There are no words that I could possibly say that could pinpoint how I feel about Kerri and the staff at Fortune Valley Manor but I have to try.
When your daughter gets engaged to the love of her life, you immediately want the absolute most perfect wedding day for her and you want all her wedding dreams to come true. The first time I met Kerri and saw Fortune Valley Manor I had an instant feeling of this is the place and this is the person to make it all come true. And you know what they say about the mom instincts. My daughter had a vision of what she wanted her day to look like and Kerri made it and more happen! The venue is unbelievably gorgeous. The staff is beyond compare and the food was top-notch delicious! I will forever be grateful to everyone at Fortune Valley Manor who helped make my daughter and son-in-law‘s day a memory that will last a lifetime! From the moment we had our very first meeting with Kerri, it was evident that she had the energy and passion of making our wedding dreams come true. Every single detail. Every single wild request. Every single thing my husband and I ever wanted, Kerri made sure it happened. She took notes on every word we spoke. You will not find a more capable person than Kerri. Now, that is someone you want to plan the best day of your life.
Connections? She has them all. Kerri has a long list and variety of every single vendor you can ever imagine. Cigar rollers, photographers, Ice sculpture artist, videographers, Ice Cream carts, I mean, you name it- she has someone! We were blessed to use vendors that have worked many weddings with Kerri. I would recommend using every single vendor we had throughout our wedding- incredible. The professionalism, experience, and passion that each and every person showed us will never go unnoticed.
We jokingly said we felt like we were in our own bubble for the entirety of the weekend. The reason it felt so ‘bubble-like’ was because Kerri had made sure every single detail was handled seamlessly, all we had to do was enjoy each and every moment. I did not once, through the entire process, feel any ounce of stress or worry. People who know me consider me to be a very anxious and stressed out person, so when I was asked how planning was going, they assumed my answer would include something of the sort. However, each time I was asked I was only able to beam of excitement and joy in looking forward to our weekend of festivities.
No matter what we needed, Kerri was there. She has a heart of gold and will treat you and your family like her own. Her communication and planning skills are extraordinary- something you will not find anywhere else. Thank you to Kerri and her staff for giving us the gift of being able to truly enjoy every moment, knowing that everything was in the most caring and capable hands.
When you host your wedding with Kerri, you will have Chef Charlie and his team as your Chef for the day! In our case, we booked a weekend of food from Chef Charlie- from the rehearsal dinner on Friday, to the most elaborate spread of food on our wedding day, to finishing it all off with a goodbye brunch on Sunday- Chef Charlie nailed it.
For the past two weeks after our wedding we have had so many of our guests complimenting his food, some have said it was the best meal they have ever eaten. Just to name a few, his Sicilian meatballs (out of this world), the boom boom shrimp, woah, and don't even get me started on the beef tacos. Whatever you choose to have from Chef Charlie, you won't be disappointed. Chef orchestrated 9 hours of constant food service for our wedding day, and not once was there a mistake made. From the raw bar, to the cacio e pepe pasta served in the cheese wheel, to the taco bar, chocolate fountain, to the 11pm bacon egg and cheeses. You simply can’t go wrong with anything from his menu. Out of this world. Genuinely, I hope this “review” finds you looking forward to booking your wedding with Kerri and Frank Tiano. You will be so glad you did.

A private 35 acre manor nestled in the Hudson Valley offering outdoor ceremony & barn reception all in one venue.
We are a seasonal barn that offers weddings from May 1st - the last weekend in October (we offer both heat and AC in the barn).
Fortune Valley Manor is excited to offer a new construction 5,000 square foot barn to the venue. The venue includes round tables, white reception chairs, white or ivory linens, garbage disposal, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, outdoor barrel bar, farm tables for buffet, dessert, & gift tables, bread baskets, water pitchers, table numbers, and A LOT more in decorations signs etc. What we call our pinterest closet =)
•Fortune Valley Manor offers private breathtaking views, large ponds with water features and natural rolling meadows with seasonal wild flowers.
•Fortune Valley Manors site can accommodate up to 300 guests in the new barn. Onsite gravel parking lot with additional vendor parking.
•The venue is located 10 minutes from the Kingston/ Saugerties NY Thruway Exits. We have partnered with the local hotels and the Catskill Animal Sanctuary Bed & Breakfast located less than 5 minutes away

The venue hours are 9AM-midnight for a day of wedding day.
Noise ordinance is 10PM, but we allow guests to stay until midnight.
After 10PM we can set up a bon fire outside to wind down the night with a late night snack (pizza, pretzels, Cider Donuts with hot apple cider, you could even do bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches or a smore's bar are just a few of the options our chef can offer.

no additional fee Our most popular time frame is a 3:00-3:30 ceremony, cocktail hour from 4-5, reception and dancing from 5-10 to allow plenty of time for celebrating.
We require full wedding planning services if you are interested in working with us at FVM.

