As the shop's owner, I give all creative credit to my wife. I credit myself with picking things up and putting things down. You will meet me with cake deliveries. My favorite job is picking up high-ratio shortening from a small candy/cake shop in NJ and flying it all the way home to Florida to make my wife happy. I listen to my wife talk about cake 24/7 and I now know more about cake than I ever thought possible. But when it comes to your cake, my wife will help you through all of the details and she will bring your dreams to life. I have the easy part, ensuring I get it to you safely.
