. They allow couples to drop off their decor pieces early, set-up the decor items for them, and so much more. Their professionalism is elevated to another level that speaks volumes about how much they care for a wedding day. When you're on-site the entire staff from back-of-house to servers and bartenders to their catering managers are TOP-TIER and provide a luxury level of service to the guests, but also showed incredible kindness and partnership to their vendors. Their entire team was one unit and I was so consistently impressed by them at every turn. Their food was incredible and their chefs were so much more than overprepared for random last-minute dietary "surprises". As a planner/coordinator that doesn't always see this level of service and partnership at venues, it was a joy to work with them and would choose to work with them time and time again.

was so kind to work with and very professional at her job. She was quick with email responses and was extremely flexible with anything we wanted! Madison made sure we were taken care of and made our wedding experience so fun and memorable. She is amazing at what she does and we have nothing but great things to say.
The whole staff worked so hard and we appreciate every one of them! Every staff member was so friendly and did an amazing job accommodating all of our guests!
The food itself was absolutely phenomenal. Guests were raving and still are about how great everything tasted!
The venue itself is unique and beautiful. From floor to ceiling windows, a fireplace, champagne wall, huge outdoor area and the twinkle lights… we fell in love with it all!
Again, we can’t thank Madison enough for the incredible experience! You won’t regret having your wedding at Forest Park Golf Course!

way by their attention to detail and customer service. Maddie Massoth was our coordinator from Forest Park and went above and beyond! By far the BEST onsite venue wedding coordinator in St. Louis that I have ever worked with!!! She was more than accommodating by letting the family drop off items prior to wedding day, let us come see the venue multiple times and listened to our every need (with a smile). What really blew me away is that she offered and willingly set up the reception decor for us and didn't miss a single detail! This NEVER happens at venues (normally it is a scramble the morning of) and her doing that was beyond helpful. Maddie is a keeper and going places! Cannot say my praise enough about her! Besides Maddie, the whole staff was on point. Timeline was kept down to the minute. The food was AMAZING. Very high end service, as you would see at Ritz/Art Museum/Westwind Hills...but dare I say maybe even better? Go Forest Park Golf Course!

The scenery and venue speaks for itself when you see it, but the behind the scenes work done by the people there (we were lucky enough to work with Tram-Anh, and Lexi) sets this venue apart. They worked so hard to make our big day exactly how we envisioned it. Having our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception all in one place made our day flow so smoothly. I was pretty organized and shared a lot of information with her prior to the day- of, and she was able to perfectly execute my vision for the decor and timeline.
The food was great, the staff was very helpful and speedy with service, and the cost of the event seemed very reasonable in comparison to many other St. Louis venues.
I would highly recommend Forest Park Golf Course for your day!

winkle lights on one side and a lovely covered patio on the golf course side. We had 111 guests and were quite comfortable with plenty of room to dance and roam around. There is an open bar and the bartender was quick and the drinks were well made. The food was outstanding with steak and salmon and a pretzel bar at the end of the night! Our coordinator was Maddie and she was very professional and accommodating. She was flexible in meeting with us on short notice and never complained. It was an amazing experience!

Maddie did more than we could ever have hoped for as our coordinator, helping us with decorating ideas, arranging all of the details, and getting everything set up perfectly on the day of the reception. We made some additions the week of the wedding that the club accommodated seamlessly. They made everything as easy as it could have been.
Our photographer was in an accident on the wedding day (oh no!) which pushed back the timing of the wedding. We arrived later than planned at the reception. Maddie was waiting outside with golf carts so we could immediately dash away for pictures at the Grand Basin- after she made a quick dash into the club to bring out some emergency finger nail tools! And the pictures around the Grand Basin: sunset reflecting on the water behind us… so beautiful!
And the food! The drinks! The service! Everything was absolutely outstanding. Me and my bride never got our own drinks- the servers were frequently asking us for anything we would like. It truly exceeded the dreams we had of what our Forest Park wedding reception could be!

d I fell in love with the huge windows, natural elements, and St. Louis connections. The team was knowledgable, quick to respond, and super easy to work with; we loved working with Madison and are so appreciative of everything she did to make our day run smoothly!
The food was INCREDIBLE. We loved everything at the tasting, and our dinner was highly complemented by our guests. My husband and I love pickles, so we had requested a pickle hummus during the cocktail hour, which the chef was able to custom-make for us. But they also went above and beyond to surprise us with pickle spears too! It was a small detail but meant a lot to us.
With so many available venues in the area, I cannot recommend Forest Park Golf Course enough! It was so beautiful, and the staff made the planning process enjoyable and so easy!

what a beautiful room and view they had--but the Forest Park Golf Course banquet room was only several hundred dollars more than a venue with zero services (where I would have to book a caterer and make bar decisions, rent the tables, linens, china, glassware, plus decorate to make the plain and dull room look even a bit inviting). My nightmare of stress became joy thanks to the staff at the Forest Park Golf Course! They are all wonderful.

a better spot and the food was amazing. We had around 200 people and it didn’t feel overcrowded. We got lucky with weather so people were able to hang outside and use the satellite bar which was a great add on feature. All our guests were so impressed with the venue itself and the food, don’t miss out on booking!

detail oriented from the first email, to the last. She always had great recommendations how to fill the space for our reception and made me feel at ease with the planning process. Shelbi helped make my timeline making sure the reception ran smoothly, set up the room with all of the decorations, and coordinated with all of my vendors. All of her hard work allowed me to skip hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator because she did everything they could have done, but even better because she knows the space so well! She executed our vision for the day down to every little detail. The room was absolutely beautiful and her recommendations filled the space perfectly. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was quick and friendly. The staff also helped us with the clean up at the end of the night. We were so impressed and pleased with Shelbi and the entire Forest Park Golf Course staff! We still have friends and family raving over the reception!
