Forever Enchanted Events

t imagine doing it without Kelsey. Not only is she extremely professional and great at her job, but she also has a caring and calming presence and is fun to work with! Kelsey is amazing at reading people - she could easily intuit whether my husband and I liked something before we could articulate it ourselves. She found amazing vendors who captured our vision. Kelsey is extremely personable while also being professional. She was not afraid to advocate on our behalf in situations where my husband and I are not familiar with the wedding industry. Kelsey goes above and beyond in everything she does and you can tell she really cares about the couples she works with. I can't recommend her enough!

he couple across the country she was phenomenal in keeping us involved- helping us with our end of the planning; finding amazing vendors she has personally worked with to create a magical weekend for our son and his bride. She worked tirelessly with them to create the day they wanted and knew how to handle sensitive topics with great skill. Always calm and gracious. Lending her opinions when asked. Delightful and easy to work with. The word indispensable comes to mind. I will use her for my next son's wedding.

deas from inception to a finished product with ease. She drastically shortened the amount of time we would have had to spend researching vendors in the San Diego area through her relationships and helped make the selection process a breeze. She also personally assisted us with the little details in the design and logistics processes, and without her veteran knowledge, things surely would have fallen through the cracks. This all was above and beyond her job description; it really felt like we were the only people that mattered, even though we know she keeps a busy schedule. Her calm demeanor was so necessary on our wedding day to keep us sane, but she also advocated for us at every step of the way. She was so personable in dealing with different vendors and guests, and everyone that worked with her left feeling more at peace. Her team left no stone unturned, and I think it's safe to say our guests (who mostly came from out of town) were RAVING about every little choice. Hiring Kelsey and her team was, without a doubt, the BEST decision we made during the wedding planning process, and we couldn't be happier with the job she did. Work with Forever Enchanted Events and you will not be disappointed!

requirements for our culture, so the planning was a bit more complicated. Kelsey was always able to accommodate us and provided excellent recommendations based off our preferences. We chose to work with the Forever Enchanted vendors for florals and photobooth, which definitely saved money, but more importantly, had vendors that upheld the same level of professionalism and quality service that Kelsey herself provides. I felt so comfortable knowing she was in our corner supporting us and keeping us on track. I can be quite anxious, and she was always quick to respond to help alleviate/address my concerns. We had a dream wedding day, smooth and stress-free, and it is all thanks to Kelsey. We so appreciate you, Kelsey!

over everything. Kelsey made sure she was available to do a walk though with us, arrived early to our rehearsal to collect all items for wedding day and really just made sure every aspect of our wedding day went smooth. She was very clear to everyone that if there were any issues to go through her so our day was stress free. She couldn’t have been more serious about that. Our florist was sick (I had no idea) Kelsey stepped in without skipping a beat to make sure everything looked perfect. That just goes to shows just what kind of person she is. Absolutely amazing! Communication was outstanding, she was in contact will all vendors to make sure everyone was in the same page.

shines through every conversation and phone call we’ve had while planning the wedding. She was always so excited for us and worked with what we wanted to make our day special. The month of the wedding, she coordinated with the vendors to make sure everything was in order. We did not ever feel like we were alone doing this. We felt her support and everything was so beautiful and well organized on the day of our wedding. Thank you, Kelsey! You’re the best and anyone would be a fool not to hire you!

not enough descriptive words to explain all the ways Kelsey fought my battles and proceeded with an event I didn’t have to stress over. Even better was that we got to have Peter, Kelsey’s husband, included in the package and photo booth expert. Even though we were located out of state, Kelsey and Forever Enchanted Events, included myself with all communication with vendors and probably had already asked the questions I was thinking of. She made time to research my ideas and allowed the collection of any item mailed in preparation. After the wedding, she made sure all my personal touches made it back home safely. Due to Kelsey, Peter, and the rest of FEE our day was incredibly special and so much more memorable that I also gained a new friend. For anyone planning a wedding or event or just needing a photo booth or flowers, Forever Enchanted Events is 100% the way to go. You can trust they have your best interest at the forefront of happenings. Thank you for everything you accomplished for John and I, we are so grateful!

