Modern Barn Venue - Hudson Valley/Upstate NY
A private 35 acre manor nestled in the Hudson Valley offering outdoor ceremony & barn reception all in one venue.
We are a seasonal barn that offers weddings from May 1st - the last weekend in October (we do have heat and AC in the barn).
Fortune Valley Manor is excited to offer a new construction 5,000 square foot barn to the venue. The venue includes round tables, white reception chairs, white or ivory linens, garbage disposal, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, outdoor barrel bar, farm tables for buffet, dessert, & gift tables, bread baskets, water pitchers, table numbers, and A LOT more in decorations signs etc. What we call our pinterest closet =)
•Fortune Valley Manor offers private breathtaking views, large ponds with water features and natural rolling meadows with seasonal wild flowers.
•Fortune Valley Manors site can accommodate up to 300 guests in the new barn. Onsite gravel parking lot with additional vendor parking.
•The venue is located 10 minutes from the Kingston/ Saugerties NY Thruway Exits. We have partnered with the local hotels and the Catskill Animal Sanctuary Bed & Breakfast located less than 5 minutes away

The venue hours are 9AM-midnight for a day of wedding day.
Noise ordinance is 10PM, but we allow guests to stay until midnight.
After 10PM we can set up a bon fire outside to wind down the night with a late night snack (pizza, pretzels, Cider Donuts with hot apple cider, you could even do bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches or a smore's bar are just a few of the options our chef can offer.

I do not even know where to begin. Our wedding weekend was amazing and I would not have changed one thing. The property is a fairytale. I did a lot of research before narrowing down the venues to go visit since I lived so far away.
Once me and my husband entered FVM there was no question that we needed to get married there. Then we met Kerri. If the location didn't convince us, Kerri's organized, friendly and dedicated personality would have locked in the deal anyway.
Kerri became a friend through the process and every moment of planning the wedding with Kerri was exciting and fun. I couldn't imagine how anyone can get married without having Kerri by their side.
The venue is impeccable, the barn is stunning and the food was the best food I have ever had at a wedding.

Without question, choosing Fortune Valley Manor and Kerri Tiano was the best decision we made for our wedding. My partner and I initially weren’t even looking in that area, but a friend mentioned attending a wedding there, so we decided to check it out. Even though it was off-season and the grounds weren’t in full bloom, we were still blown away by how beautiful everything was. Then we met Kerri, and if the stunning property hadn’t sold us already, Kerri’s warmth, organization, and genuine dedication would have done the trick on its own.
From the start, Kerri felt more like a friend helping us plan the biggest day of our lives than a hired coordinator. She was always ready with helpful advice, whether it was vendor recommendations or budget-friendly tips to keep our vision on track. We had regular email updates and Zoom calls, which made it easy to stay organized and ahead of schedule. Her thorough task lists might not have been the most modern in format, but they laid out every to-do clearly, so we never felt overwhelmed. By the time our wedding week arrived, we were completely at ease, knowing Kerri had every detail under control.
When the big day finally came—about 130 of our favorite people celebrating on a warm July Saturday—everything went off without a hitch. The barn looked absolutely gorgeous, the bartenders kept everyone happy with our signature cocktails, and the kitchen accommodated all dietary needs without batting an eye. The 10 p.m. noise ordinance that initially made us nervous ended up being a blessing: we wrapped up the dancing in style with a sparkler send-off, and then a smaller group enjoyed a cozy after-party by the bonfire. The staff had all of our belongings neatly packed for us by the end of the night, and we barely had to lift a finger the next day.
I can’t imagine having planned our wedding without Kerri and her incredible team. Fortune Valley Manor is truly a hidden gem that gave us the perfect blend of rustic charm, stunning scenery, and top-tier service. If your date is available, book it immediately. We wish we could do it all over again just to work with Kerri one more time!
We've been delaying writing this review because we don't want the magic of our wedding day to end. Fortune Valley Manor is everything we could have dreamed of, and Kerri and Frank made it all possible.
Kerri was by our side every step of the way, guiding us with care and expertise. She is the absolute best planner and her monthly 3 hour meetings kept us organized and on track. Honestly, we would have been lost without her.
Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect- a day we will cherish forever. The staff was phenomenal, seamlessly coordinating every detail and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The fall foliage provided a breathtaking backdrop and Franks meticulous landscaping made the venue truly stunning.
Our friends and family can't stop raving about how incredible the day was. Even calling it the best wedding they've ever attended! We owe it all to Kerri, Frank, and the amazing team at Fortune Valley Manor. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

