Forked LLC offers customized catering. All of our unique menus are customized and crafted to your theme, budget, and vision. Chef Dana specializes in private chef dinners & buffets, charcuterie spreads, and grazing tables! Each of our grazing table experiences is catered to your personal preference and decor! We offer full service and have packages for bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and engagement parties.
Classically trained at the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Chef Dana knows that no two weddings are the same. She works with each couple to create a customized menu that best suits them and their guests. Whether couples are planning an intimate gathering or a larger affair, Chef Dana and her team have the experience and know-how to realize every couple’s vision.
Forked-Private Chef & Catering personalized menus can facilitate specific dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. Menus can also be tailored to consist of or include vegan, plant-based, keto, paleo, and pescatarian food items. Couples can choose to have themed grazing tables and charcuterie boards that best fit their vision for their wedding.

luten free. Most other caterers were obviously a bit uncomfortable with this, or seemed uninterested in accommodating us, but not Chef Dana! She didn’t bat an eye! We did a tasting with her and she came to our house with large portions, delicious vegetarian and gluten free food, and the utmost professionalism and customer service. We felt respected, seen, and confident in her abilities—and she did NOT disappoint! The food at our wedding was so good even die-hard meat eaters told us how good it was, to their surprise. The serving team Chef Dana brought was so kind and attentive—they made sure both my husband and I got plates of the appetizers, the entrees, and cake—we certainly wouldn’t have gotten to try the appetizers and cake at our own wedding had they not made sure to set these on our sweetheart table! This exceptional service, plus the delicious food, and reliable team, is why we will always go back to Chef Dana and Forked for future catering needs. Brides, if you want exceptional quality, service, and food at a fair price, Chef Dana and Forked are the ones!