ing she kept us moving forward with fabulous referrals, expert advice, down to the minute timelines and always did so with kindness and a smile! The actual day went on without a hitch and because of Kelsey we were able to enjoy every second!!

clarity and peace to know you’re in great hands with her. Whatever her cost, she is well worth it to keep your sanity and to keep your nerves, calm and steady. My daughter booked her for hr wedding and it turned out to be the most magical day!

o stumble upon Kelsey through a close wedding vendor friend and it was evident from the first time we talked on the phone that I would need her to ensure my special day would truly be the day I wanted. I was definitely one of those brides that is type A and wants to do everything myself or cut some corners to try and save a few bucks, but planning a wedding with ALL of the many tiny details and decisions; it quickly became overwhelming. Kelsey was able to create my vision board for my wedding, worked with my florist and my budget to achieve the look/design I wanted, but with the budget I could afford. She was always so quick to respond when I had question no matter how small the request was. She never made me feel like I was bugging her or being a nuance. Kelsey truly relieved so much of the stress I had planning a wedding by myself. She is so kind, funny, and just the most wonderful human being in the world. She goes above and beyond in her role to make sure your special day is everything you hoped it would be.My husband and I decided to book our Photo Booth through Forever enchanted as well. BEST DECISION EVER. That Photo Booth was absolutely perfect for my garden wedding. It was hardly empty. Everyone raved about how much fun it was and all the prints they were able to take home. They were able to customize the design for my wedding as well. Kelsey truly made my wedding day special. I had no worries and felt like I was taken care of.If you’re thinking of investing in a planner, rentals, or Photo Booth with this company. Do not hesitate! You won’t regret it. I recommend doing it all.

cial. She was so thoughtful with including emergency kits for the bridesmaids’ get ready room with Bobby pins, hairspray, etc. (things I did not even think of). Kelsey was organized and made the planning process and day of run smoothly! She definitely goes above and beyond to make your day special and enjoyable! I 100% recommend using Kelsey and her fantastic team at Forever Enchanted Events!

and I can't emphasize how important this is as you are juggling 100 things at a time. She also has amazing ideas and makes your vision come to life 100%. She was so amazing with the gusts and she handled everything that we threw at her with grace and a smile. I had the best time working with Kelsey. Go hire her now!!!

nment of our fairytale vision but helped bring every detail of our vision to life! With no clue where to even begin seeking the fairytale wedding planner of our dreams, we decided to turn to our friendly fairytale photographer who highly recommended Kelsey with Forever Enchanted Events. We were so excited that we instantly reached out to her! Our initial contact with Kelsey was via email, and we could just feel her sincerity through every word. Then, we had our first zoom call and immediately fell in love with her! Her smile, positivity, and enthusiastic energy are infectious. Kelsey was very encouraging to our grand and creative ideas and knew exactly what we wanted all while keeping us focused on the task at hand, and more importantly our wedding budget. Since we’ve decided to choose a city that we have never been to, you can imagine we had our fair share of questions and concerns regarding our ceremony and reception venue. Sweet Kelsey drove hours and fought traffic to both locations and did a walk-through with us over Facetime so that we could view everything in real time. She even took the initiative to send us photos and videos for reference. We put our ultimate trust in Kelsey, and I am so thrilled that we did. She was very consistent, communicative, accommodating, and very patient with all of us. She thoroughly kept connected through every part of the planning process even while on her honeymoon! Truth be told, Kelsey made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She really is the ultimate super woman with the biggest heart. Overall, our wedding day was perfect! We still can’t fathom how she managed to do it all. One thing we will never forget about Kelsey is that she always tackled tasks with a smile on her face and pure grace in her heart. I must hand it to her, she is hands down the best wedding planner ever! Side note: We chose the offered “Full Package” since we fancied a destination wedding and wanted to leave no stone unturned. Kelsey really went over and beyond for our magical day. A magical day that not only we will never forget but that will live on in our hearts forever. Dearest Kelsey, you are an angel, and we thank God for blessing our life with you! All your efforts and extreme hard work was immensely appreciated, and we are more than thankful for everything you’ve done for us to make our wedding day extra special. You and your team have really outdone yourselves at executing every detail to perfection. It was all a dream come true and there is no way that we would’ve been able to accomplish any of it without you. We just can’t thank you enough! You are ‘Ohana (family) to us and we just love you so much!!! Mahalo Nui Loa! -The Lum’s

