From the moment we met Suher over a FaceTime call, we clicked and knew she was the person we wanted to hire to help with the design and month of coordination. We even ended up hiring her to do our flowers and she BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER. Such a gorgeous and thoughtful design to compliment our tropical chic vibe. She listened to our millions of design ideas and executed perfectly. We cannot wait to see our professional photos of the venue! We had so many fun design details - shot wall seating chart, hedge wall with a custom neon sign, customized leaf placemats, beautiful flower/candle arrangements, signage, photos… the list goes on and on. The DJ was at the top of our priority list and when we described the music vibe we wanted, she instantly knew the perfect person, Drew from SongstruckDJ. He threw the most insane party of all time and all of our friends now want to hire him! We’re forever grateful to Suher for connecting us. A wedding weekend isn’t complete without something going wrong. Close to midnight the night before my wedding, Suher called to let me know that my friend and hairdresser had an emergency and backed out of the wedding (not Suher’s recommended vendor). This was probably the first time I became a bridezilla and freaked out. Suher was so empathetic and found two alternatives to do 8 girls’ hair. Suher and Kelly ended up making the call to my makeup artist who was so accommodating and offered to do hair as well. The day went so smoothly. For the after party, Kelly ordered In n Out to surprise our guests. The team even picked it up and set them up so nicely on serving trays. The wedding guests were surprised and so stoked! Let’s just say guests put a few in their bags for later, ha! For the month of coordination, Kelly was so on top of it. I really didn’t have to worry about coordinating with the vendors. And on the day of, the wedding party was so impressed with how on top of it and thoughtful she was. She even went to our suite at the end of the night and cleaned up so my new hubby and I didn’t come back to a mess. So incredibly thoughtful. Suher, Kelly and team are the dream team. I wish we could get married 10 million more times just to work with them again. We’ve been so close over the last year of planning, and now, what are we going to do without them? We will use FRE for future life events and are so happy to share our experience with whoever would like to hear more. We love FRE and are so honored to not only call the team our planners, but our friends!

am did for us over a two year period. (Yes, two years!) We got engaged in February 2020 and hired Suher right away, right before the pandemic shutdown. She helped us navigate the myriad of covid restrictions so that we could get married that summer. This was no easy feat, as the restrictions at the time made everything more difficult and confusing, including venue restrictions, guest number limitations, vendor scarcity… even getting a marriage license was extremely difficult during that time. Suher handled all of this with grace and ease (at least from our perspective!)! She made it so easy for us. We didn’t have to figure out the new rules and restrictions (which were ever changing and evolving at the time!), and she figured out all the options and helped us craft a beautiful 10-person garden wedding at The Mission San Diego (with remote guests over Zoom), which wound up being more perfect than we ever could have imagined. She even managed to track down and get in contact with the priest who married us when we weren’t able to get in touch with him ourselves or through any of our contacts. Suher is seriously AMAZING and GETS THINGS DONE! Then, nearly 2 years later, it was finally time to plan our party. Suher and her team planned our dinner reception at Juniper & Ivy, with all the perfect touches to suit our personalities. It was fabulous and she/they really went above and beyond to make it personal and lovely for us. From the menu, to the décor, to the music, to taking care of the babysitters for our littlest guests, Suher and her team handled it all and we are so very thankful! We were truly able to relax and enjoy the event with our family and friends we hadn’t seen in so long. I will always be so thankful for Suher and all she did for us, going above and beyond in so many ways! I was continuously amazed by her ability to make things happen and to do it without causing a fuss or making us worry. She is a wonderful, gifted person, friend, and wedding planner extraordinaire!! Thank you for making things so easy for us!!!

aint was her inability to be accountable for her actions. She consistently blamed vendors and even us as her client for many of her mistakes. We are giving her 2 stars because her strength is in design, however, planning involves budget, contractual review, and logistics - not just design. The following is a list of issues that happened both before and during the event: 1. Throughout the planning process, 7 out of 9 vendors reached out to us personally because they were unable to get adequate information from Suher. 2. Suher consistently asked questions that showed she did not read or fully review vendor contracts. 3. When asked what monetary tips would be appropriate for vendors, she claimed she did not know and needed to ask other vendor contacts. 4. She admitted managing a budget was “not something she does”, which we felt was a key responsibility of a planner. We ended up going 35% over our budget as a result. 5. A month before the wedding, Suher flew to Australia for 2 weeks and only notified us the day she departed. At that time, there were multiple vendor contracts and major coordination issues still outstanding. 6. Suher volunteered to coordinate the transportation of our guests to the event in Mexico, only to find out the week of the wedding that the pick up point and border crossing she was planning to use had been closed for over a year - showing she had done no research and had not visited the area as she said she had. We had to hire a consultant the week of the wedding to take on this coordination. 7. We were 45 minutes late to our rehearsal dinner because her team did not communicate with the transportation consultant. 8. Our photographer had to place my veil and prepared to cue me to walk down the aisle because Suher was not present at that moment of the ceremony. 9. Day of coordination was woefully inadequate. Our bridal party and vendors stepped in to handle items that Suher and her team left undone. Suher is very creative, but she is not business minded which led to extreme coordination and contractual issues. I would not recommend working with her or her team unless they are brought on for design purposes only.

e passion for weddings and events. I was introduced to Suher before I was engaged (2018!) and when I did get engaged to my now hubby and we clicked instantly. After my engagement, I contacted Suher to get some insight into wedding planning. I quickly learned early on that hiring a wedding planner is as MUST. We were supposed to have our wedding in May 2020 and due to the pandemic had to postpone and re-plan the entire wedding to October 2021. Suher helped me and my husband replan and coordinate during the pandemic which put us at ease. So grateful for her support! Suher is amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. She made my wedding beautiful and more than what I expected! We had such a great experience with Forever Refined Events. They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed. They handled my family and friends perfectly and gave me and my husband everything we asked. When it came down to the photos we had a blast! We recommend them highly!

