Ask About our Mr & Mrs Custom-Made Wedding Car Show Plate Option. We can optionally arrange for you to have “Mr & Mrs” a custom-made show plate for your wedding day. Show plates can also be ordered with ‘Just Married’,’Just Wed’, or personalized with the family name or Bride & Groom’s name. Your chauffeur will attach your Mr & Mrs plate to your wedding car whilst stationary, either at your wedding venue or another location where your wedding photographer and guests can take photos of you beside your car showing the number plate.This makes for the perfect photo opportunity is sure to become a treasured memory in your wedding day photo album and will also be yours to keep as a special wedding day memento.

Do NOT use this company. We booked this service as a wedding getaway car and our driver arrived close to an hour late with a dead cell phone. Our wedding planner had to frantically call Lydia (a representative) to get an ETA after he did not arrive at the time that was confirmed. We had to pay all of our vendors extra to stay later hoping for the driver to arrive at some point. We had to direct him to our hotel with our own cell phones. After 30 minutes, we arrive at our hotel and the company still wants to charge us for an hour of time in the car because we had to ask the driver for a detailed explanation as to why he was so late. Everyone, including our vendors, were concerned about us getting into the car because his story and Lydia’s story seemed very odd. He also came into the venue asking our vendors/coordinator for a charger. This is an expensive service to be so disorganized and distasteful. After all of that, their only solution was less than half of a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

We hired Fortune Concierge for our wedding and they did not disappoint! We picked the Rolls Royce Ghost and it was even better in person! We truly felt like celebrities and our guests loved it! It was the perfect ending to our special day! Thank you SO much!
Great customer service. I had no issues at all. They were very accommodating and punctual with their service.
We never had the opportunity to use their services because the driver never showed up. We booked with them months in advance and even confirmed our pick up a few days prior to our wedding day. In the process of getting ready for our grand exit we noticed the car had not arrived. We were able to speak with someone but stated the driver had a flat tire (Rolls Royce Ghost) really and failed to call because those cars do not come with a spare tire so the driver supposedly never thought to call. Then the next excuse was the driver was stuck in traffic. My husband and I were livid which ruin our wedding exit, in addition we had to find a ride back to our hotel because the car never showed up. We did get a full refund but the damage was already done.
We used this company for my daughter’s wedding. From start to finish they were very professional and friendly. Punctuality was important to us and they delivered! We would use them again for any upcoming events.
Fortune Concierge was great to work with and my husband was thrilled to be driven away in a Rolls Royce Ghost! Communication was always clear and quick, and our driver, Trent, was incredibly professional and accommodating of us needing to make a stop before our final drop off. Definitely recommend them for any formal transportation needs!
The Fortune Luxury Concierge is an EXPERIENCE. The venue for my wedding offered a car service with my package but had to retire the vehicle a month before. The Fortune Luxury Concierge stepped in and showed out!!!! They were very punctual to the wedding and the vehicle was AMAZING. I couldn’t ask for a better car service or vehicle to send my husband and myself off from our wedding. It was truly a night under the stars (literally). Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout our entire process. I 10/10 HIGHLY recommend their services to ANYONE and for ANY event. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
