Forget Me Knot Weddings

couldn’t tell if anything went wrong; it truly felt like a perfect day. Even weeks later, we still think about how seamless, joyful, and stress-free our wedding day felt thanks to Kristin. Kristin didn’t just shine on the wedding day; the rehearsal the day before was engaging, organized, and even entertaining. She is reliable, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients. Her dedication speaks volumes; she even pushed through an ankle injury to be there for us and ensure everything ran smoothly. Kristin knows how to handle family dynamics with grace and always keeps the focus where it belongs: on the couple. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend Forget Me Knot Wedding enough. I truly wish we could have another wedding just so we could work with Kristin again!

ation on our wedding day and Kristin handled it with ease. We don't know what we would have done without her! If you are looking for a great planner, I highly suggest Forget Me Knot Weddings!

first consultation to the rehearsal the day before the wedding. Wedding planning can be stressful and time-consuming, and it was invaluable to have a cool head on speed dial. Kristin’s process is thorough and methodical, but her vibe is always fun and friendly. She promptly answered all phone calls, texts, and emails with an attention to detail that put us at ease. When the big day arrived, everything truly went off without a hitch, right down to the smallest details. We got married at the Denver Botanic Gardens and greatly appreciated Kristin’s previous experience with such a beautiful but unique venue. Do not hesitate, hire Kristin!

process. Hire Forget Me Knot Weddings. We hired Kristin as a day-of coordinator and we are so happy that we did. She’s professional, a great communicator, and so easy to work with! She recommended several excellent vendors, she reassured us when we were feeling stressed or indecisive, and on the day of the wedding she kept everything running smoothly! It was incredible to have someone who has worked on so many weddings. She expertly managed timelines, floorplans, and so many other logistical details that we never would have thought of on our own. Thanks to Kristin we felt like we got to celebrate with our friends and family instead of hosting a complicated event.

up until the wedding day. On our wedding day I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew she had it all covered! She is very type A and organized and I would recommend her to any and all brides.

essional, and accommodating in our interactions with her. She developed an incredibly detailed timeline for our wedding party and vendors, handled a multitude of last minute additions flawlessly, and helped us think of so many little things that improved both ours and our guests' experiences. As a super organized & extremely type A bride, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I thought I had planned thoroughly enough that I wouldn't need one and our venue provided a coordinator who handled logistics on their end. However, I am so glad that we made room in our budget to bring Kristin on board as she was worth every penny we paid her and more. I interviewed 6-8 different day-of coordinators, and what you get in terms of value with Kristin's packages were top notch - many other coordinators wanted to charge us similar prices for meaningfully less support leading up and/or limited hours of coverage day-of or hours that didn't make sense. At the end of the day, someone has to be the person answering the phones from your vendors day of and making sure your catering is on track, and we are so happy we spent the money to take that burden off ourselves or our family. Kristin took care of so many things that none of us would have had time for on the day of that our venue would not do, helped us get back on track timeline wise when we were running late (through no fault of her own), and always seemed like she had the magic ability to be in multiple places at once. Plus, having her handle vendor communication in the last month when we were scrambling to finish everything on our end was invaluable. Kristin also took so many candid videos and photos for us throughout the day which we are so grateful for! We did not have a videographer as it was not a priority, but love having just simple iPhone recordings of our vows, speeches, first dance, and more. She also got some amazing moments from later in the night on the dancefloor after our photographer had left for the evening. Hire Kristin if you are even thinking about it! She was some of the best money we spent the entire weekend, and some of our out of state family even asked for her business card because she was so great.

enough, she truly was amazing to work with and made our day so special.

ire planning process easy. Her creativity with the decor and connections to amazing vendors were invaluable - I couldn't have planned my wedding without Kristin and her team. The level of organization and attention to detail was truly amazing, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Forget Me Knot Weddings to any couple looking for a stress-free, beautiful wedding experience.

s excellent, if we sent her an email/text she would respond within an hour, most times even sooner, and she had a solution for everything! We thought we had everything all planned out but she made sure to think of all the little details that we forgot about! Things like reserved seating signs, wedding details for photographer, having our marriage license ready to sign, and much more! The day of the wedding, if there were any hiccups we sure didn’t know because she handled everything so fast and well! She made sure the right songs were playing, everyone knew when to walk down the aisle, and the food/dessert was restocked immediately! During the reception someone stepped on my train and ripped the button off my bustle, she jumped right in and had supplies to pin it all back, and I was back to dancing in minutes! Lastly, to top off her amazing work, she took the most beautiful pictures throughout the day on top of the photographer, and so now we have even more amazing photos to remember the day! If anyone is looking for a wedding planner I would recommend Kristin, she is the nicest, most organized person who will make your special day go so smooth so you can be worry free and enjoy the moment!

