They are so versatile and amazing! Anything you want, they can do and they can do it well. There was so much food that we didn’t have to order a late night snack for the after party. At cocktail hour one of my guests exclaimed “ they didn’t get a charcuterie board they got a charcuterie installation!” Everyone loved it and , better yet, all I had to worry about as the bride was how I was going to sneak away for a second plate.

They catered our wedding and the food was amazing! We got so many compliments about it and still are getting compliments days after our wedding. The salmon and garlic cream risotto was fantastic. Joe even accommodated special requests for us, which truly made our wedding special. Highly recommend.

Cannot rave enough about Forno wood-fired catering! We had such a great experience w/ them from our first tasting to our reception! We had amazing bartenders the night of our reception from Forno that I still am telling people about. They were just so beyond kind and even offered to help us clean up at the end of the night & pack our cars! (which they did NOT need to do). I never was without a drink in my hand or without food I needed even during cleanup. Such a great experience with the most delicious food!

Joe and the Forno crew were absolutely amazing!
I can not begin to explain how many compliments we received on the meal and grazing board they put together for our wedding.
They had the tastiest smoked chicken and brisket I have ever had. If you are doing an event in the summer with them, I highly recommend going the barbecue route :)
Aside from great tasting food, super easy to get in touch with and very communicative!