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Fortune Valley Manor in early June. From start to finish, it was truly about as perfect a day as we could have hoped for. We were expecting ...
rain, but it only briefly sprinkled while everyone was already inside for the reception. Even if the rain hit though, the FVM team was sure to have numerous backup plans to move the ceremony.
Kerri, Frank, and their team are true professionals in every way. Everything was spot on, from the table setup and decor, to the exceptional food by Chef Charlie and drinks, to the attentiveness of the staff throughout the day. We felt so cared for and supported.
The planning process was just as seamless and well coordinated, even though we packed it into what felt like a short six months and planned most of it from another state. Kerri goes out of her way to bring your vision to life and it is clear how much thought she puts into every detail of the day, plus she’s always enthusiastic no matter how busy she is. She is also incredible at keeping everything on track and making sure every task, big or small, is handled successfully.
We cannot recommend Kerri, Frank, and Fortune Valley Manor enough. For anyone on the fence, one visit to the venue will likely convince you. It is absolutely stunning and unique, and it made for such beautiful photos and memories. Thank you again to Kerri and the entire team!

hard, but the wedding planner/owner, Kerri, behaved in a way that was deeply concerning. She confronted the bride in front of the the entire party, leaving her in tears, and then attempted to position herself as the victim. It was an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism from someone entrusted with such an important role. She should be ashamed and consider out sourcing for a new planner.
From rehearsal through the end of the wedding night, she appeared disorganized, overwhelmed, and unprepared. She provided no meaningful direction to the wedding party and reacted with visible irritation any time someone asked a basic question. Her attitude created unnecessary tension during what should have been a joyful celebration.
To make matters worse, the venue was completely unprepared for the pending storm that they knew about all week. You would think they would have had the generators ready to go on site. But alas, No running water, no working toilets and no power for 90 minutes. The tent wasn’t even fully staked down, so the wind drowned out the ceremony. All of this could have been prevented with basic planning.
Brides: save yourselves the stress. This planner is not someone you want anywhere near your wedding day.

ost, the venue is tucked away in the most charming area of the Hudson Valley, surrounded by beautiful greenery and very well-kept grounds. Our guests not only raved about how gorgeous the space was, but also how fantastic the food was (s/o to the King, Chef Charlie), how the drinks were superb (a wedding essential), and how the staff was super helpful and friendly (thank you FVM team)!
However, the true gem behind it all is Kerri—the amazing owner of the venue who also becomes your planner/coordinator and helps make the magic happen! Kerri is the most passionate, hardworking gal in the business. She will LITERALLY do anything and everything to make her couples wedding day a dream. As someone who recently relocated to the west coast and was planning our wedding from afar, Kerri went above and beyond to help make our planning experience seamless. She was super cost-conscious and accommodating, helping customize every element of our day and reflect our true vision. Even when the weather was looking not so good and I was stressing (emphasis on the stress), the FVM team had plans A-Z to ensure the day went on perfectly no matter what. And of course Kerri did everything and more to shuffle some things around so that the whole experience and day of remained seamless. What can’t this woman do??
An extra special shout out to her husband Frank who is the man behind the scenes keeping the space perfectly manicured and gorgeous! And of course kudos to my queen Mia (my personal bridal attendant for the day) who kept me dry from the weather, well fed, and took care of us all night!
Final comment: this venue is unlike any venue we toured. It is not only a unique and charming space, but also so personable. In fact, through our venue touring process, FVM stood out as the only one to be so focused and dedicated to your event (vs just being another wedding on their list, booking couples back-to-back-to-back, etc.). Kerri, Frank, and the FVM staff truly have the best hearts and complete emotional ownership to your day, making your wedding experience like no other.

i and Frank took great care in listening to our concerns, providing excellent advice and amazing vendors, and helping our vision come to life, crossing every T and dotting every I. They truly display a "give a shit" attitude that I haven't encountered anywhere else. I can't recommend this venue enough for anyone in the Hudson Valley looking for an all-inclusive venue or even anyone who is willing to travel for a "destination wedding" like my now husband and myself. We had a truly memorable day and felt that the entire staff displayed a great amount of love and care towards us. I think everyone was also very excited on our special day since it was the first Saturday since November that it hadn't rained in upstate New York! Chef Charlie and his team were also incredible to work with and created an amazing menu selection -- if only my dress could let me fit in more food!

