This husband and wife business was fantastic to work with and affordable for the extremely high quality of food.
We did have to be prompted by our day of coordinator to ask about serving tables and water glasses, both of which need to be provided. There might have been a scenario where all our food would’ve been on the ground, so be sure to ask them exactly what you need to provide!

The menu we selected was Mediterranean-inspired: they prepared perfect roasted chicken, steak, basmati rice with cranberries and pumpkin seeds, lemony lentils, roasted fall vegetables, and crispy flaky pita bread with hummus eggplant and olive spreads. Everyone at my table had seconds and many guests complimented the food (even the youngest guests loved it).
Serving good, healthy, and family-friendly food was something that was important to us and we were really pleased with our choice of Fork in the Road catering.
