Fortitude Farms & Events is a family-owned wedding venue in idyllic Owosso, MI. Owners Alec and Lauren have always been passionate about property and embarked on their real estate journey in 2016 when they transformed a golf course into a 120-acre fitness center. They discovered a love for farming three years later, dedicating 10 acres to growing pumpkins, squash, wildflowers, and other produce. For Alec and Lauren, Fortitude Farms is more than a venue; it's a never-ending spring of opportunity. Fortitude Farms & Events is the essence of quiet country living, and the magic begins on its grounds. Outside, you'll find a beautifully groomed lawn encompassed by mature trees — an ideal location for "I dos" of up to 280 guests. Just a few steps from this open-air ceremony site is a large concrete patio illuminated by twinkling bistro lights and toasty gas fire pits. With comfy outdoor furniture and easy access to the climate-controlled Clubhouse, it's perfect for hosting casual outdoor cocktail parties. Once it's time to feast, you and your loved ones can go to the reception tent, which the team will happily set up with your tables and chairs. The tent's propane heaters keep your attendees cozy as they wine and dine, while its panoramic windows ensure you don't miss out on those sweeping farmyard views. The estate's old outbuildings have also been renovated into rustic get-ready suites, where you and your entourage can dress to impress for the big event.