FVM was our first venue to tour, and after seeing a handful of other venues, none compared. We knew in our hearts FVM was the venue for us.
We paid for Kerri's wedding planning services because we were working with a 7-month timeline. Kerri was an invaluable resource to us. She has so many contacts in the field for anything you'd dream up. Kerri's friendliness, kindness, organization, attention to detail, ability to envision and explain options to her couples sets her apart from the other planners. We always felt like we were number one, even with a full season of weddings and events.
The FVM team is exceptional. We really saw them in action when arriving to the venue for our first look it was evident that the rain, wind, and unseasonably cool weather had no intention of letting up. This would have been stressful for some, but with Kerri's calm approach, she gave us a couple of options to pivot into. We decided on an intimate ceremony on the back patio leading to an indoor cocktail hour and reception to follow, and just like that, her team made it happen. Everything went off without a hitch, and our 130+ guests were none the wiser.
Our guests mentioned that our wedding stood out because of the kind, friendly service of the FVM staff. Our dedicated assistant for the day was Mia, and she was always nearby asking if we needed anything and reminding us where we were in our timeline of events. Mia was extraordinarily kind and helpful, she even helped me change of of my heels into my sneakers. We were SO grateful to have Mia at our side.
Our guests said servers with appetizers just kept pouring out of the kitchen and encouraging everyone to eat until they couldn't eat anymore. Guests raved about the food from Charles & Charles Catering LLC. Some said they never ate that much in their life, others said they were welcomed to have second helpings. Every bride has the running out of food nightmare. Chef Charles promised me that would never happen, and he kept his promise. The creativity in everything that came out of that kitchen and the variety of flavors were all out of this world!
The bartenders were so friendly, had a great sense of humor, and kept chatting with guests all night long and through the after party! The kids even loved going up to the bar for their mocktails/soda/bottled water. Dinner was served efficiently taking into account allergies/dietary restrictions, staff cleared tables at an appropriate pace (not too quickly) and in addition to our dessert/coffee bar, the staff made rounds with an ice cream cart.
FVM is all-inclusive venue so we did not have to pay extra for tables, chairs, table linens, some decor/centerpiece materials, set up or break down. That night, our personal decor was packaged up for us to pick up and load into our car the next morning. Of note, the property is handicapped accessible which was key for my Grandma with her walker. Bathrooms were spacious and immaculate.
Our wedding would not have been the amazing memory that it is without Fortune Valley Manor, Frank and Kerri, and their whole team. Thank you again to all that made our special day an amazing memory we will cherish forever. 💖

riend mentioned attending a wedding there, so we decided to check it out. Even though it was off-season and the grounds weren’t in full bloom, we were still blown away by how beautiful everything was. Then we met Kerri, and if the stunning property hadn’t sold us already, Kerri’s warmth, organization, and genuine dedication would have done the trick on its own.
From the start, Kerri felt more like a friend helping us plan the biggest day of our lives than a hired coordinator. She was always ready with helpful advice, whether it was vendor recommendations or budget-friendly tips to keep our vision on track. We had regular email updates and Zoom calls, which made it easy to stay organized and ahead of schedule. Her thorough task lists might not have been the most modern in format, but they laid out every to-do clearly, so we never felt overwhelmed. By the time our wedding week arrived, we were completely at ease, knowing Kerri had every detail under control.
When the big day finally came—about 130 of our favorite people celebrating on a warm July Saturday—everything went off without a hitch. The barn looked absolutely gorgeous, the bartenders kept everyone happy with our signature cocktails, and the kitchen accommodated all dietary needs without batting an eye. The 10 p.m. noise ordinance that initially made us nervous ended up being a blessing: we wrapped up the dancing in style with a sparkler send-off, and then a smaller group enjoyed a cozy after-party by the bonfire. The staff had all of our belongings neatly packed for us by the end of the night, and we barely had to lift a finger the next day.
I can’t imagine having planned our wedding without Kerri and her incredible team. Fortune Valley Manor is truly a hidden gem that gave us the perfect blend of rustic charm, stunning scenery, and top-tier service. If your date is available, book it immediately. We wish we could do it all over again just to work with Kerri one more time!