From my ever so indecisiveness, to being overly concerned with everything turning out perfect, Francine was there every step of the way, she has an incredible eye for detail, she was very attentive - no matter how busy she was, she always makes you feel like your wedding matters most, she offered AMAZING professional advice on all things wedding as I leaned on her because I quickly learned “Francine knows best!” From etiquette to what will WOW our guests, down to each and every detail Francine knows her stuff!!! During the wedding process Francine became more than our coordinator she felt like a friend, she was my constant during the process and on the wedding day when it was time for everything to come to light SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Coming from someone who is extremely picky and hard to please - she made my wedding dreams come true and then some! I feared the day of thinking it would be stressful leading up to walking down the aisle, however Francine and her team are so organized that everything ran SO smooth, I didn't have to stress or worry because even when I had a thought or question about something - Francine had already handled it. Our entire day was magical and I can guarantee you it was because the hard work done by Francine. Our guests commented on how beautiful and perfect of a wedding it was and even acknowledged how great our coordinator was from seeing how smooth everything was done. Francine, thank you for making my vision become a reality, thank you for keeping me on track and getting everything and every detail perfect and most importantly thank you for letting utilize you and your talents delivering the wedding I dreamed of. You are one of a kind and would get married 100 more times to get to work with you again. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU.

I do not know many people who would take on a challenge like that, headstrong, filled with positivity and reassurance. After a successful night, I can now say that I have absolutely no regrets trusting Suher. As an incredibly picky person, I sometimes struggle transferring responsibility over to someone else. Suher did not disappoint and went above and beyond. Even when I doubled the guest count less than a week before. She was always easy to get in contact with and, overall, did incredible work. Thanks!

From her exceptional ability to predict, problem solve and manage- she anticipated our needs, as well as those of our vendors and guests and had a seamless manner in managing them. She was true to her word that our day was left for us to enjoy and if things went wrong, I still have no idea about them. Besides making a potential​ neurosis-inducing event, relatively stress-free​, Francine and her team made our event immaculate​. I'm sure like many brides, I struggled to articulate the vision I had for our wedding and communicating that to vendors (in writing especially since we weren't able to meet in person). However, Francine and her design team were able to help me put to words and images exactly what I was hoping for and delivered well above my wildest dreams when the​ day of came. To say my husband was nervous about our gray, white, gravel-floored​, bare-bones greenhouse wedding venue, was an understatement. How could something so drab be brought to life in the way we described and discussed in our preplanning calls. However, when the day arrived, his awe spoke for itself and he expressed many times over how grateful he was we had chosen the team that we did. Francine's thoughtful effort, genuine passion, creative perspective and professional diligence made planning a wedding across the country, on NYE (had not anticipated the challenges of planning around a holiday), and after the largest fires in California history, was a surprisingly smooth task. Her vendor suggestions, eye for detail, patience in dealing with my spontaneous waves of stress, suggestions, ideas and simply put, "ability to get things done"- I'd recommend​ her and her team in an instant.

e actually was working with us for months beforehand. By the time we reached our wedding it felt like she was another one of our guests at the party. She connected us with great vendors and we loved the look she designed for our reception venue! We experienced a few minor snafu's leading up to and on the day of our wedding, and every time she was calm, cool and ready with a solution. We are so glad we chose her to pull off our perfect day!

since we were planning our San Diego wedding from San Francisco. I did not have have a vision in mind for the wedding, but with Francine's help, she designed a lovely garden themed wedding that was just amazing. All of my guests loved and raved about how elegant and beautiful the wedding was! I would work with Francine in a heartbeat and am so sad the wedding is over. I would recommend Francine to anyone that is planning a wedding in Southern California - she's such an amazing wedding partner and has a great eye for design. You will not regret it!

From the very first conversation I had with Francine I could tell that she that she is a master at what she does. Starting with that first conversation she reassured me that for all of her clients she will go above and beyond to make sure that their day is perfect and she completely delivered on that promise. We used her as a part-time planner because I actually was excited to do some planning on my own, however, if you are even considering a full-time planner a little bit I would recommend that you make that choice. Not only are her services worth every penny, but Francine will pay for herself in the savings she is able to help you achieve while planning. I'm a type A person and I was a bit concerned that putting the wedding in someone else's hands would make me nervous. Francine's organizational skills are like nothing I have ever seen before and I didn't worry for one minute that she wasn't completely on top of everything that was happening. Her guidance while selecting vendors was invaluable, her coordination leading up to the event to make sure that all of our vendors knew the exact plan was something I truly could not have done on my own and her timelines were impeccable. The day-of support that she and her team provided allowed for us and our families to really just enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. On top of ALL of that, she is also funny, honest and so easy to work with. I can't recommend her enough!