We got married over a month ago and have been putting off writing this review, because it means that our time working with Kerri has really come to an end. Booking Fortune Valley Manor for our wedding venue was without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding.
FVM was the third wedding venue we toured, and from the minute we sat down in Kerri’s office, before we even saw the grounds, we knew we wanted to get married there. Kerri is warm, friendly and so hospitable (as evidenced by the delicious snacks and seasonal sangria she serves at every meeting), and as a wedding planner, could not be more on top of every single detail that goes into making your wedding day perfect. We were blown away by her at our first meeting; how thoughtful, organized and intentional she is towards each aspect of the wedding planning process. And she remained that way through the entire planning process. Our monthly meetings kept us on track (usually ahead of schedule!), and Kerri was so careful to check in about every detail and made sure we were completing all of our “homework assignments”, so wedding planning could actually be enjoyable! We felt that she truly cared about us as individuals and a couple, and took the time to learn who we are, so she could help plan the day that was right for us. She was easy to communicate with, helped talk us through every question we had and really took to heart everything we wanted in our day. In Kerri, we truly felt like we were planning our wedding with a close friend by our side. We could not imagine doing this process without her!
Kerri make sure she surrounds herself with the best staff. All of her recommended vendors were amazing to work with. And the venue staff and shuttle drivers were friendly, helpful and so professional. They all made sure our day went off without a hitch!
The grounds themselves are stunning. We knew we wanted to get married at a barn in the Hudson Valley, and Fortune Valley ticked every box. Frank does an impeccable job making sure the grounds and barn always look in the best shape possible. The barn easily accommodated our 200 guests, and enabled us to have the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor space that we wanted for our wedding. Guests were able to dance as much as they wanted inside, and then step outside for some fresh air when needed. And our guests loved being able to interact with the horses out front!
The food was outstanding and Chef Charlie was so easy to work with and accommodated our need for a vegetarian/pescetarian wedding. We loved being able to go up to the venue for a tasting day, and actually got to try our menu in advance and tweak as needed. We received so many compliments on the food. Kerri was able to help us source specialty beer and alcohol, some of which was used to craft our signature cocktails – which were also outstanding.
I could go on and on about this venue and this team. If you are lucky enough to have your desired date available at FVM, book it immediately! Kerri, Frank and the entire FVM Team made our day so smooth, magical and memorable. Our guests can’t believe we found this hidden gem. I wish we could get married again just to book Fortune Valley Manor!
We had our wedding at Fortune Valley Manor in June 2024 and it was the most amazing experience ever! Kerri and Frank have made their property into a lifetime to remember. From the first day we met with Kerri until the day we said "I Do" was a smooth ride. Kerri is an amazing wedding planner and knows her wedding plans like the back of her hand. Not only was Kerri and Frank supper helpful but so was the staff the wedding day. They are very lucky to have such a great team! Kerri made the experience less stress and enjoyable. I would recommend Fortune Valley Manor for any event or wedding! We thank everyone at FVM for making our special day that much more special and something never to forget!

