! Each piece, the altar, stair draping, bouquets, even down to the boutonnieres were stunning. It is our understanding that in an effort to reduce costs, Forget Me Not Designs does not provide vision boards. For us, that was not a concern because Ashley assured us of her ability to accommodate our vision while providing some examples during our meeting. We definitely recommend Ashley for any wedding!

wedding when I requested a meeting to check in. At that meeting they had no designs/outlines to show me and I ended up going into my wedding day not knowing for sure what my flower arrangements would look like. The morning of the wedding the florist set up all of the arrangements and then left without ever checking in with me. The arch and hanging greenery in the ceremony space was very nice. However, my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and the center pieces all looked awful. I had asked for bright colors, but received pale, wilted pinks. All of the flowers were browning and drooping. I couldn’t believe that they thought it was acceptable for the price they charge. I had also asked that the bouquets be loose and asymmetrical, but they were all tight and round. My planner called them and asked them to bring new flowers that were in better condition and the right colors, which they did. Nothing about the bouquets were adjusted other than replacing some blooms. So while they did rectify as much of the situation as they could within the time constraints, I feel like all of this could have been avoided if they had been better at communicating and being transparent leading up to the wedding.

COVID restrictions, the latest restriction less than a week before the wedding. Ashley helped us navigate through these endless changes and really worked with us to use the purchased flowers in new ways to save some of our investment. deliver them in water so they were all wilted before the ceremony even started and the flowers were falling out as they were walking down the aisle. I told her multiple times I wanted them very large and sent pictures of the size and they were still way too small. The boutonnieres were brown and wilted as well. I was pretty embarrassed to be the bride who was responsible for how they turned out. I wanted to be proud of what I had chosen for them and I was so embarrassed and upset. The reception flowers definitely made up for the flubs with the bouquets and bouts. They were beautiful and she did just what I asked for on those. I think maybe there was a miscommunication since both my mother and I contacted her separately- don't do that! Be concise from the beginning and everything should be good. There's still no excuse for brown flowers, though!
