Unbelievable food! People are still raving about this meal. I have had multiple people say they have never had such great wedding food before. To cook 150 filet mignons and have every single one to come out as tender and perfect as they did was SOOOO impressive. Cannot speak highly enough about this place. Everything on our menu was absolutely perfect.

I have never received this level of service in my entire life and I’m not sure if I ever will unless I hire forte again! They were the caterers for my 20 person wedding at a private residence. We opted for a 4 course meal, appetizers, and desserts. They brought the entire kitchen to the house and set up in the garage. They staff was incredible... no ones drink was ever close to empty and they literally predicted your next move. Their food was amazing - we have guests still raving about the food and service. This company is incredible. If you’re looking for 1st class service and amazing food look no further!

Leading up to the event, Kate was there every step of the way with advice & insight in how to make our night go perfectly. Our wedding was quite unique in that it occurred outside on an evening that saw the most rainfall in the last 500 years. Despite the record high floods, we continued through for our wedding and we have Forte to thank for it. Our servers treaded through the mud & rain to deliver the highest quality services to our guests. The service manager, Fernando, even helped push cars out of the flooded street (talk about above & beyond). We received so many compliments about their services & professionalism despite the challenges. We would definitely recommend working with them.

Everything was INCREDIBLE! The food was by far the best food I've ever had at a wedding! My husband and I decided to go with the short rib dish for our main entree and the vegetarian dish was the stuffed pepper. We received so many compliements on the food, particularly the portion sizes! The appetizers were delicious and our server was kind enough to save one of each for both of us to taste because he knew we wouldn't have time to try them during cocktail hour. I'm NOT the type of person to leave food on my plate but there was so much food I wasn't able to finish! Which was perfect because we got a carry out to eat in our room after our wedding! The staff at Forte Belanger is so easy to work with! We signed up with Forte within THREE WEEKS of our wedding! Due to COVID we had to change our plans, but our short time frame wasn't stressful for Rebecca or Jenn! They handled everything quickly and seamlessly as if we had been contracted with them the whole time! Javier was our head server and he was a DREAM! He made sure we had everything we could need at all times! My husband and I even joked that he must have a sip counter on his beer because when he would get a few sips in Javier would be right there with a fresh beer for the groom! It was so awesome! It was also evident that Javier LOVED his job and he displayed this in his attitude and kindness! My MIL over heard him giving a pep talk to the Forte team and that really resonated with her! She loved his positively and his drive! Everything with Forte was better than we could have asked for!