anning the revised schedule. Everything was coordinated by her on the day of and the months leading up to the event. I can't express how much stress was taken off of me and my family. I believe everyone should hire a coordinator and should hire Kelsey and her team.

et up wise was how I pictured it, her and her assistants were so quick and professional. The day before we met for rehearsal and she made sure everyone knew their role. She even helped my friend (first time officiating) write some of the ceremony-so sweet! There were obviously things out of her control like the wind, or electrical mishaps like the projector having issues, but Kelsey truly went out of her way to either fix issues or had ideas on working around problems. I highly recommend Kelsey with any event planning, she knows what her role is and executes it beautifully. Thanks Kelsey!

r but she was so much more. She went above and beyond to help us plan, she even came to see the venue long before her month of contract. I could count on her to answer emails and texts and she was a great person to bounce ideas off. She really knows all things weddings and she gives her honest opinion which is so refreshing. She checked in with me every month to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. She made the timeline, coordinated with all the vendors, checked all my contracts, helped with seating charts, and the list goes on and on. It was so reassuring to have her on our team. I truly can not relate when other brides say they were stressed on their wedding day. Kelsey was so on top of it, I never even heard about all the little fires she had to put out along the way. She truly made my day stress free and beautiful. It was such a relief to get to focus on my husband and our love. The fond memories I have of our wedding would not have occurred without her diligence, organization, and professional demeanor. She literally was like my fairy godmother. During the dancing, she pulled out a pair of bride flip flops for me and when my train was dragging, she pulled out safety pins to help pin it up. I mean...SHE IS THE BEST! I highly, highly, highly suggest that you hire Kesley and her team for your special day. Being stress free the day of your wedding is priceless.

experience. We had a smaller wedding out of state for our ceremony and didn’t hire someone to help with that one, and our second reception was seriously so much more fun because we didn’t have the pressure of having to think about things. Kelsey and Maddie took the reigns and make so many special little surprises for us and made it look beyond beautiful. And she’s just pleasant and a delight to work with- we were so happy!

rst wedding coordinator we met with and we absolutely knew she was the one after our first meeting. We felt no push from her, and we knew how serious she was about taking care of us because she was excited, not just doing it because it’s a job to get done. Every problem or question we had, we felt comfortable to text or call her because she never made us feel like we were being a burden. Kelsey was not just a wedding coordinator but truly a friend who helped my parents, my in laws and the wedding party with anything that anyone needed. Kelsey was one of the best things about our wedding and I’m so glad we had her by our side. It’s so important to have not just a wedding coordinator but someone who feels like a friend who supports you and tell you everything will be alright because she will make sure it is with such confidence. I absolutely loved Kelsey and the team of Forever Enchanted Events for what they did for us before and on the day of the wedding. I don’t dare to imagine what our wedding would have been like without her and I don’t have to because everything was perfect, what we wanted and expected. Thank you so much Kelsey and the team of Forever Enchanted Events!

