he Monday before the wedding and then worked with our venue to make sure everything was up and running in an organized fashion. Ours was a weekend wedding affair with 150 guests arriving at different times, and Formation proved incredibly flexible and adept at handling the logistics around this. Many of our guests commented to us how impressed they were with the on-site team. Everything was organized and efficient. The test itself was minimally intrusive for guests of all ages. The on-site staff were even kind enough to stick around later than planned because one family member was running late. We heard from many attendees that Formation Health and the offering of rapid tests allowed them to more fully enjoy the wedding. Kudos to Matt for such a smooth-running operation. We felt working with Formation was definitely the right choice and helped us pull off a successful pandemic-era wedding.

Moreover, after seeing their stellar work over our wedding weekend, we felt confident leaving all the testing/guest wrangling logistics to them for our big day and were able to go off for our First Look photos knowing that everyone would be tested in our absence and that we would have a confirmation text waiting for us at the end of it. In a fun twist, we were guests at a wedding that also used them to test all the guests, regardless of vaccination status, several months later and it was as much of an easy and smooth process being on the guest side of things as it was being on the wedding couple side! Couldn't recommend them enough!

ding venue to confirm where an ideal pop-up testing location would be. Formation's organization and communication was excellent and leading up to and day-of the wedding. Everyone kept telling me how safe they felt at the wedding and how positive their experience was with the testing. I have now been to two weddings where Formation did the testing (one being my own) and both were tremendous successes. Working with Formation is a really great way to help your guests feel comfortable and cared for.

They are dependable and understanding - what more could you ask for during such a stressful time to be planning a wedding.