Kerri was by our side every step of the way, guiding us with care and expertise. She is the absolute best planner and her monthly 3 hour meetings kept us organized and on track. Honestly, we would have been lost without her.
Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect- a day we will cherish forever. The staff was phenomenal, seamlessly coordinating every detail and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The fall foliage provided a breathtaking backdrop and Franks meticulous landscaping made the venue truly stunning.
Our friends and family can't stop raving about how incredible the day was. Even calling it the best wedding they've ever attended! We owe it all to Kerri, Frank, and the amazing team at Fortune Valley Manor. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

anor for our wedding venue was without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding.
FVM was the third wedding venue we toured, and from the minute we sat down in Kerri’s office, before we even saw the grounds, we knew we wanted to get married there. Kerri is warm, friendly and so hospitable (as evidenced by the delicious snacks and seasonal sangria she serves at every meeting), and as a wedding planner, could not be more on top of every single detail that goes into making your wedding day perfect. We were blown away by her at our first meeting; how thoughtful, organized and intentional she is towards each aspect of the wedding planning process. And she remained that way through the entire planning process. Our monthly meetings kept us on track (usually ahead of schedule!), and Kerri was so careful to check in about every detail and made sure we were completing all of our “homework assignments”, so wedding planning could actually be enjoyable! We felt that she truly cared about us as individuals and a couple, and took the time to learn who we are, so she could help plan the day that was right for us. She was easy to communicate with, helped talk us through every question we had and really took to heart everything we wanted in our day. In Kerri, we truly felt like we were planning our wedding with a close friend by our side. We could not imagine doing this process without her!
Kerri make sure she surrounds herself with the best staff. All of her recommended vendors were amazing to work with. And the venue staff and shuttle drivers were friendly, helpful and so professional. They all made sure our day went off without a hitch!
The grounds themselves are stunning. We knew we wanted to get married at a barn in the Hudson Valley, and Fortune Valley ticked every box. Frank does an impeccable job making sure the grounds and barn always look in the best shape possible. The barn easily accommodated our 200 guests, and enabled us to have the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor space that we wanted for our wedding. Guests were able to dance as much as they wanted inside, and then step outside for some fresh air when needed. And our guests loved being able to interact with the horses out front!
The food was outstanding and Chef Charlie was so easy to work with and accommodated our need for a vegetarian/pescetarian wedding. We loved being able to go up to the venue for a tasting day, and actually got to try our menu in advance and tweak as needed. We received so many compliments on the food. Kerri was able to help us source specialty beer and alcohol, some of which was used to craft our signature cocktails – which were also outstanding.
I could go on and on about this venue and this team. If you are lucky enough to have your desired date available at FVM, book it immediately! Valley we knew this was the venue we had been looking for. The property and barn were the perfect combination of rustic and elegance and exactly what we envisioned. We were so lucky and thankful to have had a chance to work with Kerri as well. She was super organized and easy to work with and we often joked through the process that we couldnt have done this without her. She had great ideas and was even willing to listen to some of our more eccentric ideas, finding ways to incorporate them into the day… including our DJ… The attention that we were given on the actual wedding day was also spectacular. From the minute we were picked up at our house, we were treated like celebrities and didn’t have to ask for anything.. every time we needed something it would appear for us. All our guests had a blast, and most commented that this was the best wedding they had ever been to - between the amazing food, beautiful surroundings, activities, staff and attention to detail.. it was truly special and something we will never forget.

looking for a rustic yet still elegant indoor/outdoor space, we highly recommend this venue. The owners Kerri & Frank are the most genuine, kind people out there. They go above and beyond to give their couples everything and anything they want for their special day. We were not familiar with the area and Kerri helped us so much by connecting us to local vendors, and every vendor we chose went above and beyond for us as well.
We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else! Before we met Kerri, we thought we could plan a wedding on our own. We were so wrong. Frequent meetings with Kerri kept us on track and were essential for planning purposes. Kerri and Frank did everything to make the wedding day run as smoothly as possible, from planning to set up to keeping our timeline.
We loved having all the events at the same location from ceremony to reception to after party. Chef Charlie and the catering was fantastic, a month after our wedding and our guests are still talking about it. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we owe it all to Fortune Valley Manor.

