We hired Forever After Event Planning for week-of wedding coordination. Araya had an initial meeting with us when we booked and again a week before our wedding to hand off communic...ations. We received a thorough survey to fill out that provided Araya with all the necessary info for our day. It would have been nice to get that survey a little earlier in our process but I appreciated the format.
When we handed off communications, we had already been having trouble getting in contact with our bartender. Araya faced similar issues after trying pretty much every form of communication to get in contact with them. Araya used her contact network to create a solid contingency plan. Our bartender ended up showing up and Araya provided appropriate feedback to the manager and worked professionally with them throughout the night.
Araya attended our rehearsal and was very detail oriented. She was so thoughtful and helped us consider view points, camera angles, layouts, and timing.
Day-of, Araya and Sarin did a great job keeping the day moving. We also hired decor set up services through them. A couple things were not set out, but that did not interfere with the day and everything looked beautiful. We would happily hire FAEP for future large events!
