Lead Coordinator/Owner
Katina has over three years of experience in the wedding industry, serving as both a coordinator assistant and lead coordinator. In January 2025, she founded her own business to bring a fresh perspective to wedding planning, building on the knowledge and mentorship gained from a seasoned coordinator with more than 12 years of experience. She is passionate about creating memorable celebrations and is dedicated to working with couples from all walks of life.
Melanie Scearce
Assistant Coordinator/Wedding Artist
Melanie has spent the past year working alongside Katina, deepening her knowledge of the wedding industry. A lifelong artist, she brings her creative talents to Forever in Bloom Events, offering live wedding painting, custom wedding sketches, and guest painting or sketching experiences.
Zenasia Tucker
Assistant Coordinator/Social Media Manager
Zenasia recently joined the team at Forever in Bloom Events, helping bring each couple’s dream wedding to life. She began her journey in the wedding industry this year and brings a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail to every event. With a warm and empathetic approach, Zenasia focuses on making sure every couple feels heard, supported, and excited throughout the planning process. She is dedicated to creating smooth, joyful, and unforgettable celebrations.

ind someone willing, or able, to jump in and get us across the finish line. From our very first call with her, we felt an immediate sense of relief. She sent over templates, timelines, and paperwork right away so we could get the process moving. We cannot overstate how much of a joy she was to work with, both leading up to and on our wedding day. She brought a perfect balance of confidence and care, keeping our ceremony and timeline tight while checking in on us regularly to make sure we felt good about everything. She adapted to every curveball on the day of, helped with our personal preparations, and adjusted the timeline as needed. She and her assistant coordinator, Zenasia, were amazing from start to finish. If you’re in need of planning or coordinating services, we highly recommend the team at Forever in Bloom!
