Thank you for helping create one of the most meaningful and beautiful days of our lives.

for full-service planning. If you’re on the fence, save yourself the stress and just do it. It’s 100% worth it.
They truly know their stuff. They recommended amazing local vendors, coordinated seamlessly with our venue, and guided us through every step of the process. They brought such a calming presence and helped us feel confident and ready for our big day.
Stephany wasn’t able to make it on the wedding day due to a family emergency, but Ericka stepped in and immediately put us at ease. She handled everything so smoothly, and the day turned out absolutely stunning.
I honestly wish I could get married again just to work with them one more time. Highly, highly recommend.

on package and a design consultation, where they helped with planning 60 days out from our wedding day — which included communicating with vendors, discussing our decor and design, and helping us on our wedding day. Stephany and Erika truly came through and helped us with whatever we needed! We felt less stressed and more relaxed on our wedding day because of them. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

n terms of planning: We got married at Monserate Winery and they knew the venue and everything relating to it like the back of their hand. This eased so much stress for us. From the very start of our meetings with them I felt taken care of and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Scheduling meetings was easy and they were always able to answer my questions. They were in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everyone else had what they needed. Truly the months leading up to the wedding I was able to focus on other items and felt like their team was on track and taking care of everything they needed to!
Wedding Day: I had not a single ounce of stress day of. Erika and Stephany took care of anything and everything. They always had a beverage ready for me/my husband, kept the timeline completely on track, and were able to take care of anything we needed spur of the moment. They set up all my decor exactly as I was hoping and everything looked so beautiful. Things could not have gone more smoothly. People always say something will go wrong day of but genuinely if anything did, I didn't know about it and Stephany and Erika took care of it. I would recommend everybody to pick Stephany and her team to help plan their day, I cannot suggest them enough! 1000000/10. Everyone in our bridal party/guests thought they were so lovely to work with as well. Thank you Forevermore Team!

She came with me to my details meeting at Monserate Winery and has ahead of the game, which I loved!!! Erika is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and super fun to work with. She was able to make sure everything on the day of went smoothly and looked beautiful. When she arrived on my wedding day, I was finally able to calm down and have fun because I knew Erika and the team would get everything done! Stephany and her team are beyond amazing! We had our wedding in October this year, at a winery in Ramona. While the venue was gorgeous, the day was made perfect because of her and ...
her team! She is the most considerate, thoughtful, professional, prepared coordinator, and just the sweetest individual to work with throughout the whole planning process.
When interviewing other coordinators, no one paid as much attention to the details while also caring about me (the stressed bride) as much as Stephany. As a 'Type A Bride,' I felt calm and reassured having her in charge. When we brought up our wish to have wings door dashed to the venue for dinner- thinking it probably wouldn't be possible- she instead said we will figure it out to make it happen. And sure enough she did, bringing chaffing dishes and ensuring the wings were delivered and ready for our reception dinner.
If you are in search of a coordinator, please do yourself a favor and hire her! She is worth every penny and more! We loved you Stephany, and truly cannot thank you enough for all your help, guidance, and expertise! The day was a success because of you, your team, and all your hard work!

about our venue and guided me seamlessly through the days leading up to our special day. Stephany and Erika exceeded my expectations the day of our wedding and were the best dream team I could've imagined to get me through such a crazy day. I brought so many decorations and DIY items for the wedding and they flawlessly executed everything I had asked them. I never trusted anyone more than I trusted them and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with them. Highly recommend Stephany and her team. They are wonderful, beautiful people and so glad we had her on this journey with us :)

ly friendly and funny. Which honestly made us feel comfortable from the day we met, to every meeting that we had before the wedding day. We would recommend Stephany and Annie to family and friends. They are professional, friendly, and most important patient. Not once did we sense they felt overwhelmed or stressed about anything. Which definitely gave us peace of mind knowing everything was under control by them both. We are also thankful that Stephany and Annie went above and beyond for our magical day. We only hired a photographer, but without us asking Stephany and Annie ensured to capture many special moments during the event. Such as us walking down the aisle, dancing with our moms, and getting funky on the dance floor.

d/rock to lean on/shoulder to cry on/sound board - the list goes on and on! From the very first call we had with her we knew she was the perfect person for us. She understood our vibe from the very beginning and not once did she let us stray and get all jumbled - because Pinterest and Instagram will do that to you! Stephany was there to help us pick the best vendors, she helped us read through all of the many contracts, she was there through several venue walkthroughs and was available literally all times of the day for email and text! She became my best friend throughout this stressful yet joyous time! Leading up to the day, we had our fair share of drama within our wedding parties and such but Stephany was there to keep us calm and collected. She helped us pivot as much as possible to make sure it’d all be seamless! The day of the wedding started really smooth and then went a little bumpy, yet not once did Stephany stress me out or hit me with a ton of questions. She handled everything like the girl boss she is! If you are looking for the smartest, sweetest, most honest person to help facilitate your wedding, look no further! Stephany is your person! She is THE LITERAL BEST. Please do yourself a favor and book her! We LOVED working with her and are sad that it’s all over! Maybe we’ll bug Stephany for help with a dreamy baby shower! (When it’s time for that haha.)

astic reviews on the Knot, Wedding Wire, and Zola! She stepped up to the plate and helped me organize my day and my tropical vision I was shooting for. She is very responsive, creative and just so easy to work with. I had complete truth in her and confidence. Her communication, her team, vendor resources, timeliness, etc was above and beyond of what I could have asked for. I HIGHLY recommend her for a coordinator, I do not think anyone else has the spunk, personality, and dedication she has to her clients. Thank you Stephany for everything.

ad interviewed other wedding coordinators who mentioned things they didn't, or wouldn't do, but Stephany was the complete opposite. She was willing to design and decorate, she was willing to help do the dirty work of loading and unloading, and she was willing to call and speak to vendors when we had questions or concerns. She was just awesome. Stephany had thought through every step of the wedding planning and the day of execution, and that preparation really came through. Best of all, we (and our guests) could tell that she really cared about making our day stand out and be special. That meant a lot to us. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and special our wedding was, and we owe Stephany a lot of credit for that. I would 100% recommend her for your wedding or any event.
Stephany was very attentive, professional and made our day run smoothly.

every detail was in order and we couldn’t have been happier with our big day.
As an event planner, there is no doubt that Stephany Peterson possesses all the top-notch qualities, talents and skills needed for a successful, beautiful outcome. Not only is she ...
organized, an excellent coordinator, communicator and team builder, but she is creative, artistic and has an eye to detail. Stephany has the incredible ability to be flexible and remain calm, encouraging and even joyful in the most stressful situations. She was even able to make the most anxious relatives laugh when emotional wedding “ jitters” began to creep in. However, what makes Stephany special and stand out above the rest is her extraordinary kindness and genuine care for the people she is honored to serve. She loves hearing their story and listens to their vision, their heartbeat, and what means most in honoring the people/person being celebrated. Stephany genuinely helps all parties involved to convey to their guests how truly special they are, all in an atmosphere of joy, fun and beauty. I recommend Stephany with highest faith and confidence to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding or event planner. I guarantee she will make the occasion exquisite and unforgettable.

, but Stephany stepped right up! She was there to listen to me and be a calming presence while I was so overwhelmed. She must have been some kind of therapist in another life too because I felt so much better getting everything off my chest and felt confident in the plan moving forward. She never acted like I was too much to handle or my wedding was too much to handle, but she conducted herself calmly, professionally, and authentically like someone I’d want to be friends with after. Everything went smoothly for the wedding. She thought of every detail! Absolutely would recommend her to other brides!
Great Service! Very friendly and great to work with!