Kerri and Frank and the entire staff at Fortune Valley gave us an amazing wedding weekend and a day that we will never forget!
From the minute we drove down the driveway at Fortune Valley we knew this was the venue we had been looking for. The property and barn were the perfect combination of rustic and elegance and exactly what we envisioned. We were so lucky and thankful to have had a chance to work with Kerri as well. She was super organized and easy to work with and we often joked through the process that we couldnt have done this without her. She had great ideas and was even willing to listen to some of our more eccentric ideas, finding ways to incorporate them into the day… including our DJ… The attention that we were given on the actual wedding day was also spectacular. From the minute we were picked up at our house, we were treated like celebrities and didn’t have to ask for anything.. every time we needed something it would appear for us. All our guests had a blast, and most commented that this was the best wedding they had ever been to - between the amazing food, beautiful surroundings, activities, staff and attention to detail.. it was truly special and something we will never forget.
Fortune Valley Manor is one of a kind!! This place is an absolute dream wedding venue. Once we saw the property for the first time, we knew no other venue would compare. If you’re looking for a rustic yet still elegant indoor/outdoor space, we highly recommend this venue. The owners Kerri & Frank are the most genuine, kind people out there. They go above and beyond to give their couples everything and anything they want for their special day. We were not familiar with the area and Kerri helped us so much by connecting us to local vendors, and every vendor we chose went above and beyond for us as well.
We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else! Before we met Kerri, we thought we could plan a wedding on our own. We were so wrong. Frequent meetings with Kerri kept us on track and were essential for planning purposes. Kerri and Frank did everything to make the wedding day run as smoothly as possible, from planning to set up to keeping our timeline.
We loved having all the events at the same location from ceremony to reception to after party. Chef Charlie and the catering was fantastic, a month after our wedding and our guests are still talking about it. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we owe it all to Fortune Valley Manor.
Kerri and the entire staff at Fortune Valley Manor made our day everything we have ever hoped for. From the day we walked in to view the venue, Kerri had food ready, drinks and felt more like family rather than a venue owner. Within the first meeting we could tell we made the right choice when she began with "and here is how we are going to save you money."
After picking the venue we met with Kerri about every two months (more frequently once the wedding date became closer) where she would go through a very detailed list of homework that we needed to do before the next meeting. She truly has the planning process down to a science. It was amazing that at no point did we feel overwhelmed even though my wife and I were working full time.
The vendor list that Kerri gave as well was phenomenal. She truly has a knowledge of the best wedding talent in this area.
One of the best things about FVM is how the day is truly ours! At FVM they only do 1 (rarely 2) weddings per weekend. This gave us a ton of comfort as we made many trips up to the venue during the week. Kerri and Frank have also thought of how to get the most out of your day by allowing you to have a 5 hour reception! In addition to a 1/2 hour ceremony, and an hour and a half cocktail hour. If you are not done partying yet, they also offer a 2 hour after party! All of this comes with simply booking the venue. No additional add ons.
Then during the day you will have the pleasure of working with some of the most professional staff. During the day we had Colleen serve as our bridal attendant. She was truly amazing. Somehow she was able to get us everything we needed before we knew we needed it, without suffocating us during the day. She truly floated in the shadows and almost magically, drinks, food, even tide to go appeared when we needed it most. She was truly a blessing on that day!
Then the other bartenders (especially Alicia), servers, golf cart drivers, and everyone I am forgetting made this "the best wedding" some of our guests had ever been too.
We cannot recommend FVM enough and hope that some of our friends get married there so we can attend as guests.

The catering was top notch and all of our guests left raving about the food. But most of all the planning services that were provided through out the year and half we spent planning leading up to our wedding day! We wholeheartedly, emphatically, and enthusiastically recommend Fortune Valley Manor as a wedding venue, especially due to the owners, Kerri and Frank. From the day we met Kerri, she was not pushy with us booking the venue - she told us to take our time as it was a big decision. Once we ended up booking with her, she helped us build a vision for our wedding and then bring it to life. She covers every single detail with you to make sure nothing is overlooked, and by the time the wedding day is there you know the timeline backwards and forwards so you are able to enjoy everything. Kerri served as a friend, a planner, a therapist, a venue owner, and by the end we were like family. Kerri and Frank have added so many personal touches to FVM and they make it so fun to be part of the FVM family. Frank ensured that during our tasting we were happy with the food and discussed our feedback with the wonderful catering of Charles & Charles.
We wanted a venue that had everything but allowed choice - FVM works with a wonderful catering group, Charles & Charles, with a huge menu to choose from. They partner with Events Unlimited to get all of the dishware of your choice. Kerri has a huge list of recommended vendors and helps liaise with vendors ensuring everything is on schedule. Having Kerri as a planner and Brittany helping on the day of resulted in a perfectly smooth wedding day, and we were so happy to share our joy with the FVM family.
Also, the grounds and actual venue itself are incredibly gorgeous. Many hotels nearby and great restaurant recommendations for rehearsal dinner the night before and brunch the day after. We would book this venue over and over again in a heartbeat.

