Forte Belanger is the gold standard when it comes to wedding service. They are extremely professional and went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our wedding food and drin...
k was perfect. The service was impeccable, from having a personal server on our wedding day attending to us at all times, to every guest being waited on attentively and professionally, quite a feat for a reception with 200 guests! The selection process for our menu was an incredible experience in itself and the Forte team did not miss a single detail from the selection process through the final product. Finally, the food itself was delicious and we had guest after guest coming up and remarking on how much they loved their meal. Bravo, Forte! 5 Stars!
Unbelievable food! People are still raving about this meal. I have had multiple people say they have never had such great wedding food before. To cook 150 filet mignons and have e...
very single one to come out as tender and perfect as they did was SOOOO impressive. Cannot speak highly enough about this place. Everything on our menu was absolutely perfect.
I have never received this level of service in my entire life and I’m not sure if I ever will unless I hire forte again! They were the caterers for my 20 person wedding at a privat...
e residence. We opted for a 4 course meal, appetizers, and desserts. They brought the entire kitchen to the house and set up in the garage. They staff was incredible... no ones drink was ever close to empty and they literally predicted your next move. Their food was amazing - we have guests still raving about the food and service. This company is incredible. If you’re looking for 1st class service and amazing food look no further!
Leading up to the event, Kate was there every step of the way with advice & insight in how to make our night go perfectly. Our wedding was quite unique in that it occurred outside ...
on an evening that saw the most rainfall in the last 500 years. Despite the record high floods, we continued through for our wedding and we have Forte to thank for it. Our servers treaded through the mud & rain to deliver the highest quality services to our guests. The service manager, Fernando, even helped push cars out of the flooded street (talk about above & beyond). We received so many compliments about their services & professionalism despite the challenges. We would definitely recommend working with them.
Everything was INCREDIBLE! The food was by far the best food I've ever had at a wedding! My husband and I decided to go with the short rib dish for our main entree and the vegetari...
an dish was the stuffed pepper. We received so many compliements on the food, particularly the portion sizes! The appetizers were delicious and our server was kind enough to save one of each for both of us to taste because he knew we wouldn't have time to try them during cocktail hour. I'm NOT the type of person to leave food on my plate but there was so much food I wasn't able to finish! Which was perfect because we got a carry out to eat in our room after our wedding! The staff at Forte Belanger is so easy to work with! We signed up with Forte within THREE WEEKS of our wedding! Due to COVID we had to change our plans, but our short time frame wasn't stressful for Rebecca or Jenn! They handled everything quickly and seamlessly as if we had been contracted with them the whole time! Javier was our head server and he was a DREAM! He made sure we had everything we could need at all times! My husband and I even joked that he must have a sip counter on his beer because when he would get a few sips in Javier would be right there with a fresh beer for the groom! It was so awesome! It was also evident that Javier LOVED his job and he displayed this in his attitude and kindness! My MIL over heard him giving a pep talk to the Forte team and that really resonated with her! She loved his positively and his drive! Everything with Forte was better than we could have asked for!
We cannot say enough great things about Forte Belanger and their team. We worked with Rebecca throughout the planning she was absolutely amazing. She answered all of our questions ...
in a timely manner and was more than helpful in the planning stages. The entire team is phenomenal and you'll see that the moment you step in for your tasting! Not only are the members great to work with, but the food is also delicious. Our day had a bit of a hiccup (nothing to do with the food), but you would've never known; Karen, who was our Event Manager, worked with our venue, family and bridal party and we were able to enjoy our wedding. We are forever grateful for the professionalism of Forte Belanger and so incredibly happy with our choice to have them be a part of our wedding.
The food was amazing! We offered filet, halibut, and a vegan dish that all received rave reviews from our guests. From the planning standpoint, they are professional and wonderful....
There are several dietary restrictions in my close family, and they happily catered to those needs in very specific detail. I really appreciated all of their help and suggestions through it all.
People will not stop telling us how great the food at our wedding was... we got married 6 months ago and it's still one of the most talked about parts of our wedding. The food (and...
craft cocktails) were insanely good. The staff was amazing and working with Rebecca was a dream. If you can - hire Forte Belanger!
If you want a 5 star dining experience, this is the caterer to choose from!! Rebecca and her team are top notch and there is a very clear reason why they are one of the best. Our...
guests could not stop raving about the food but even more than the food was the prompt service and attentiveness. Our guests were all overly impressed. Rebecca and the Forte team really outdid themselves... though I am sure this is how it is for every single event they do. We had chosen a historical venue and there had been issues with the elevators running prior to the wedding, and our reception was on the 3rd floor. Her team pre-planned and were able to get everything in place the day before the wedding so that we were not in an emergency situation. The plating was beautiful and the food was delicious!!! Rebecca was amazing to work with - she came stocked with wonderful ideas, was a great listener, and very very prompt in communicating if we reached out. She also worked really well with our planner which was incredibly important when it came down to it. I would highly recommend Forte Belanger to any couple considering them!!
