Each of our grazing table experiences is catered to your personal preference and decor! We offer full service and have packages for bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and engagement parties. Classically trained at the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Chef Dana knows that no two weddings are the same. She works with each couple to create a customized menu that best suits them and their guests. Whether couples are planning an intimate gathering or a larger affair, Chef Dana and her team have the experience and know-how to realize every couple’s vision. Forked-Private Chef & Catering personalized menus can facilitate specific dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. Menus can also be tailored to consist of or include vegan, plant-based, keto, paleo, and pescatarian food items. Couples can choose to have themed grazing tables and charcuterie boards that best fit their vision for their wedding.
