He selected roses that are still beautiful days after our wedding and all the bouquets looked so put-together and gorgeous. He also provided us with centerpieces and all the decorations were perfect. We told him our color scheme and what flowers we generally liked, and he worked his magic for the rest and executed the decor perfectly based on our preferences! As part of our package, we received two extra-large bouquets on gold candlesticks for the ceremony, centerpieces for all of the tables, bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres, a corsage, and some greenery for decor around picture frames. Everything looked amazing. We particularly enjoyed the mix of flowers he incorporated into all the arrangements and really liked the groom's calla lily boutonniere.
Going into the initial meeting, I was aware of my lack of knowledge on flowers. Vince was able to take the few bits of vision I did have and turn it into something better than I ever could've envisioned. He made this part of the process, simple and so much fun! At the same time, we were able to keep the budget top of mind.
I always enjoyed my conversations with him. It was also a bonus that he could accommodate meeting after normal working hours, which seems to be rare in the wedding industry.
Him and his team went far beyond my expectations. They were able to make a very last-minute timing change in order to help us out and that was greatly appreciated. I would highly, highly recommend Forest Woods for any of your floral needs.

The white cherry blossom trees at the altar were absolutely stunning. Everything from the the baby's breath balls down the aisle to the bouquets, to the candles, to the greenery with twinkling orbs hanging down were the most beautiful thing we could have envisioned. BSOLUTELY nothing to worry about... our bouquets turned out to be the most gorgeous bouquets we, or any of the guests, had ever seen and the centerpieces were breathtaking! Vince really puts so much attention to detail into his work and he every came in to the bride room before the ceremony just to make sure we liked the flowers and he helped my husband and his groomsmen pin on their boutonnieres. Don't get me wrong, our centerpieces were beautiful. But....A LOT went wrong.
1) 3 of our candleabras were ON FIRE at our reception...so much for candlelight to make the ambiance ...
I wanted. Vince should have known what type of candles to use so this didn't happen. The servers had to go around and blow them all out. I texted him about it after our wedding and he never responded...
2) My bridesmaids bouquets were NOT put together the morning of our wedding. We left the church and their bouquets were losing rose petal after rose petal and the dusty miller leaves were falling flat. My pictures show this, and by the time the reception came, we had to throw away an entire bouquet because it wouldn't stand up in the vase on the head table it was so dead,
3) Carol did help us the morning of, but she left her keys in the tiny room where my dad and I were having our "first look." My bridesmaids asked her to just give us 3 more minutes, yet she barged in.
4) Vince does all pricing by writing it all out. So when you change something, he crosses it out...I went over and over our changes to be sure we weren't being overcharged, because after the changes nothing added up correctly.
Overall, our centerpieces and my bouquet was beautiful. But if I could go back, I definitely would have used a different florist.

The only mishap that occurred was at the Church shortly before the ceremony. The bride after us had the same florist, and all of the flowers delivered to the church had her name on them. So it was a bit stressful for myself and my bridal party to sort through the flowers and make sure the guys and girls had the right bouquets, bouts, etc.