ery single appointment, always responding to my texts almost immediately—no matter the time or how small my request was. Including but not limited to literally what baskets to use for flower girls, how to fold napkins etc. EVERY DETAIL. Her promptness and attention to detail were unmatched. I loved how honest she was when I needed opinions, never just placating me, but offering real feedback on whether something was a good idea or not, which is exactly what I wanted. On our wedding day, Kristin was calm and collected, handling everything flawlessly. Including moving our whole ceremony inside within 30 minutes, and we were still 10 minutes ahead of schedule. She even went above and beyond to capture the speeches on her phone since we didn’t have a videographer, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of our favorite pictures is the one she got of my dad and I right before we walked down the aisle. Just such a special touch! Anything you’d expect from a wedding coordinator, she absolutely rocked! Her organization, availability, and calm demeanor made the entire planning process and the day itself feel seamless. Kristin is now a part of our family, and I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for someone who’s not just talented but truly cares about making your day perfect!

day of the event, Kristin demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. Her attention to detail, communication, and dedication to the clients vision is unmatched. As a professional DJ in the wedding industry, Kristin made my job a breeze and played a key role in ensuring the celebration was a success! I would highly recommend Kristin and her team to anyone who is looking to turn their dream wedding into a reality and I can't wait to work with them again. 10/10 for Forget Me Knot Weddings!! -Matt Th Entertainment

t planner only helped with minor details with the venue. We interviewed several Colorado planners but none of them gave the first impression that Kristin did. Kristin was knowledgeable and immediately took the fear of planning a long distance wedding away. From visiting the venue, finding and handling all vendors, going to vendor meetings with us, researching items my daughter wanted and so much more, Kristin was there every step of the way. She worked tirelessly with us for almost 18 months planning my daughter’s wedding and made sure that everything went flawlessly the day off. The wedding was more beautiful than I could have imagined and Kristin was a huge part of that. Kristin was always only a phone call away for my daughter, myself and even the groom’s mom. She always made herself accessible to us and answered questions and calmed nerves when needed. Kristin became part of the family during this process and you can see how involved and connected she becomes with her clients and their families. We will honestly miss working and talking with her on a regular basis but she will always be part of our family after what she did to make my daughter’s day perfect. I am truly so thankful to her and we recommend her 1000 times over! You absolutely cannot go wrong with having Kristin onboard for your wedding planning needs!!!

and also really takes to heart your wedding theme and goal to make the best recommendations for your day. She is incredibly knowledgeable and ensures that all the big and little things are ready for the big day. She goes above and beyond and keeps her bubbly positive attitude even when dealing with stressed out brides and parents (: Thank you so much Kristin for your hard work and support in planning our wedding, we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you!

lans each step of the way. Through the process, I felt relaxed and stress-free. The Forget Me Knot team delivers a top notch, high end, elegant experience with organization and ease from the first call to wedding day. Thank you sooo much, Kristin!

time managing their time. She was kind yet able to get everything and everyone where they were supposed to be! If you're looking for an excellent planner, you've found her!

o make sure we were pleased with everything. Thank you so much!’nn

ick to respond, helped us look over several contracts, gave great advice and always had resources to share. She has a confidence that made us feel so at ease - we just knew she had everything under control and that we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Her attention to detail is one of the most impressive things about her - she leaves no stone unturned and will do everything she can to make sure your day is perfect. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day and we know Kristin’s diligence was a huge part of that. We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Kristin!

much more than Day-Of Coordination as she was available to answer our MANY questions throughout the planning process, helped review vendor contracts, and was a great sounding board as we worked our way through the million decision points that make up a wedding. She was quick to respond, detailed oriented, and did a wonderful job making our vision for our wedding day come to life, creating a very detailed timeline, and coordinating across our various vendors. We had full confidence once our wedding day arrived that Kristin had things under control, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. Would recommend Kristin and Forgot Me Knot Weddings without reservation.

