The Exclusive Banquet Facility option is the most popular option we offer. This option is great for Weddings and Receptions. Capacity of this option varies depending on use, but the maximum amount of guests is 499. Grand Ballroom, this is the largest room in the banquet facility. It is the William McKinley room. If you’re looking for a beautiful elegant place at a reasonable price, check them out. It was great to be able to use the library area for some awesome pictures. And the ballroom is amazing. It worked out nicely to rent one room the Friday before for a small fee to have the rehearsal dinner. Ashley was super helpful on getting it put together.

Fort Piqua Plaza is an amazing venue. It accommodates a large number of guests and is simply beautiful. The venue is very elegant and can be used in many different ways. I'd recommend Fort Piqua Plaza to anyone!

This venue is absolutely breathtaking and we had such a great experience there! Cindy was wonderful to work with and she made sure everything was perfect! They go above and beyond to ensure that your special day flows seamlessly and we truly felt like we were in a dream. Cindy is able to recommend vendors and she has contacts with all of their preferred vendors, which made our day SO easy! I encourage you to utilize their recommendations because you never have to be the "middle man" between the Plaza and any vendor. It was a fantastic experience and we loved every second of it! Thank you!

This location is stunning as is, so if you are looking for a reception location that you don't need to dress up much this is the place to choose. Cindy and her team were very professional and extremely helpful in preparation for the big day. They are very well connected to many vendors and communicate with each other. This lead to zero worries for me on the big day. Everything was taken care of, and I could completely enjoy myself at this great reception location.

The photos of this place speak for themselves! This place is beautiful! If you want something unique, not the typical golf club or hotel, then this place is it! Staff is great to work with and they changed the beverage service provider, which was so much better for us!

The Fort Piqua Plaza is, in my opinion, the most beautiful place to get married in Miami County. It is a renovated historical hotel with classic charm and elegance. We had an old world themed wedding and it was the perfect venue. The staff is excellent and was very easy to work with.

The plaza is absolutely beautiful, and our wedding day turned out great...which leads me to give a 4 star rating. We did have some issues dealing with the City of Piqua, who operates this facility. We were unhappy that we not informed that their preferred caterer was going out of business ON THE NEWS...without hearing it from them first. Initially there was a change in the banquent coordinator and I felt like emails and phone calls would go unanswered for weeks, but Kathy was great to work with as the event neared. Like I said, overall we were happy with this location and had many compliments on the beauty of it. Don't expect to get off cheap in alcohol costs though!
