If I could give a zero star review I would. Communication was awful. It would take weeks to respond, and they didn't communicate specific requested changes to my order, which I was told would be completed. Also, instead of offering some sort of customer service when my order arriving looking like a children's school project, they argued with me about why it looked so crappy. Honestly, save your money. You can probably find a better outcome on pinterest.
I was so excited to receive my picture frames made from the bouquets and boutonnières from my daughters wedding. We sent white roses, green mums and blue hydrangeas to use for these frames. They arrived and are totally green! No white roses and no blue from the hydrangeas.
Then I go to put pictures from the wedding, the opening is an odd size - too big to put in a 4 x 6 picture, but the 5 x 7 will need to be cut so much that it will alter the photos. The glass also has red, that I've tried everything to remove that shows through the acrylic.
The description on the website says wood backs, mine came with cardboard - that they say to use packing tape to hold the picture in the frame. Um, I really don't want to expose my pictures to the acid filled back (I tested with a scrap booking pen) and packing tape. Nowhere on the website does it tell you that there is not a picture back like what you get in a frame you purchase.
I paid $160 for three frames, and they are so poorly one I will probably put them in a closet and write them off as a bad decision to take a chance on an Internet based business.
My daughter contacted Tammy for floral preservation after her wedding and at first all was good. Next thing you know it has been over a year and she tried to contact her numerous times with the same answer all the time (when she did get ahold of her)..it will be ready in a month or it will be ready in two months. It was not until a year and a half later my daughter got her wedding décor back with her flowers. And as it does look nice, I could have done the same thing. She left out certain details that were suppose to be in the shadow box. So we have paid $300 for a shadow box that took 1 1/2 years that, we had to open up to place the things Tammy left out and rearrange others that seemed to be just throw in there and hidden. My suggestion is with that kind of money, find someone to just dry your flowers and do a shadow box yourself if that is what you want. My daughter was so excited for this to get done and after awaiting so long that excitement was gone and unhappy with left out bridal items she had to place herself in the box. With that kind of money it should have been made perfectly especially with the numerous emails and phone calls and voice mail that was left. And not to mention stressed out that she felt as if she would not get her items back. Save your money
I definately recommend having your flowers preserved. I had seen Forever In Time/Tammy at a bridal show and had taken a brochure. It was a easy as one phone call. I'm very glad I had this done, I have the most beautiful shadowbox.
Can't tell you how much this means to me. I had a shadowbox made for me, and a heart ornament for my mother. I also had jewelry too. Tammy was very easy to work with and the prices were great.
My attendants gave me this as a shower gift, I didn't even know that flowers could be preserved. I had a shadowbox made, also jewelry pieces, and I love them.
I had Tammy, Forever In Time, preserve my bridal bouquet. I had a shadowbox made, and also jewelry pieces for myself, my mother and my attandants. We loved everything. This is so special, everyone should do it. Awesome keepsake, great price!
I had a shadowbox done with my bouquet, and it is beautiful. It did take a bit of time, but it was because I was waiting for a photo, and she was very patient. When she delivered my box, I was amazed, and she even gave me a jewelry piece made from my flowers too. I'm very glad I did this, and you will be too.
My Mom did this for me as a surprise wedding gift. She arrange everything with Tammy ahead of time, but I got involved after the wedding. What a special gift, I love it. When she delivered my shadowbox, I was shocked, it's beautiful. This might sound wierd, but I can't wait to have a daughter, to do this for her.
What a wonderful keepsake from our wedding. It was so easy, probably the easiest thing we did. It took one phone call, and Tammy set everything up. She picked my flowers up the day after the wedding, then delivered when it was done. It is beautiful. My advice, you will be busy before your wedding, but take the time to do this, you'll be glad you did. This is a after the wedding thing that you will be very glad you have.
Tammy preserved my wedding bouquet in a beautiful hand made shadowbox. She was extremely flexible in coming to pick up the flowers and the other items for the display, which she did not need at the same time. It was really nice to be able to hand off the flowers and then take my time to pick the rest of the display.
The results are absolutely stunning and I am so happy I decided to preserve my flowers. At Tammy's amazing prices it would have been silly not to!
I completely recommend working with Forever in Time for floral preservation.
