Forever love bridal is the perfect bridal shop for all of your bridal needs! The owner (Kitty) is the best of the best and knows her stuff! She was so helpful and attentive, very sweet and had the best suggestions♥️ This shop is not only gorgeous, but also has a beautiful selection of gowns and the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any bridal store before. I felt so comfortable here and ultimately found THE dress! I also got my veil and other accessories and wedding items here. There is something for EVERY BRIDE here. I am a little curvier then most and had no issues at all finding my dress, I didn’t feel out of place and was very welcomed, loved and supported here! I will forever recommend this place

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NOT "THEIR BRIDE." Apparently, that gives them the right to be rude, unprofessional, and not care about the services that they provide. My interaction with this shop was minimal but very telling with how they treat people and how they measure someone's worthiness of respect. This place was recommended to me for alternations on my flower girl who lives in Melbourne, while I live down south. I was unable to see the dress on her in person but everything looked fine in the pictures. It wasn't until I noticed that the bow was hanging on the back of the dress that I asked for the flower girl's mother to have it sewed down. Fast forward, I call forever love bridal about 15 minutes prior to my flower girl's appointment and speak to Vicky about what I would like for her to do as I could not be there in person. In addition to just sewing down the bow on the dress, I ASKED HER if she could make sure everything fits ok because although it looks fine in pictures I have not personally seen it myself. However, when I advised her that my wedding was a week away...ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE. Vicky proceeded to berate me for trying to get my flower girl's dress done last minute (not in a joking way). And that if I were "their bride I would know better!" Literally shaming a bride who just wanted a bow sewed down?? Really?? And then the manager doubled down on the sentiment that because I was not their bride I wasn't going to make my "problem" their problem. Turns out, they were able to sew the bow that day. Why?? Because there was no problem!! Regardless of who you are serving or what you are doing (no matter how small) it should be done with the upmost professionalism and care. The place that is altering my wedding dress is not where I bought my dress. Yet, I have been treated with nothing but kindness. I will go out of my way to recommend them to anyone (even if they don't ask lol). So glad I am not a bride of this establishment. I only write this to warn others that their courtesies only extend so far. And also to caution this bridal shop to be more kind. Kindness always wins.

The owner is so sweet! I didn’t know about this place until after I got my dress, but she helped me find the perfect veil and head piece. A very pretty boutique! If I did it all over again I would schedule a dress appointment here.

Before driving to bridal stores further away I stumbled across Forever Love Bridal less than a mile from my home. Naturally, it looked small from the outside so I assumed they wouldn’t have a big selection. I decided to make an appointment anyway and then I met Kitty! She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in her store. She listened to my concerns and also gave me her suggestions. I tried on many dresses and after about an hour I knew I found the one. I was able to purchase on site (no ordering needed) and now just need to do minimal alterations. Very excited and happy I went in ♥️♥️
