She made us feel beyond natural in front of the camera. When it came to our wedding day, she was over communicating on everything so we wouldn’t have any questions! She made sure our day was beautiful and again listened to all of our silly ideas!! We cannot wait to print the photos and hang them in our home! She met with me a first time to go over her work and packages and even met with me a second time after I requested to review her work again. The day of the wedding she helped keep us on time and found beautiful locations on site to capture our photos. She made it fun for us as well as our family and friends. She even captured a video of our family and friends singing while circled together on the dance floor and sent it my way after the wedding. Her work is beyond beautiful. received an email a day or two before our wedding that due to some confusing reasons, our photographers were unable to shoot our wedding. Umm… YIKES! They promised that they would send a team that was of equal quality, and I was FREAKED. Photography was one of the MOST important vendors and we spent a lot of time finding ours. Carmen showed up with her second shooter, as she was the one contracted by the other photography company and in a way I am so HAPPY that it happened this way because I can’t imagine connecting with the other team like we did with her. She was FLAWLESS. She worked around some wedding-day craziness, and kept my family and our timeline in CHECK. There were several variables that rocked us off of our timeline before the ceremony, but Carmen was so reassuring and also so personable, even though we were just meeting for the first time. I can’t say enough about how bad*** she is. She moved our family pictures along swiftly, and her style of telling people things to do/say to get candid yet posed-ish photos was nothing short of spectacular and SO MUCH FUN. She made us feel so comfortable, she made me and my girls laugh hysterically, AND, she managed to sneak my husband and I away to a roller-skating rink that was right next to our venue and got some STUNNING pictures of us in the middle of the rink with colorful disco lights lighting up our love and happiness. I can’t thank her enough for capturing the emotions of our day so beautifully (and I’ve only seen the previews). I can’t wait to see the rest. Thank you Carmen, we LOVED you, and so did our families. Everybody had nothing but positive things to say about you and how much you rocked it. Much love!!

I'm so excited to see our album!

first and only photographer that I interviewed. She knows what she is doing and I could tell within 5 minutes of meeting her. She truly cares about your wedding day and the couple that she is shooting for. Her style and creativity are unbelievable. She also shot our engagement photos and we had so much fun going to a few places in the city- her work was amazing. It’s so important to get along with your photographer and to know that they will take photos that you will want to look at over and over again and that you are proud to share with your friends and family. Also, Carmen could not be more fun and she will do anything for the perfect photo. Our style is more candid/romantic/fun and she took some of the craziest and coolest photos we didn’t even know she was taking! Also a special acknowledgement for her, she helped my husband and I with the timeline throughout the day, which wasn’t her job but she was stepping up to help us. Also she helped us execute the first look we did and went off without a hitch because of her. We love Forget Me Knot. Can’t wait for more in the future!

I have my wedding photos back, which didn't take long AT ALL, I can't say there was a single picture I wish she would have taken because she took pictures of everything, she left no detail, person or event behind. We were a large obnoxious group to handle and Carmen didn't act phased at all. The pictures take me back right into the day and into the moment and I can't thank her enough for her hard work, dedication and talent. These pictures are AMAZING!
