I feel we were totally nickel and dimed and not with a satisfactory result. Firstly the fact that the dress we liked was out of stock and when it was ordered we were charged shipping! The alterations which are not cheep, was not hemmed correctly first time and only to find on the final fitting, it was still too long. This was 4 days before the wedding so this could not be corrected. I was told I would get the Bussel for 50 instead of 75. But that was not honored. If the dress was perfect I would not complain but it’ wasn’t ..... the seamstress messed up twice. The front should be touching the toe not inches hanging down. We did not get an apology for the inconvenience of it not being right the first time let alone the second time and the many long trips for multiple fittings Very very disappointing.

I was able to find my perfect wedding gown here with ease. The ladies at the shop were welcoming & friendly. I selected gowns I wanted to try on & they took them back to a room for me & gave great feedback about the dresses. They were very attentive through the whole process. They happened to have a sale when I was there & I got a dress I adore for half off!!

I used them for alterations. I had multiple appointments cancelled on me. And had to settle for alterations that didn’t make me confident in my dress. She was nice but didn’t take the time to ask how I wanted the dress to look. I ended up having a friend fix some things.

I'm so happy that I used the Formal Spot to buy my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. Lisa was so helpful throughout the entire process, especially during alterations. They did an amazing job altering the dress and I think she was pickier than I was about making sure it fit just right. I got so many compliments on my dress and gorgeous veil. Lisa and Terri made the process easy and enjoyable. She was also helpful during the bridemaids dress process. Almost all of my maids lived out of state so they had to order their dresses from afar. In the end everyone was happy with the dresses and the girls look absolutely stunning. Formal Spot is the way to go!