Our wedding at Fortune Valley Manor couldn’t have been more perfect.
We didn’t want our wedding to be just any other wedding. We wanted it to be private, special, and personalized to us. While we were immediately reeled in by the beautiful property at Fortune Valley Manor, the people behind it were what sold us on the venue. Out of all the venues we toured, Kerri at FVM was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in what WE wanted out of our wedding. She was attentive, accommodating, and truly involved from the very first meeting. She guided us through every little thing, and to be honest, I don’t think we could have planned half the wedding without her.
Kerri and her husband Frank perfectly executed our wedding day. From last-minute changes due to the rain and staying on schedule to serving dinner to our entire 150-guest reception in under 11 minutes. They had all the little things in mind that you couldn’t possibly think of on your wedding day, and we really don’t think we would have gotten that from any other venue.
The word “satisfied” doesn’t even BEGIN to describe our experience with Fortune Valley Manor. We are forever grateful for Kerri, Frank, and their staff for making our wedding more magical than we could have imagined. wedding on 6/5/23. It was our third and final child to get married so our expectations were pretty high as our first two weddings were wonderful. To say that Kerri and Frank exceeded our expectations would be putting it mildly. From the beginning they opened their home to us (and made some awesome treats) as the planning began. Kerri makes sure every single detail - from invitations to desserts - was handled perfectly. Her attention to detail was extraordinary. I could go on forever about how perfectly and seamlessly the planning process went. So the big day arrived and the decorated Barn was more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined and the grounds were immaculate (our photographer noted that Frank saw 1 leaf on the grounds and quickly went over to remove it). Because of Kerri and Frank the day was PERFECT! Words could never thank them enough for all they did to make sure my son and his new bride had the wedding of their dreams!

We would recommend FTM to any couple planning for their big day. It was a stress free experiment and never once did we feel overwhelmed. Kerri is with you every step of the way, and has great recommendations for other vendors if you are not familiar with the area. We found our amazing florist (Judy’s Floral Shoppe), DJ(Much Music DJ), and baker (Snyder’s Bakery) based on her recommendations! She is also partnered with a brilliant cook whose food was absolutely delicious! We had nothing but positive feedback on all of the food from the cocktail hour to the buffet style dinner. Everything is catered to your liking , and Kerri and Chef Charlie are very on top of any allergy or dietary restrictions

It has taken us a month to come down to earth after the most perfect wedding at Fortune Valley Manor. The owners, Kerri and Frank, go above and beyond with customer service. They seem to know everyone in the Catskill area-- helping us connect with all the best vendors, even for our welcome event! They really got to know us over the past year of planning and added special touches to our wedding day that made it perfect for us. Our guests keep raving about the aesthetics of the barn, the food, staff, and decor. We would get married here every year if we could :)
We had the wedding of our dreams, and it is all because of the owners of Fortune Valley Manor, Kerri, and Frank. We got married on 6/18/22 and everything was perfect. Kerri worked with my husband and I each month and scheduled all appointments we needed with our vendors. All our vendors were recommendations from Kerri, and they were phenomenal. I did not have to worry about one thing on my wedding day and during all the planning. Kerri made the wedding planning process stress free and made it fun. The barn is gorgeous, and you will fall in love when you first lay eyes on it. There aren't enough words to describe how thankful and grateful we are to both Kerri and Frank. A huge THANK YOU to the both of you! I highly recommend this venue and it has been our pleasure getting to work/ know Kerri and Frank during this incredible time in our lives. Our special day would not have been possible if it wasn't for the wonderful owners of Fortune Valley Manor! My husband and I got married on 8/7/21 in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, a day we almost thought wouldn't happen because of the constantly changing guidelines and restrictions to weddings in New York. However, Kerri (FVM owner) helped us not only make that day possible, but made it feel like nothing bad was happening in the world on our special day.
What we loved most about FVM was all the support and guidance we received from the owner Kerri and the on-site wedding planner/ day of coordinator Carol Ann. These women are AMAZING!!! Unlike most venues, Kerri and Carol Ann truly take the time to get to know all their couples on such a personal level and uses the planning meetings with you to create a unique and beautiful wedding experience.
Every time we had a planning meeting in Kerri's office, she would greet us with delicious appetizers and drink ideas (some of which we even used for our wedding). She always made us feel at home when we met with her! She and Carol Ann also helped us find most of our vendors - DJ, catering, dessert/cake, florist, rentals, hotels, and transportation!
If you are considering Fortune Valley Manor for your wedding, BOOK IT RIGHT NOW!! Not only is it absolutely STUNNING, but the hospitality is top tier!
My wife Jackie and I had the greatest time planning out our wedding with Kerri and Carol Ann. We booked with them pre COVID and had to push back our date a few times to accommodate everything we had going on in our lives and they stuck it out over the 3 YEARS we worked with them. We were able to stay with our original contracts (including keeping packages that are no longer available), which shows you how determined they are to make your day what you want it to be. No detailed was missed, the staff was outstanding, attentive, professional and quick, the food and desserts were amazing, and the property is flawless. If you are looking for the perfect wedding day you have to look into Fortune Valley Manor. I do not have one negative thing to say about the property, the staff or Kerri. Professionalism, and devotion fuels this venue and we could not be happier about the day we had!

