Forks & Fingers, Catering by Design

Look no further, Forks & Fingers will blow any other wedding out of the water. Off the bat, we loved that the team behind F&F doesn't offer menu "packages" per say, and therefor we knew we were getting a completely customized experience (there is NOTHING cookie cutter about their weddings!) Stephanie and Mark took the time to sit down with my husband and I to discuss our favorite restaurants, comfort meals, places to travel, etc and from there dreamt up a wedding menu better than I ever could have imagined. Every guest at our wedding raved about the food, from the roving chefs shucking oysters to order during cocktail hour to the Korean Short Rib Tacos being stuffed to order during dinner. Everything down to the platters they serve food on is customized to your wedding and stunningly beautiful (ugly and boring old chafing trays do not exist in their world!) Words really cannot adequately describe how talented Mark & Stephanie are and what a gift it was to have them cater our wedding.

From the minute we selected Forks and Fingers the service and quality of food was above our expectations. Working with Steph and Mark was amazing! They have an incredible dynamic and really took the time to make sure our menu and presentation were tailored to our wedding. 5 stars wouldn't be enough to describe the flavor of the food either!! Delicious!

Mark, Steph and the entire Forks and Fingers team made our home wedding truly spectacular. They helped us plan the perfect menu for our event with food and drink that delighted our guests. F&F delivered an elevated restaurant experience right to our home with staff who were professional and friendly. Their attention to details, from beautiful presentation to colorful and elegant garnishes, was exceptional. F&F gets our highest recommendation.

This note is long, long overdue. We are reminded often of how awesome our party was last August. Many of our friends have been asking all winter if they should save a date this summer for the 2nd annual Summer Bash! We are so thankful for having met you at previous parties that were exceptional and finding you available for our date. Janet and I thoroughly enjoyed the planning process, the tasting with a few close friends and the party itself. Mark was so creative in his menu options, theme and props. The creation of a custom Tiki Bar to fit our deck, specialty cocktails, mood lighting and pairing of passed hors d’oeuvres was perfect. The food stations were also really well done and diverse. Every aspect of food was uniquely presented and delicious. Stephanie's management of the friendly, efficient, professional service staff and overall party was also an important 'ingredient' to the incredible success of our party. Your advise also was a great help in choosing and managing tenting , dance floor and DJ. We really appreciated you going the extra step to give Erik and Jaime a ride home as our last guests missed their ride. Janet and I were able to relax and mingle with the crowd as you handled every aspect of the event. The only disappointment was when the party ended. Both Janet and I previously worked in the restaurant and catering business. We have also hosted a number of parties, been to hundreds, and this was clearly at the top. We recommend you to anyone looking for the best catering crew we have ever experienced. Looking forward the next Forks and Fingers event we are fortunate enough to attend. Thank you!!!! From start to finish I found the staff of Forks and Fingers to be very professional. Stephanie came to my house before the event to see the layout of where the party would be held. The day of the party was flawless. I truly was able to enjoy my guests and watch the happy couple having a great time. Also the menu was perfect. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Stephanie and Mark from Forks and Fingers are amazing. We met with them in fall of 2013 for our July 2014 wedding, we discussed a price point they then made up a menu based on our tastes, where we like to eat out and based on our venue my parents back yard. The menu was amazing and the most inclusive menu we had among the caterers we looked at, no pick 3 apps, pick 2 entrees. They also worked out a bar/drink selection for us...as we were doing beer, wine and 2 signature drinks. Stephanie was always in contact with us, just an email/phone call away for schedule/timeline/food questions. Mark's food is amazing and they were great about accommodating one guest with Celiac's disease. Everyone raved about the food during the wedding and afterwards too. We ended up with lots of left overs which the family loved! The chess display was amazing and nice compliment to the passed apps.We had 3 dinner options and the mashed potato/risotto bar (amazing), and Mexican street corn which my parents raved about and my favorite part the desserts. We skipped the cake and went for mini desserts, do me a favor get the ice cream sandwich cookies...to die for! Our wedding ended at 10 and they were clean up and out of there by 11, it looked like it never even happened they picked up everything! There staff was great to work with very friendly and easy going. We keep joking we need to find another reason to have a party just so we can use them as a caterer! Amazing from start to finish, cannot think of one negative thing to say. Just a delight to work with, we were over the moon with their services.

Forks & Fingers Catering did a fabulous job catering for a 90th Birthday Party. Everyone was a delight and pleasant. The food was great and the presentation was fabulous! I would definitely recommend this caterer. Our kitchen was cleaner after they left than before they showed up!
