I wanted. It is well maintained, clean, and neat. The lodge was perfect for all of my girls to stay the night before and get ready the day of. There’s plenty of things to keep the guys occupied too! Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Patty are the sweetest people and help in any way they can. We consider them family now. If you are a bride looking for a venue, I would definitely recommend checking out Forrest Pond Lodge. It can be decorated in so many different ways to make it the venue of your dreams. stayed the night before to the Venue, where every detail has been thought through, to the gorgeous grounds, with surrounding ponds and beautiful trees. FPL is truly unique and Patty and Thomas are wonderful to work with. They can make great suggestions but are happy to try and accommodate your biggest dreams for your special day. There are several different locations on the property where the event can be, so there is a spot for everyone. Call and schedule a tour… you won’t be disappointed.

ene could have existed in such an ideal location. If you think you might be interested in this venue, I would absolutely recommend you set up a time to see it in person. Although, my wedding photos are beautiful, they can't do justice to Forrest Pond Lodge.
As a very critical person who rarely gives anything a perfect score when reviewing, it is easy for me to break those habits for our wedding venue. So many brides have to worry about logistics (parking, tables, chairs, refrigerator, bathrooms, etc.) and I am so thankful that on the most important day of my life, those were not any of my concerns. Not only is the scenery idyllic, the actual venue building is perfect for a ceremony or reception. We had our reception in the large room (spilling out on to the porch and picnic table area underneath) and we had our ceremony behind the venue surrounding by lakes and beautiful trees. Forrest Pond Lodge comfortably fit over 150+ guests and offered us enough room to have yard games (cornhole and ladder golf), a photobooth, dancing and eating simultaneously. Thinking about a rain plan if you're interested in an outdoor wedding? Forrest Pond Lodge has one built in with the beautiful venue space in the actual building. The infrastructure of the building is wonderful. It includes a kitchen, three bathrooms and a dressing area for the bride and groom. Also, there is plenty of room for storage if that is something you're worried about.
Another huge plus to working with Forrest Pond Lodge is the ease of scheduling and the kind nature of the owners. I have to say I enjoyed my overall experience working with them and I would recommend Forrest Pond Lodge to anyone!