My daughter just had her wedding there this past weekend. To say this place was the best is an understatement. Kerri and her husband Frank helped every single step of the way down to every detail. Kerrie made sure everything was perfect and gave many professional suggestions throughout the planning process. They were completely customizable and accommodating. The grounds and atmosphere was perfectly groomed, warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this venue for any event.

They only do one wedding a day here, so the barn is yours from morning to night. Their pricing was extremely fair, they could not be more helpful, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was exceptional, and they even catered to a number of dietary restrictions and allergies without batting an eye. They worked very well with the outside vendors we brought in and made the whole day go extremely smooth.
When my fiancé told me that he found the perfect venue in Saugerties, NY after researching 80+ venues, my initial reaction was “no way that’s way too far”. However, as soon as I stepped foot in the barn and more, met the owners, I was equally as sold. And now, I could not imagine a more perfect day in any other location or with any other people. If you’re trying to plan the wedding of your dreams, too, this is the venue for you.
What a beautiful venue !! We recently hosted our daughters wedding here . Kerri and Frank , the owners, were hands on from day one ! Everything was impeccable, from the food , drinks , staff and views !! Our guest could not stop raving about all of it . There are not enough words to describe how amazing our experience was at Fortune Valley Manor. The entire property and barn is a complete hidden gem. The barn is absolutely STUNNING and we had the most beautiful day ever. It was hands down the best day of our lives! Kerri and Frank are wonderful people who truly care about their couples!! Kerri is one of the most organized people I have ever met. She emails back right away and has everything in order. She made sure that everything was ready to go and that the day went off without any issues and it did!!! Our wedding was originally set for 2020 and due to Covid those plans had to change. Kerri and Frank were on board and supportive through the entire process! They allowed us to save dates when we didn’t even know if we were going to change our original wedding date. They had countless meetings with us to make sure that we were able to get the wedding we dreamed of. Through this entire 2 ½ year process there was never a time that we didn’t hear from them, even just to check-in. This process just showed how compassionate they are about their business and how much they care about their couples. Carol Ann is another amazing person who is part of the Fortune Valley Manor venue. She was our day of coordinator and I truly do not think this day could have gone off without her. She took all of our stresses away and made sure we had everything we needed. She is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met. We were so fortunate to have her throughout our day. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Fortune Valley Manor. If you need a wedding venue, I highly recommend them!!! I will never forget this day and we are lucky to say we got married at Fortune Valley Manor.
Absolutely breath-taking venue and scenery. My daughter’s wedding reception could not have gone better. Event planner Carol-Ann and her hard-working, professional staff took care of every possible detail, allowing the bride, groom and guests to do nothing but enjoy the evening!
I would give Fortune Valley manor 10 stars if that was an option. My wife and I visited many venues in the Hudson Valley before we stumbled upon this magnificent establishment. The owners Kerri and Frank made us feel welcomed from the beginning. Kerri along with her phenomenal wedding planner, Carol Ann, opened up their arms wide and entertained any ideas that we had to make our day special. Through many planning sessions, Kerri truly showed her passion for making our day truly what we wanted it to be. Even though covid slowed us down, that didn’t stop Kerri from reaching out and making sure our accommodations were all set. Their vendor selection is superb. Kerri and Frank stand by their mantra, only the best for our couples, and that shined through. Chef Fred accommodated all of my dietary restrictions, which could be the length of a book on its own. He made a juicy and crispy dairy free chicken francaise, which was to die for.
We had 140+ people attend and the barn has capacity for 300. Our guests felt safe and loved that Kerri was always available to answer any questions our they had. She really took the stress off of us and made our special day move flawlessly.
The venue may speak for itself when it comes to natural beauty, but its Kerri, Frank, and their team that makes it all happen.
The perfect barn venue. We toured many other barn venues and FVM offers so much more then the others. The individual attention to your special day is unprecedented. Their attention to every detail made our daughters wedding spectacular!! The owners Kerri and Frank have created a magical setting! The wedding planner Caroline put her heart and sole in to making our daughters day so very special. I can't say enough about this place and would recommend it to all. My husband and I first visited Fortune Valley Manor in the Spring of 2019. Although the barn was not yet complete, we knew instantly that we had found our venue and the people that would help us create our perfect day. Our planning process was not without it's challenges (a postponement due to COVID and subsequent restrictions), but Kerri, Frank, and Carol Ann were with us every step of the way. Their attention to detail, honesty, and understanding throughout the entire process made us feel at ease and cared for. They worked to help us create a day that was reflective of who we are as a couple and never once did we feel like we were just another date on their busy calendar. When our day finally came, more than two years after that first visit, every detail was perfect- the grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the decor was exactly how we had wanted it. The staff was attentive to all our guests and my husband and I were completely taken care of. We had the most amazing day, despite a rain shower and last minute changes to our cocktail hour. We were so grateful for having discussed different options ahead of time so that those "in the moment" decisions were stress free. Fortune Valley Manor is a beautiful venue (our guests are still talking about it), but Kerri, Frank, Carol Ann, and their entire staff is what sets them apart. They make you feel like you are part of the family and that your day means as much to them as it does to you.