ed. Hiring Kelsey and her team was one of the best decisions I made with our wedding preparations. Upon meeting, she immediately made me feel at ease and I had no doubt she was the one that would be able to keep up with my detail-oriented, scatterbrained, and constantly changing wedding vision. We purchased the month-of coordination package, and immediately after our meeting to go over all the information with her she took charge! I had been communicating every detail with my vendors up until that point and Kelsey took over all communications between vendors, but assured me that she would communicate with me when needed, leaving me feeling comfortably in the dark to enjoy the excitement of my upcoming wedding. On rehearsal day, Kelsey did an amazing job leading our crazy and loud group of friends through ceremony rehearsal and made sure everyone was good to go before the big day. On our wedding morning, Kelsey and her team showed up ahead of time and immediately went to work setting up. She would check in to make sure we were still good with our timeline or if we needed to adjust anything several times throughout the night, but otherwise was in the background doing a great job! I have heard so many horror stories of wedding day mishaps with vendors, details, communications...pretty much anything, however our wedding was amazingly smooth and, to the best my MY knowledge, flawless :) One of our guests became too intoxicated and was taken outside for some fresh air and Kelsey was kind enough to basically babysit him until he got a ride home, and did so without making a scene. Overall, I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Kelsey and her team and highly recommend hiring them. I wasn't sure how it would feel handing the reigns over to someone else to ensure my wedding vision came to fruition, however they did a fantastic job at ensuring everything we wanted was there and any hiccups were professionally and discretely handled.

ing a wedding! We met with her a couple weeks later and before even hiring her she was so helpful giving us ideas and advice, and providing us with recommendations for vendors (we hired our wonderful DJ at her recommendation)! We decided to go with her month-of coordination package, so several weeks before our wedding we met up with her again to discuss details and start making a timeline. She was so professional and helpful that I felt finally able to relax and let her take the reins! She took over vendor communication and was always available through text or email for any questions or concerns I had. The day of the wedding, I knew I had nothing to worry about! Kelsey brought my vision for the venue to life and executed everything flawlessly. She was able to handle our rowdy group and make sure everyone was in place for the start of the ceremony. Whenever I needed her, she was right there to answer any questions I had or fix my bustle! I am so incredibly thankful to Kelsey for making me feel so confident that the day would go as I had planned and helping me have the most perfect day I could have imagined!

fter the events she did for us, I am a believer and now her biggest fan. Without her support, there would have been so much that we didn’t think of. She anticipated our needs from the start and made the whole process fun and easy. She is thorough but straightforward in her communication and goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and most importantly, that you have a memorable experience. Thank you so much Forever Enchanted Events.

e from the first email to our goodbye at the end of the party. There are people who are good at their jobs, and then there are people who are living out their passions. Kelsey's uplifting attitude and positive energy made such a difference for us leading up to the event and the day of. Instead of stressing out over decisions and going back and forth with vendors, we only had pleasant and straightforward communication with Kelsey who simplified everything for us. In a short amount of time, she got to know our style and preferences so well, and was able to understand our vision and make it a reality. After working with her, I will never put on another large party or event without her help. In addition to being a skilled professional, she is a kind and thoughtful person who is a joy to be around. I was blown away by how perfectly everything turned out for our party, and my friends and family all had an amazing time. Several guests commented on how beautifully everything was executed. Working with Kelsey was a refreshing experience and I could not be happier with Forever Enchanted Events. Do not hesitate to reach out to Kelsey today, you will be so glad you did!

n after and she was so helpful with my 1000 questions, provide lots of information and was flexible with swapping things included. We met with Kelsey 2x before the wedding. I’m that crazy, type A bride who provided drawn diagrams of my vision since I provided a lot of DIY decor. She was able to add her own touches that added so much to the look/vibe of the reception. She was able to problem solve multiple hiccups such as when someone spilled tomato soup on my dress, a huge smudge on the guestbook, picking up more alcohol (I didn’t even know we ran out until the next day), and rebustling my dress when my MOH forgot how to. Her positive attitude made the experience soooooooo easy! You will not be disappointed with her work.