sked for. She made our day so easy and ENJOYABLE - managing everything behind the scenes for the day to be seamless and run smoothly. Can't recommend anyone more highly!

verything has been a DREAM! Three words… dedicated, real, and professional. Kristin and her team made our dreams come true. Kristin from the beginning built the trust asap to the point our first time seeing our venue was our wedding day and it was better than we could have imagined. On a personal note, Kristin as a person… is a wonderful human being and all around just amazing person who treats everyone with the upsmost respect while also getting s#*t done. We cannot wait to come back and visit Colorado next year and meet up with her!!! Cliff notes - go with Kristin and her team for your dream wedding or your a silly goose :)

ional wedding planner who possesses a unique combination of qualities that make her one of the most organized, reliable, and enjoyable professionals I have ever worked with! From our very first interaction, I knew that working with Kristin would be seamless. She is incredibly detail-oriented and organized, which greatly facilitates my job as a cake vendor. Kristin promptly communicates all the necessary information, and she is always available to answer any questions I may have. However, what distinguishes Kristin from other wedding planners is her cheerful and lighthearted approach to work. She has an excellent sense of humor and a positive attitude that makes the entire wedding planning process enjoyable. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that everything runs smoothly. Even when things don't go as planned, Kristin handles it with ease and a smile on her face, alleviating any stress or tension like a true professional. Overall, I highly recommend Kristin to any couples searching for an organized, reliable, and fun-to-work-with wedding planner. She is undoubtedly one of the best in the business, and I am eagerly looking forward to working with her again in the future.

d the day of. There was absolutely no worries from our end. Kristin is thorough and very organized. Kristin holds the staff accountable and to be on time with the planned itinerary. Kristin was also very attentive to us and answered our questions promptly. I highly recommend Kristin as a wedding coordinator/planner. She is absolutely the BEST!

he way. When the month of the wedding came up, Kristin was constantly in contact with us and our other vendors. Our wedding day was a complete dream and we owe all of it to Kristin. She was attentive to our wants and needs the entire day, and everything went so smoothly. To anyone out there considering Kristin as your wedding planner, do it! She’s the best in the industry and we could not be more thankful for her!

ristin was such a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong.

s so caring, dedicated, passionate, and creative with her work! She pays great attention to detail, and we absolutely loved working with her team. We will be staying in touch with her as well even after wedding festivities are sadly over!

ng for us - my husband and I are stationed in different locations on the east coast, my husband’s family is on the west coast, and my family is in Colorado. With this distance and difference in time zones, Kristin effectively communicated with all involved in the planning process. Kristin provided a functional timeline and then ensured its distribution to our many vendors, resulting in an on timeline wedding. In every aspect of her job, Kristin was extremely professional. Her attention to detail in the timeline planning and day of execution was incredible. She was everywhere she needed to be, all at once. She was a helping hand in those many small things that are happening behind the scenes of a bridal party preparation and event setup. Examples of this that were unforeseen to my husband and I as a couple but were quickly brought to our attention by Kristin include movement of gift tables, movement of bridal party day-of bags and accessories (given that the party prepared at the venue), assistance to the photographer in making our desired bridal party and family photos happen smoothly, etc etc. Beyond just being an expert with her ability to create and execute a timeline, Kristin is friendly and pleasant. She quickly established an understanding of the family member’s names, and worked very well with the venue manager, photographer, and all other vendors associated with our wedding. If Kristin is available to plan your special day and be there to ensure it happens in a way that will leave you with no complaints, she’s the one you want to do it. Without hesitation, myself and my husband, the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and both of our families would recommend Kristin to you.

end. Kristin was, by far the best money we spent on our wedding. If I could do it over again, I would have hired her the day we got engaged. She executed everything for us! The tables were perfect! I can’t wait to get the pictures. The reception grand entrance…. So much fun! She thought of things that I didn’t think of and I’m so glad she did. At the end of the night she put everything back on our vehicle while we bowled with our friends! If you are a bride and you don’t know whether you need her, YOU DO. Just do it.

we could be fully present. Kristin completely understood. She took the time to get to know us, what was important to both of us, and what was important in our wedding. She was prompt, efficient, and exceptionally responsive to our questions/ideas throughout the wedding planning process. During our wedding weekend, she was so present, prepared, and organized that we felt like we could truly be with our people and with one another. Kristin's extensive experience in the wedding industry put us in excellent hands and she helped us think through aspects of our day that wouldn't even have crossed our mind. As a bonus, Kristin is warm, bubbly, and just fun to be around, and she really put us at ease on our special day. We could not recommend Kristin enough to other couples!