Pick this Place!! You, your partner and your guests will not be disappointed! A month out from our wedding and we are still getting compliments on how fun and gorgeous it was from our guests as well as from people who heard about it. The venue itself is gorgeous. It is an open barn nestled in the valley with 2 ponds and animals all around which gives you a perfect backdrop to your beautiful day. While the venue itself is gorgeous, the owners, Kerri and Frank, are the most amazing people. They treat you like their best friend. We honestly would have not pulled off the fun, beautiful day we had without the level of service they provide you through the ENTIRE process. After looking at several other venues in the Hudson Valley that were equally gorgeous, we decided on Fortune Valley Manor, because of the level of attention that Kerri and Frank provide. There were many times I felt like we were the only wedding that they were hosting that month or this year. If you are looking for a venue that has amazing photographic attributes and amazing staff, look no further. Frank and Kerri have created an amazing place for any event, but especially weddings. From a photographer angle, they have gone above and beyond. There are literally DOZENS of places on the property to take couples/family photos without the standard pitfalls. No visible power lines, a parking lot that is setback away from the venue, and multiple small ponds with water features to make sure your photos are amazing. Large beautiful meadows are everywhere you look, and the occasional horse stops by to say hello. Carol Ann, the wedding planner, is a sweet heart and goes above and beyond. The staff themselves are super accommodating and always ready to help out.
Our experience at Fortune Valley Manor was nothing short of excellent. As a newly engaged couple we met Kerri, Frank, and Carol Ann back in January 2019 to plan for our June 2020 wedding. Through two postponements (covid), regular wedding stress, and many emails/texts/phone calls later I can confidently say I am beyond thrilled to have them with us through it all.
At Fortune Valley Manor you will get honesty, skill, timeliness, and love. The large property is impeccably maintained (think the greenest grass you've ever seen), the decorations are gorgeous, and the food is DELICIOUS! Our guests are STILL talking about the excellence of service they received at our wedding that was FULL of covid restrictions during our May 2021 wedding.

We are not even sure where to begin this review for Fortune Valley Manor and all their staff. To use words like amazing, organized, professional, accommodating, etc doesn’t even give them the justice they deserve or come close to describing our experience.
From the moment we drove onto the grounds of Fortune Valley Manor we knew this was the place we wanted to get married.
Fortune Valley Manor went above and beyond to make our day SO perfect. When we first started wedding planning, we had no idea the roller coaster ride we would be in for. Our original date was in May of 2020. Seven weeks before our wedding, the world shut down. We were devastated, but Kerri, Frank and CarolAnn were with us every step of the way.
They answered every email and call with such care and compassion. Even during such stressful times, they always made us feel at ease. Fortune Valley Manor always listened our concerns, and when the day came, it was beyond beautiful and stress-free.
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. The food was fantastic, the barn, grounds and atmosphere is breathtaking, and the attention to detail was unmatched--every small favor or request that we asked for was fulfilled and was handled perfectly!
The staff were all phenomenal! My husband and I didn't have to worry about anything! Everything was simply beautiful and was so amazing the whole night. They made sure my husband and I took a minute to eat or had a drink.
Our guests continue to rave about how gorgeous the venue was, the delicious food and the top notch staff.