attention and made it an obvious choice of who to pick to help plan our special day! Her vibrant and uplifting personality connected with us so personally that we knew we had to have her plan our wedding. She took care of EVERYTHING! As I am not a huge planner, having Kelsey by our side made everything go wonderfully without a stress in the world. I won't be getting married again but if I had to, it would be Forever Enchanted Events, always.

ing planner was the single best decision I could have ever made. She is professional, attentive, pays attention to detail, passionate, knowledgeable and so personable. Kelsey is such a joy of a person to be around so getting to plan my wedding with her was such a breeze. It truly felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend. Her bubbly personality is contagious and she gives off such good vibes to have around you before and during your wedding! I chose the Full-Service package and Kelsey definitely delivered. I was able to sit back and relax knowing that my wedding was in great hands. The day of the wedding was a breeze and Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure it went well. She even helped me bustle my dress so I could enjoy the reception without my train being stepped on and also had brought extra lighters which came in handy because the venue's lighter was not working properly. I highly, highly recommend her and you will not regret it!

bsolute pleasure to be around in her personal and professional life. Throughout the entire wedding planning and wedding process Kelsey and her team always were positive and helpful with great ideas and solutions for anything that came up. For my BIG day, 230 guests big; Kelsey and her team were professional, confident, on point always, fun to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the day went off without a hitch, no pun intended. One thing I absolutely love about working with Forever Enchanted Events is that Kelsey only employees team members that uphold her personal and professional standards and, therefore; you know the level of customer service you will receive is going to be exceptional no matter if you are directly working with Kelsey or one of her team members. I see big things for Forever Enchanted Events and will recommend Kelsey to every Bride and Groom I know.

rocess leading up to the big day as well as the day of was smooth, efficient, pleasant and FUN! There wasn't a stressful moment for my husband and I because she took care of everything for us! We loved her warm, friendly personality and felt as though we had known her for years. She really took the time to get to know us and our styles, paid close attention to details and made professional suggestions based off of her experience in the field! We couldn't be more thrilled to have worked with her and have nothing but wonderful memories of our big day; all thanks to Forever Enchanted Events!!

e keeping the couple's preferences a priority. She is a prime example of a true professional; she is always prepared for any situation, she is a fierce and effective leader, and she is extremely resourceful. Furthermore, what appealed most to me is that I can completely trust her. She is extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and skilled. With Kelsey, you can completely let go of any worries, since you know your wedding will be the wedding of your dreams. Beyond her personality and skills, I should mention that she is well-connected in the industry. She can provide you with all of your necessary options in order for you to have a stress-free wedding. You won't have to deal with multiple vendors; she can take care of everything for you. If convenience, quality, and affordability are the things you are looking for, look no further and contact her immediately!

glad I had the pleasure of working with her. She made our wedding so so beautiful. So helped make our day so easy and so special. I didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew she had it handled. She really helped me feel not stressed about planning at all! I am so grateful to have worked with her. Everything she toches is beautiful!

endor recommendations, go over timeline details, and finalize any loose ends. She genuinely cares about her clients and not about the money going in her pocket. She's passionate about what she does and made the experience so enjoyable and fun! I highly recommend Kelsey for all your event needs!

mportant trait in a great coordinator. Sound advice! Wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming. She will guide you though the whole process, is super responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. She also went above and beyond for us on the big day. She setup our entire venue with her assistant. And it came out stunning! Throughout the wedding, she was there for us. She pinned my dress when the bustle broke, she made makeshift centerpieces when parts went missing, and she kept everything on time. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding because she was there. After the wedding, she did the whole cleanup. She collected our belongings and dropped them off at our hotel. We just went to our after party without a care in the world! The next day, she even dropped off the tux rentals for us. Above and beyond service if you ask me! Just remember, you spend so much time with your coordinator before the big day. You better get someone amazing. And Kelsey is just that!!!

ing else! She was very professional and made sure my friends wedding was everything they wanted, definitely 5 stars!

