Owner Courteney Cookson's clients mean the world to her. Making couples comfortable is always her first priority. Courteney will listen to your ideas, look at your inspiration pictures, and make sure that they are incorporated. At the end of the day, she wants you to look through your wedding album and see the love radiating from it.
Fortunate Soul Photography can offer multiple wedding and event services. On top of capturing your special day, the team can organize engagement shoots, wedding portraits, trash-the-dress sessions, and boudoir shoots. For your wedding, you can opt to include a second shooter to ensure no detail is missed. At the end of the process, the happy couple will receive high-resolution, professionally edited, and hand-colored images. You will also take home the digital files for safekeeping. Fortunate Soul Photography can then deliver stunning wedding albums, prints, and cards. They cant wait to hear from you!

AZING to work with from the second I met her. She took the time to talk to me on the phone, listened to ALL of my ideas and plans and even took the time to drive to my venue to check it out prior. She definitely went above and beyond! On the day of my wedding she was there extra early and cleaned my bridal suite to make sure it was picture perfect by cleaning windows and mirrors (simply amazing). During my entire wedding day she did anything and everything asked, even extra! I couldn’t believe how comfortable she made my husband and I, our entire wedding party and my whole family. There is no one else I could have imagined choosing to be my photographer. I feel like I have known Courteney my whole life. She is personable, out going, nonjudgmental and over all AMAZING inside and out. I will use her for any photos in the future along with continued recommendation to anyone I know.