AMAZING! The place and the people are incredible. Kerri, Carol Ann, Frank and team are the nicest people and made our day everything we expected and more. They worked with us in a tight time crunch and there was nothing to worry about. The Barn and the entire property were VERY well taken care of. Their attention to detail is so impressive. They let you customize the barn however you need and have a ton of decorations they let you borrow. Kerri and Carol Ann are Pinterest experts. The landscaping is nicer than most golf courses, with 35 acres and the farm next door you have a peaceful private venue with no distractions. The food and drinks were excellent as well. While the property, the barn, and all of the physical aspects of our wedding were amazing, the best part of Fortune Valley is the people. We genuinely felt like they cared so much about us and about making our day perfect. We hope we get to enjoy another wedding at this incredible place as guests in the future.

The owners, Kerri & Frank, are seriously an amazing couple to deal with. They are so passionate and continuously go over and beyond for their clients to ensure your day is as less stressful as possible. They were so kind to provide a bunch of different decor that we had to option to use if we needed/wanted. We discussed our set up/decor with Kerri & CarolAnn and they ran with it, they made it so much more beautiful than I had envisioned. Not only were my guests in awe of the beautiful property, barn and all the details, they raved about the outdoor games & fire pit as that’s not included in your “typical” wedding.

I can't say enough about how helpful, caring and passionate Frank, Kerri and CarolAnn are. From the moment I knew I was going to have my wedding at Fortune Valley Manor they have been there for me and all of my needs, always going above and beyond to take the stress off of me wherever they could.
The wait staff made everything go so smoothly. From serving the appetizers to making sure all of the tables were always clean and if any of my guests needed anything they were right there to get it for them.

The Owners: Kerri & Frank were amazing to work with throughout the wedding process. We booked our wedding before the barn was started, but the day we met them we had no doubt in our mind it would be perfect. They had a beautiful vision and they absolutely turned it into a reality. The amount of detail put into the barn was truly amazing. The grounds are gorgeous; from the ponds to the incredible landscaping, Frank & Kerri’s dedication to this venue doesn’t go unnoticed.
The Wedding Planner: Carol Ann is the wedding planner on site, and words cant even begin to describe how amazing she is! From her genuine personality to her attention to detail, she made sure my day was nothing less then perfect. We live a little over an hour away from the venue but she made sure the entire process was smooth and easy. Without her helping us, I don’t believe my day would have been possible!
The Chef: Chef Fred was a huge asset to our day. Being that I have celiac disease I was so worried who would be preparing my food for my big day. Chef Fred and his staff were extremely knowledgeable about my disease, assuring that I would be safe. I even had my own waiter to avoid cross-contamination! The food was absolutely delicious and loved by all of our guests.
We have received many compliments from our guests not only about the venue itself but the all the people behind it. The waitstaff was excellent and their hospitality was noticed by our guests. Thank you to all of you!
My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate our wedding day at Fortune Valley Manor. When we first saw the property, the barn had not been built, but we were immediately sold based on the picturesque surroundings alone. It was a little risky to book the venue before seeing the barn, but the risk was definitely worth it. The barn turned out to be beautiful! The atmosphere inside is very impressive with its high ceilings and beautiful light fixtures. The layout of the barn is functional as well. There are plenty of bathrooms, two bars, and more than enough space to accommodate our 165 guests. Fortune Valley Manor turned out to be the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and the photo ops were literally endless.
As an added bonus the business owners, Kerri and Frank, and their staff were such a pleasure to work with! Kerri and Frank went to great lengths to make sure our guests had everything they could possibly need and want. We decided to hire the in-house wedding planner, Carol Ann, as our full time planner as well. Carol Ann was extremely dedicated to making our day absolutely perfect. We planned our wedding from across the country and somehow Carol Ann made the process very easy for us. She was detail oriented throughout the planning process and it really showed the day of our wedding. Chef Fred made an unbelievable dinner for us. Many of our guests were very complementary of the food and service. Collectively, the staff provided everything we could have asked for and more.
We highly recommend Fortune Valley Manor to future brides and grooms looking for a special place to celebrate their special day. The hospitality of the staff is excellent and the property will surly leave an impression on you and your guests.