our flowers didn't get delivered on time and our wedding was pushed back in terms of time. If we hadn't had her I think I would have had a meltdown trying to figure out what was going on. She made our day run so smoothly and made sure we enjoyed it. I'm definitely recommending her to any oft friends who get married soon and need a coordinator!

ve been such a success without her. From helping us chose the perfect venue, down to the day-of, Kristin has been extremely organized and on top of it. She is extremely reliable, detail-oriented, and kind. Me being a complete control freak, even I was able to release some of the control because I Kristin is THAT trustworthy. I was able to let go, let loose, and actually enjoy every part of my wedding, all the while knowing Kristin was going to take care of everything. My big day was absolutely flawless, and Kristin is to thank for that. She is extremely sharp, has a lot of experience, and helpful tips. She also makes herself available to meet/talk virtually anytime, which helps when you start to get pre-wedding jitters or need advice. I absolutely recommend Kristin to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner that has your best interest in mind at all times and is extremely reliable in every way. Thank you Kristin for being so great! We will definitely keep in touch!

r 2020, we ended up postponing the larger celebration and used her services in August 2021. She had every detail covered, and then some. We underestimated how quickly our signature drink would go and ran out during cocktail hour, and Kristin was quick to run out and get more bottles during the reception. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

ed and personable wedding coordinator I have ever worked with. It would be a mistake to go with another wedding coordinator. I highly recommend Kristin and hope to be working with her again soon! Sincerely, DJ Dave

Z, and planning a wedding in CO was not the easiest. Kristin, was so helpful and made sure that I did not forget something and was very very detailed. Her love for planning weddings shows and could not have asked for a better planner. Because of her, I was able to really enjoy my wedding!

illed it with scheduling tours, tastings, and all the appointments in between. She is truly amazing at what she does and has an absolutely gift to be able to perfectly execute a couple's wishes for their wedding day. Our wedding was absolutely flawless and we wouldn't have changed a thing and undoubtedly all of the credit goes to Kristin and her amazing ability to make people's dreams come true. She was always available, no matter the time, day or night, super knowledgeable with recommendations, the industry in general, professional in every aspect of the word, and the best decision we could have made to have the best day! We unfortunately can only give 5 stars, but hands down everything about her and business are worth far more! You will not regret having her as a part of your vendor team and I cannot recommend her and Forget Me Knot Weddings enough! Thank you, Kristin! So glad we get to be a part of the Forget Me Know family forever!! :) Caley & Will

ith us to find our perfect venue remotely in Covid to spending an hour and a half with me on a florist call to being there in person for my hair and makeup trial, I truly could depend on Kristin. She's also super responsive day and night, which was very important to me. Wedding planning can be stressful and having someone who returns emails/texts/calls quickly made the process a lot smoother. She also patiently helped me figure out the vision for the wedding as I flipped back and forth for about 9 months and handled shuttle service drama 48 hours before the big day like an absolute queen. Kristin is also super knowledgable on the catering side which proved to be a huge asset as we thought through menu items and assessed pricing. All in all, I felt confident in the vendors we chose because Kristin was there to assess and guide the conversation, read through contracts, and then provide thoughts after as well. She is an excellent sounding board and isn't afraid to share an opinion which is HUGELY valuable when planning a wedding. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about one thing because we knew Kristin had it handled. We pretty much just showed up and everything happened exactly as we wanted. I was even texting her last minute things like "Oh can we tie the runners at the ends like this photo...", and every single tiny thing was done exactly like we wanted it. Also I will add the big day was absolutely perfect. The decor was exactly as I envisioned, the food and cocktails from the caterer Kristin recommended were fantastic, the DJ she recommended kept the dance floor packed the entire night, I mean wow. We even had guests telling us after how fantastic Kristin was. Truly truly cannot recommend her enough. THANK YOU KRISTIN!!!

