From the first inquiry phone call Kelsey and I clicked, but having similar ideas and creative processes made the daunting task of planning a wedding that much more fluid. I happened to stumble upon Kelsey through a close wedding vendor friend and it was evident from the first time we talked on the phone that I would need her to ensure my special day would truly be the day I wanted. I was definitely one of those brides that is type A and wants to do everything myself or cut some corners to try and save a few bucks, but planning a wedding with ALL of the many tiny details and decisions; it quickly became overwhelming. Kelsey was able to create my vision board for my wedding, worked with my florist and my budget to achieve the look/design I wanted, but with the budget I could afford. She was always so quick to respond when I had question no matter how small the request was. She never made me feel like I was bugging her or being a nuance. BEST DECISION EVER. That Photo Booth was absolutely perfect for my garden wedding. It was hardly empty. Everyone raved about how much fun it was and all the prints they were able to take home. They were able to customize the design for my wedding as well. Kelsey truly made my wedding day special. I was debating using a wedding planner but it was the best decision ever. Kelsey was amazing to work with! She took care of everything on our wedding day and made our day extra special. She was so thoughtful with including emergency kits for the bridesmaids’ get ready room with Bobby pins, hairspray, etc. (things I did not even think of). First of all, we would love to give Kelsey a million stars instead of just 5! She has been phenomenal from the very beginning; a true professional who not only understood the assignment of our fairytale vision but helped bring every detail of our vision to life! With no clue where to even begin seeking the fairytale wedding planner of our dreams, we decided to turn to our friendly fairytale photographer who highly recommended Kelsey with Forever Enchanted Events. We were so excited that we instantly reached out to her! Our initial contact with Kelsey was via email, and we could just feel her sincerity through every word. I can't say enough about how amazing Kelsey was throughout the whole planning process. I changed my date 2 times because of the pandemic. She was super accommodating and helpful planning the revised schedule. Everything was coordinated by her on the day of and the months leading up to the event. I can't express how much stress was taken off of me and my family. I believe everyone should hire a coordinator and should hire Kelsey and her team.

Kelsey was absolutely fantastic. My other vendors spoke to me and talked about how great Kelsey was with organizing everything which was so nice to hear! Everything I had in mind set up wise was how I pictured it, her and her assistants were so quick and professional. The day before we met for rehearsal and she made sure everyone knew their role. She even helped my friend (first time officiating) write some of the ceremony-so sweet! There were obviously things out of her control like the wind, or electrical mishaps like the projector having issues, but Kelsey truly went out of her way to either fix issues or had ideas on working around problems. Kelsey was a literal life saver and if I can leave any bride with advice - it’s to hire Kelsey and her team as their wedding coordinator! We hired Kelsey as our month of coordinator but she was so much more. She went above and beyond to help us plan, she even came to see the venue long before her month of contract. I could count on her to answer emails and texts and she was a great person to bounce ideas off. She really knows all things weddings and she gives her honest opinion which is so refreshing. She checked in with me every month to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. She made the timeline, coordinated with all the vendors, checked all my contracts, helped with seating charts, and the list goes on and on. It was so reassuring to have her on our team. I truly can not relate when other brides say they were stressed on their wedding day. Kelsey was so on top of it, I never even heard about all the little fires she had to put out along the way. She truly made my day stress free and beautiful. It was such a relief to get to focus on my husband and our love. The fond memories I have of our wedding would not have occurred without her diligence, organization, and professional demeanor. She literally was like my fairy godmother. During the dancing, she pulled out a pair of bride flip flops for me and when my train was dragging, she pulled out safety pins to help pin it up. I mean...SHE IS THE BEST! Kelsey was SO AMAZING to work with as our month-of coordinator. She was so so helpful throughout the planning process, had great ideas and really took the pressure off of my whole experience. We had a smaller wedding out of state for our ceremony and didn’t hire someone to help with that one, and our second reception was seriously so much more fun because we didn’t have the pressure of having to think about things. Kelsey and Maddie took the reigns and make so many special little surprises for us and made it look beyond beautiful. And she’s just pleasant and a delight to work with- we were so happy!