her at a time where we were panicking and feeling overwhelmed trying to manage the requests from all our vendors, family, and friends. Upon our first phone consult, Kelsey established herself as an organized and prepared professional, asking us questions we didn’t even know to ask, and giving us advice we didn’t know we needed. Every meeting with Kelsey, phone and in person, was very productive and pleasant. Even though we hired her as our day-of coordinator, she provided us with a solid month+ of support. She helped fight fires for us that came up weeks/days before our wedding, and rescued the day when things didn’t go quite as planned during our ceremony and reception. Despite being a control freak of a bridezilla, Kelsey kept me looking my best, providing me with touchups as needed, as well as letting me know where we were on the timeline. She checked in from time to time to make sure my groom and I were doing alright and if we needed anything, while also keeping our parents happy and moving the evening along. Though Kelsey and her team played a huge part in our wedding, they managed to stay discreet throughout the night, working like ninjas in the dark. Working with Kelsey relieved a mountain of stress off my shoulders so that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. We’re grateful that her team was able to assist us in tearing down our venue the night of and the morning after. I would definitely recommend her to any bride and groom-to-be!

is a sure-fire way to have a stress-free and beautiful wedding. Hire her immediately!

g presence and a wonderful energy about her throughout the entire event. She provided a GREAT deal of support (in terms of hours and tasks covered) to the couple, family, vendors, and guests. Working with Kelsey was a privilege! As a fellow vendor, would highly recommend working with Kelsey and her team.

smaids, pets, photographers, etc) is comfortable and has everything that they need to have a beautiful, successful day but she is such a pleasant and kind person to work with in stressful situations. I have never come across any issues while working with Kelsey and look forward to collaborating with her in the future. I highly recommend Forever Enchanted Events for any wedding, party or special event.

ven under immense stress, Kelsey remains constantly gracious and kind, and puts her clients first. She is remarkably punctual, organized, and is a fairy godmother to her clients. Kelsey is not only a coordinator, but a hero in disguise, there are no words to speak highly enough of her.

r and you should look no further if you're considering one for your own wedding! Her demeanor is so pleasant and she is extremely thorough, detailed, and considerate - with an infectious charming personality that makes her seem more like a friend than a business owner. This made the planning process a breeze from the first day we sat down with her to go over our wedding plans through the wedding day itself. As this was our first wedding (surprise surprise!), it was extremely helpful to have her recommend really outstanding vendors from our florist and DJ to our videographer for our event. This saved us a lot of time in the planning process and she had options for each category which helped us pick the best vendor that suited what we were looking for. We made sure to get her full planning package as this provided the most services to make our day and plans come true. The reason being, we had several of our friends get married before us and heard how much work and stress it is to plan a wedding oneself that you don't expect. So it was great to have Kelsey's experience and guidance throughout the entire process to avoid a lot of the pitfalls, reduce a lot of the anxiety, and expedite every aspect of the process. Day-of, she kept our timeline moving smoothly - as well as keeping our crazy family on time - which is definitely a feat for anyone! She was really great working in the background, being there when we needed her, but not being overbearing or making her presence known that we could enjoy our day as it happened, knowing she was taking care of everything for us without us needing to check in! All of her team members were equally friendly and helpful throughout the day as well. As mentioned earlier, Kelsey and her team at Forever Enchanted Events are truly top notch and we recommend them to everyone we know - and you as well!

I told her to do. She showed up late, there were things set up wrong in the reception that I had to tell her to change, and she was horrible at keeping us on schedule. I didn’t see her the whole night! I have no idea what she was doing all day ! She is also not good at thinking on her feet and that is something you really want your wedding planner to have because things are never going to go exactly as planned at weddings. Wedding planners are suppose to make your special day less stressful but she did the exact opposite. Do not hire her.

ow to communicate her vision and expectations. Most importantly, she solicits and acts on feedback and/or suggestions. I would recommend her to all vendors who are seeking to form solid relationships with an event planner and wedding coordinator. I definitely would want her planning my special day!