Fortune Valley Manor exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond right from day one. My husband and I got married on July 27, 2019. We booked this venue before the barn was built and we had no doubt that Kerri, Frankie, and Carol Ann would make it nothing short of perfect.
Carol Ann is the wedding planner on site and she puts her entire heart and soul into everything she does and is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge of the events and wedding planning industry is extremely helpful. She has been doing this for years and never pushed any vendors or sales on us, but let us make all of our own decisions. Her expertise is so valuable that we believe the wedding would not have been possible without her.
Kerri overlooks the entire process, and once again, the wedding would not have been possible without her. She even went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was taken care of on the day of the wedding. She made herself available whenever we needed her and did everything in her power to help us in any way she could. Her and Carol Ann made the perfect team, and I cannot even begin to thank them enough! Throughout the entire process they were in constant communication with us, and their attention to every detail did not go unnoticed by our guests.
Thanks to Frankie’s expertise in the construction business, the barn was built with so much thought and detail. The design, landscaping, and layout were very carefully planned out and are set up for a smooth wedding process, as well as a gorgeous backdrop for photographs. He even calmed my husband’s nerves down before the ceremony!
This is not just a “cookie cutter” wedding venue; each couple getting married here can make it their own. The barn is absolutely gorgeous and our guests had nothing but praise for the entire venue, down to the last detail. Everyone absolutely LOVED the food by Chef Fred, the atmosphere, the property, and everything about this venue totally set it apart from anything else. The staff was so accommodating and catered to every need we had. Kerri, Carol Ann, Frankie, and the entire staff made it so easy to create the wedding of our dreams.

I recently had an event at Fortune Valley Manor for my wife with over 80 people in attendance. When approaching the barn, there is a captivating bird's eye view of the entire venue. Upon descending the hill, you are greeted by vast lawns and tasteful landscaping everywhere, lovely ponds with fountains adorned by rainbows, and a beautiful white gazebo with gingerbread trim. There are even horses grazing in a rustic, corralled enclosure.
When entering the newly erected manor, we were captivated by five wrought iron chandeliers which illuminated the interior of the massive, rustic structure. The vast, semi-rough hewn beams arch gracefully everywhere. The mortise and tenon construction allow the eye to feast on the intricate joinery with exposed wooden pegs. The multi-paned doors all add a touch of rustic, comfortable elegance.
There is more than ample room for large events. The food is varied and excellent. The bar is well stocked and there is more than enough room for dancing. Hosts and owners, Frank and Kerri Tiano graciously and willingly helped me plan my wife's party. It was a tremendous success. Everything at Fortune Valley Manor exudes quality and taste. I highly recommend having your event there without hesitation.

I just got married yesterday at Fortune Valley Manor and to say the day exceeded all expectations would be an understatement! The grounds were so beautiful - the photographer has us with about a dozen different backgrounds each more beautiful than the next! The flow was seamless and my guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was and how much there was to look at! Between the ponds, grounds, horses etc everyone was entertained and happy. Frank and Kerri were so helpful and kept me at ease the whole time and Carol Ann was amazing as well as the coordinator of everything. Food - incredible— waitstaff top-notch and the barn facility was spacious and clean and gorgeous! No one could want for anything since they were always 5 steps ahead. Thank you again everyone at Fortune Valley Manor for making our special day everything we could have wished for and more!

Beautiful, impeccable grounds with both ponds and fountains, manicured lawns...the owners were so gracious in hosting our wedding, ready and willing to do everything to make our day special! Highly recommend this gorgeous venue! My family and friends surprised me with my bridal shower here at Fortune Valley Manor, and I was completely blown away by the breathtaking views. The two ponds that feature fountains in the middle are picture perfect, as well as the adorable gazebo and many acres of greenery. Aside from this beautiful setting, the owners are two of the sweetest and accommodating people you will ever meet. They will truly go above and beyond to ensure everything is impeccable for your special event.
While we are having our wedding here as well, we recently had my bridal shower at the estate. The owners went to every length to ensure that my guests and I had a fabulous experience! They are very courteous, prompt and gracious hosts! I could not have asked for a better venue for both my bridal shower and wedding! The grounds are perfectly groomed and the ponds with the fountains are so peaceful! Looking forward to our big day and would highly recommend this venue for any type of celebration...be it small or large!
