Went to tour the hotel completely unfamiliar with it and OMG. It smelled so bad. It was so dingy and unkept. I wanted to walk out as soon as we walked in but we were already there and I didn’t want to be rude.

My wedding hasn't even happened yet, but this venue has been putting us through hell! They are impossible to get in contact with and are constantly changing what amenities we have access to. We agreed on one price tier and they tried to have us sign a contract for the next most expensive one. The second we paid our deposit the customer service essentially stopped. It is impossible to contact anyone. Absolute hell of a venue to work with!