our wedding planning. We hired Kristin for the Full Service wedding package - and it was the best money spent! Kristin is extremely professional and on top of everything! Andrew and I moved to Colorado from NYC, and we were honestly worried during our search that we didn't know enough about Colorado to get married, etc. Off the bat, Kristin has set up venue visits with exactly what we had envisioned! Not only that, she read all of our contracts to ensure we were getting market prices and not overpaying. She directly dealt with vendors which saved us so much time and money in the long run. Trust the process, and go with her vendor recommendations. It's a small community, and you want what is best for your budget. We never once felt pressure and Kristin was awesome about helping us stay within our means. Every single one of her recommendations were amazing - photographer, hair / makeup, DJ, photo booth, you name it. Kristin also goes above and beyond - we had a vision for our center pieces, and Kristin took the lead on designing them herself! Beautiful one of a kind manzanita trees - she did everything from sourcing them to putting cement block to spray painting them white... and they were stunning! And on the day of, it was the best day of our lives. Kristin flawlessly executed every single little thing I could have imagined plus more. If something went wrong, I would have had no idea. Everything was just perfect. Her signature touch is 7 minutes in Heaven - and that has been one of my favorite parts of our big day. You're so busy running around, it's nice to step away and be with your husband / wife for a few minutes to take it all in! Kristin knows her stuff, is super organized, extremely professional, and will give you her honest opinion. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

cative for our first meeting, walk through, rehearsal, and wedding day. She exudes confidence and you can tell from the questions she asks her clients that she is very experienced and has a lot of general knowledge about the wedding industry. She emailed all vendors a very detailed timeline two weeks before our wedding date so everyone could be on the same page, and then kept in contact with them throughout those two weeks. It was awesome, and stress relieving for me! She made our entire wedding day run smoothly, and timely, which was very important to me from the get go. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an experienced wedding coordinator. She is the person you are looking for!

and all she did for us. She is worth every single penny and will make the wedding process significantly better! From the very first call I had with her, I could just tell she knew exactly what she was doing. She knows the wedding industry, she’s great at problem solving, and she has incredible interpersonal skills with difficult vendors/family members. I truly cannot say enough kind things about Kristin. We still think about our wedding and say, thank god we had Kristin to help us! We love forget me knot weddings and have already recommended Kristin to friends! I promise she will be the best choice you could make! Thank you so much for everything Kristin!!

Knot Weddings. Kristin was fantastic as she cohesively connected the many moving parts. Her calm professionalism was evident before, during, and after our daughter’s special day! As further testament to our wedding coordinator’s successful efforts, I readily knew I would be able to fully enjoy the fun and exciting occasion! I unhesitatingly recommend her to bring your wedding vision to realty.

Her "day of" package is really a "month of" package. Leading up to the event, even before the month, she was always available and helpful with any questions. She coordinated with vendors and got everyone on the same page early and had a lot of suggestions that we hadn't thought of. On the day of, neither the groom nor I had to lift a finger! She coordinated with the florist and rentals to get everything set up beautifully, so that the first time I saw everything was as it was happening! I am sure she would have made it so I could see before, though, if I had wanted to. There was a little delay getting the reception started (really good lighting for pictures so portraits went a little long, nothing on Kristin!), so she seamlessly adjusted the reception schedule that I didn't even notice. I only found out from talking to my bridesmaids later! The morning after, once again, I didn't have to lift a finger. All the returns were taken care of and everything that was ours was brought to our room the night before. Forget Me Knot Weddings provided a wedding we will never forget!

n't even thought about yet. Unfortunately, we have had to postpone our wedding, but I don't know what we would have done without her. She is so tied in to the Denver network & was the first to tell us any new updates from the Governor. While we of course wish it had turned out differently & we could have kept our original date, we were so much more confident pushing our date knowing we had great information from Kristin at our disposal. Unfortunately our new date conflicted with one that Kristin was already booked for in 2021, on so I can't speak to day-of, but if her day-of is anything like her planning leading up to the wedding, you will be in good hands!

a hitch. With her in our corner, we were able to enjoy the wedding day without any stress, and the whole day was incredible. Her passion for wedding planning is evident in all of her work and I would highly recommend working with her!

ing to help me in a moment of crisis. She made the planning process seamless and our ceremony went off without a single hitch. I cannot recommend Kristin enough for anyone who needs an event coordinator!

n and saved the day, even though we were no longer able to use the venue, we were able to book another location and get everything switched over 3 weeks before the wedding. I had so many guest compliment me about her at the wedding, and said that she was amazing and I absolutely agreed with them. There are not enough positive things that I can say about her.
