We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our wedding team! From the very first conversation with the owner, Karen, to meeting my day-of coordinator, Nicole, and her sweet assistant, Sinead, everything was seamless. The entire team was professional, courteous, and truly dedicated to making our day special. They took care of everything with such calm and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the day was handled flawlessly. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding without a single worry. Forte events was great! Our coordinators Nicole and Gabby were so kind and extremely detail-oriented. We didn't have to worry about anything the week of the wedding or on our big day!

Karen and Nicole were both incredibly helpful and organized for our wedding! We hired them to be day-of coordinators, but they were so much more. Karen took over communication with vendors and important people a few weeks before, which made it so much easier for me and my husband to get excited for our big day. On the day, Karen and Nicole were on top of it, constantly running around making sure everything went smoothly. Even better, they were constantly making sure that I was ok, that I had enough water, and that I was able to eat. They truly made the day so much more enjoyable, and as stress-free as it could be. I would recommend Karen to anyone and everyone!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Nicole for the first time last weekend – we couldn’t be more impressed! She is such a professional, and her attention to detail truly made the entire event run smoothly. We had the opportunity to provide AV services for the wedding, and her coordination and organization ensured that everything was seamless from start to finish.
We can't wait to collaborate with her again on upcoming events – we're excited to see what we can create together in the future!

I cannot recommend Forte events co highly enough as a day-of coordinator for my son’s wedding. From the very start, she impressed us with her incredible attention to detail and thorough planning.
On the big day, she managed everything flawlessly, ensuring that every element came together perfectly. Her calm demeanor and organizational skills kept us all at ease, allowing us to truly enjoy the celebration. She anticipated our needs and handled unexpected situations with grace and professionalism.

Good Gravy, I don’t even know where to start. Karen. So I had a stroke of luck or divine intervention with Karen. We had her hired for our local Bridal Shower (and she literally did an unreal job there), but I had already had a very expensive wedding planning company booked for our destination wedding, even though after the Bridal Shower I had wished we had hired her company first. Then 2 months before my destination wedding I had to fire that company because they hadn’t done anything, I didn’t have anything planned for the wedding at all. When immediately called Karen and she did the impossible. We understood that in such a short notice that we may not get everything we had hoped for in a wedding. That’s not what happened, we were given the best wedding we could’ve dreamed of. She left nothing out, nothing was forgotten, everything was organized flawlessly, and we had the absolute most beautiful Sedona wedding. She took the time to get to know EVERYONE ( Bride, Groom, Family, and the Wedding Party) and incorporated it into our wedding. I will never hire anyone else for any event no matter how big or small again. She is the alpha and omega of event planning. She planned the shower locally and then did the wedding as a destination. I couldn’t be more happy with her as a choice.

I had my wedding planned through Forte Events Co., and it couldn't have gone better! The planners they have are all so amazing and on top of things, and they took so much stress off our plates to make our big day so much more enjoyable. I honestly thought that we wouldn't need a planner, but I relented and was really glad I did, I'd highly recommend booking through Forte!

Karen and her team were absolutely amazing. I hired her for day-of coordination, and she did everything she could to make our day special and enjoyable.
She was very organized, which I appreciated, put together an itinerary, and helped me know what to plan for. There was a lot she brought to the table that I would not have thought of on my own, which helped the wedding run more smoothly.
If you're unsure about whether or not to hire a coordinator, DO IT! It is seriously so worth it. Karen and her team at Forte Events Co were perfect for the job and they handled all the wrenches thrown with ease. I am so grateful for their help!

I own Suncrest Reception Center and I'm telling you I wish all of my guest/clients would use Forte Events....Karen Gill (wedding planner) was phenominal at making this an experience for the bride and groom and their families that was seamless and so smooth. She's very good at what she does and it just makes the day so much more enjoyable. I recommend her for all our weddings.

We had such an awesome experience planning with Karen and her team. Very communicative, easy to work with and words matched actions! They made it fun, exciting and literally thought of every detail. We told her a ‘boujee goth theme’(which isn’t the easiest) and she ABSOLUTELY delivered. It was something out of a dream! Will absolutely use them for all future events.

Karen was one of a kind! She helped me plan my small wedding/elopement on the salt flats and was very attentive and helped make all my dreams come true of the perfect wedding! Strongly recommend her!

I would definitely recommend, very attentive, karen is amazing help us all the process we need..i am an ocd person and hands on, but with her help i am more at peace of all the process and our wedding turn out really pretty, she will cry with you for sure and worry of what you need to relax😂 take note she takes care of my wedding while she is doing hers as well, very professional.

Karen helped me plan a Disco-themed Surprise Wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with how things turned out! She is fun, well-organized, understanding, stylish and full of great ideas. I couldn’t have pulled off such a big, fun and unique event without her! She helped to get / keep me organized, and gave me a lot of valuable guidance throughout the design and planning process. I also appreciated her being there to lend a hand or a calming word when things started to feel a bit overwhelming. I highly recommend her to anyone throwing a wedding or event! She’s the best!
