ekly starting at 6 weeks out from the wedding day, and she was always available by text or email for anything I needed.  Any time I brought up a concern, she had already anticipated it and handled it (usually a week or two before I even thought to ask.) That level of preparation and foresight gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute superhero. Our church didn’t have anyone directing the procession, samatha and Deb jumped right in and took control. They made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do and timed everything just so. At the reception she made sure we both ate, kept drinks in our hands, and checked in with us regularly to see how we were doing. She was asking us if we needed a break from pictures which was so nice after a straight 2 hours of smiling. At one point, Sam and Deb even made sure we had a few quiet moments alone to take it all in and breathe. Samantha also did an amazing job managing the vendors. Rather than us being bombarded with last-minute questions or stress, she had everyone communicating directly with her, so we could just focus on enjoying our day. She genuinely cared that we were happy, comfortable, and fully present and it showed in everything she did. Debra spent the wedding morning with the guys while they got ready, and she was awesome in finding proactive ways to be helpful, whether that was finding random supplies for a specific photo that my husband wanted, or helping the guys tie their ties and put on their boutonnieres properly. My husband's parents got lost on the way and were subsequently running late to our first look, and it was a huge relief to have Samantha and Debra there to manage that so we didn't have to. Highly recommend this team!

e detail after our first zoom meeting. I never have experienced someone so detail orientated and focused on her job. Sam organized the entire timeline, structured our set up tie our entire vision together. Come the day of our wedding, Sam and Melissa were on time, and ready to go. It wasn’t just us who noticed the hard work Sam & Melissa displayed, but the entire wedding party & our families. I would finish a drink, and one would be ready for me. My dress stained, Melissa was ready with stuff not even a minute later. The way they both made us feel comfortable was what mattered the most to us. We literally didn’t have to do anything the day of, they were on it. The entire night i felt like i was taken care of. It felt as if sam was our friend for years and cared about us as more than just her clients. This is why we fell in love with working with this vendor. They truly care. Sam noticed any and all minor problems and was on it for us. She cared about our wants/needs and made sure we also ate LOL. I am forever grateful for both Sam & Melissa.