I cannot express how grateful I was that we chose Kelsey to plan our wedding! When we first met her, my wife and I felt so comfortable with her right from the start. I would like to start my comments off with the premise that I am a control freak! I absolutely have to be involved with every little detail along the way to ensure it goes as planned. Hiring Kelsey and her team was one of the best decisions I made with our wedding preparations. Upon meeting, she immediately made me feel at ease and I had no doubt she was the one that would be able to keep up with my detail-oriented, scatterbrained, and constantly changing wedding vision. We purchased the month-of coordination package, and immediately after our meeting to go over all the information with her she took charge! I had been communicating every detail with my vendors up until that point and Kelsey took over all communications between vendors, but assured me that she would communicate with me when needed, leaving me feeling comfortably in the dark to enjoy the excitement of my upcoming wedding. On rehearsal day, Kelsey did an amazing job leading our crazy and loud group of friends through ceremony rehearsal and made sure everyone was good to go before the big day. On our wedding morning, Kelsey and her team showed up ahead of time and immediately went to work setting up. She would check in to make sure we were still good with our timeline or if we needed to adjust anything several times throughout the night, but otherwise was in the background doing a great job! I have heard so many horror stories of wedding day mishaps with vendors, details, communications...pretty much anything, however our wedding was amazingly smooth and, to the best my MY knowledge, flawless :) One of our guests became too intoxicated and was taken outside for some fresh air and Kelsey was kind enough to basically babysit him until he got a ride home, and did so without making a scene. Overall, I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Kelsey and her team and highly recommend hiring them. I wasn't sure how it would feel handing the reigns over to someone else to ensure my wedding vision came to fruition, however they did a fantastic job at ensuring everything we wanted was there and any hiccups were professionally and discretely handled.

Hiring Kelsey was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding! We met her at a bridal bazaar and just speaking with her there made me feel so much calmer about planning a wedding! We met with her a couple weeks later and before even hiring her she was so helpful giving us ideas and advice, and providing us with recommendations for vendors (we hired our wonderful DJ at her recommendation)! We decided to go with her month-of coordination package, so several weeks before our wedding we met up with her again to discuss details and start making a timeline. I am so incredibly thankful to Kelsey for making me feel so confident that the day would go as I had planned and helping me have the most perfect day I could have imagined!

I didn’t fully understand the importance of having a professional planner before but after the events she did for us, I am a believer and now her biggest fan. We worked with Kelsey for the month of coordination. From start to finish she was BEYOND amazing. I met her at a wedding expo where I met a lot of vendors. I reached out to her soon after and she was so helpful with my 1000 questions, provide lots of information and was flexible with swapping things included. We met with Kelsey 2x before the wedding. I’m that crazy, type A bride who provided drawn diagrams of my vision since I provided a lot of DIY decor. She was able to add her own touches that added so much to the look/vibe of the reception. She was able to problem solve multiple hiccups such as when someone spilled tomato soup on my dress, a huge smudge on the guestbook, picking up more alcohol (I didn’t even know we ran out until the next day), and rebustling my dress when my MOH forgot how to. Her positive attitude made the experience soooooooo easy! You will not be disappointed with her work.

I hired Kelsey to be my day of coordinator for my wedding and she did a horrible job. She didn’t take control at the rehearsal and on the day of she didn’t listen to anything that I told her to do. She showed up late, there were things set up wrong in the reception that I had to tell her to change, and she was horrible at keeping us on schedule. I didn’t see her the whole night! I have no idea what she was doing all day ! She is also not good at thinking on her feet and that is something you really want your wedding planner to have because things are never going to go exactly as planned at weddings. Wedding planners are suppose to make your special day less stressful but she did the exact opposite. Do not hire her.

Working with Kelsey of Forever Enchanted Events has been a pleasure! I have worked on multiple projects for her and she has been responsive each time. She is thoughtful and knows how to communicate her vision and expectations. Most importantly, she solicits and acts on feedback and/or suggestions. I would recommend her to all vendors who are seeking to form solid relationships with an event planner and wedding coordinator. I definitely would want her planning my special day!
