had competitive pricing. I took off some stars for service because we went by there a couple of times before we found anyone helpful. One attendant appeared to be a teenager who couldn't answer any questions and didn't seem interested in finding answers for us. Once we spoke to who I believe was the main manager or attendant, he knew what he was talking about, helped us match our bridesmaid dresses, and I know when the guys went to pick up their tuxes, he made sure everything fit. A couple guys had to have different sizes and he handled it on the spot. I would recommend them, just seek out the "adults" not the kids for actual help.

r in advance. The in home fitting option was really nice. Once my wedding week came I was told that someone would be in contact with me to set up delivery of my tuxes. My wedding was Friday. I waited until Tuesday to call and ask why I hadn't heard from anyone. I had a ton going on that week, and had to make sure someone was home for them to deliver. Well they ended up delivering them on Tuesday which was great. We them inspected all the suits and found that some of the pants hems had not been sewn properly, and the grooms vest had a button missing. We got all the suits out to the groomsmen the next day, and more problems arose with the hems. I ended up having to take two of them back to the store to fix (which I didn't have time for) and then my dads arms hem had let out as well! It was just uncalled for and seemed like they threw everything together so last minute! Once my big day came I had a little ring bearer who lives out of state, so unfortunately he couldn't try his on prior to that day. He had gone a month prior to have a fitting and when he tried on his pants they were hemmed so high they looked like capris!!! I was just about to get ready and into my dress when I called the store and spoke to a woman who refused to help me! They had been somewhat accommodating with the other mishaps and then totally disregarded this huge mistake. Her response was "oh he must've grown." I said he was there a month ago I don't think he grew 6 inches in a month! I understand he should've tried it on prior, but being that he lives 2 hours from me and I got them on Tuesday night that just wasn't possible. I requested that the owner call me back immediately, and never heard anything from them! It was the most awful and stressful experience of my life, and made my wedding week so much crazier than it needed to be. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

the best to do the in home fittings and a great excuse to have a bridal party get together. Gene delivered the tuxes to us and picked them up so we only went to the place the one time to pick out the tuxes. Excellent service and excellent quality! Highly recommended

husband said that at least two of the tuxedos for his groomsmen had defects in them when they arrived. We had hoped the quality would match the price.

small, or had broken clasps on the pants. My husband had to go there on our wedding day to exchange his shirt because it was the wrong size! They didn't do anything to compensate us at all either.

the guys come to our house for an in-home fitting. Everyone was fit in the comfort of our house even including the shoes and you paid the same day. The tuxes were dropped off at our house two days before the wedding and even picked back up the following day. So, convenient and would recommend to anyone!

groomsmen/fathers/and my groom. He had everything he needed with him and it didn't take more than an hour and a half. Two days before the wedding everything was dropped off at our house. We only had a problem with on of the ring bearers tuxes who was fitted in the store and not in the home fitting. That was easily fixed and we were good to go. The tuxes were picked up two days after the wedding with no problems. Gene is informative and on point! I would recommend him to anyone!

roblems started when the tuxes were delivered for the wedding. Thank goodness that they were delivered the monday before the wedding weekend. We certainly needed that time to get everything fixed that was wrong with the tuxes. The ring bearer's pants were too short. The jr. groomsman's pants were too big. There was a hole in the FOG's tux shirt and his jacket was too big. This just made more stress the week before the wedding. We certainly were not expecting to have so many trips back to the store.