t more like family rather than a venue owner. Within the first meeting we could tell we made the right choice when she began with "and here is how we are going to save you money."
After picking the venue we met with Kerri about every two months (more frequently once the wedding date became closer) where she would go through a very detailed list of homework that we needed to do before the next meeting. She truly has the planning process down to a science. It was amazing that at no point did we feel overwhelmed even though my wife and I were working full time.
The vendor list that Kerri gave as well was phenomenal. She truly has a knowledge of the best wedding talent in this area.
One of the best things about FVM is how the day is truly ours! At FVM they only do 1 (rarely 2) weddings per weekend. This gave us a ton of comfort as we made many trips up to the venue during the week. Kerri and Frank have also thought of how to get the most out of your day by allowing you to have a 5 hour reception! In addition to a 1/2 hour ceremony, and an hour and a half cocktail hour. If you are not done partying yet, they also offer a 2 hour after party! All of this comes with simply booking the venue. No additional add ons.
Then during the day you will have the pleasure of working with some of the most professional staff. During the day we had Colleen serve as our bridal attendant. She was truly amazing. Somehow she was able to get us everything we needed before we knew we needed it, without suffocating us during the day. She truly floated in the shadows and almost magically, drinks, food, even tide to go appeared when we needed it most. She was truly a blessing on that day!
Then the other bartenders (especially Alicia), servers, golf cart drivers, and everyone I am forgetting made this "the best wedding" some of our guests had ever been too.
We cannot recommend FVM enough and hope that some of our friends get married there so we can attend as guests.

Once we ended up booking with her, she helped us build a vision for our wedding and then bring it to life. She covers every single detail with you to make sure nothing is overlooked, and by the time the wedding day is there you know the timeline backwards and forwards so you are able to enjoy everything. Kerri served as a friend, a planner, a therapist, a venue owner, and by the end we were like family. Kerri and Frank have added so many personal touches to FVM and they make it so fun to be part of the FVM family. Frank ensured that during our tasting we were happy with the food and discussed our feedback with the wonderful catering of Charles & Charles.
We wanted a venue that had everything but allowed choice - FVM works with a wonderful catering group, Charles & Charles, with a huge menu to choose from. They partner with Events Unlimited to get all of the dishware of your choice. Kerri has a huge list of recommended vendors and helps liaise with vendors ensuring everything is on schedule. Having Kerri as a planner and Brittany helping on the day of resulted in a perfectly smooth wedding day, and we were so happy to share our joy with the FVM family.
Also, the grounds and actual venue itself are incredibly gorgeous. Many hotels nearby and great restaurant recommendations for rehearsal dinner the night before and brunch the day after. We would book this venue over and over again in a heartbeat.

Out of all the venues we toured, Kerri at FVM was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in what WE wanted out of our wedding. She was attentive, accommodating, and truly involved from the very first meeting. She guided us through every little thing, and to be honest, I don’t think we could have planned half the wedding without her.
Kerri and her husband Frank perfectly executed our wedding day. From last-minute changes due to the rain and staying on schedule to serving dinner to our entire 150-guest reception in under 11 minutes. They had all the little things in mind that you couldn’t possibly think of on your wedding day, and we really don’t think we would have gotten that from any other venue.
The word “satisfied” doesn’t even BEGIN to describe our experience with Fortune Valley Manor. We are forever grateful for Kerri, Frank, and their staff for making our wedding more magical than we could have imagined. A month later and our guests are still raving about the food, decor, cocktails, and overall setup.

From the beginning they opened their home to us (and made some awesome treats) as the planning began. Kerri makes sure every single detail - from invitations to desserts - was handled perfectly. Her attention to detail was extraordinary. I could go on forever about how perfectly and seamlessly the planning process went. So the big day arrived and the decorated Barn was more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined and the grounds were immaculate (our photographer noted that Frank saw 1 leaf on the grounds and quickly went over to remove it). Because of Kerri and Frank the day was PERFECT! Words could never thank them enough for all they did to make sure my son and his new bride had the wedding of their dreams!

What we loved most about FVM was all the support and guidance we received from the owner Kerri and the on-site wedding planner/ day of coordinator Carol Ann. These women are AMAZING!!! Unlike most venues, Kerri and Carol Ann truly take the time to get to know all their couples on such a personal level and uses the planning meetings with you to create a unique and beautiful wedding experience.
Every time we had a planning meeting in Kerri's office, she would greet us with delicious appetizers and drink ideas (some of which we even used for our wedding). She always made us feel at home when we met with her! She and Carol Ann also helped us find most of our vendors - DJ, catering, dessert/cake, florist, rentals, hotels, and transportation!

They worked very well with the outside vendors we brought in and made the whole day go extremely smooth.
When my fiancé told me that he found the perfect venue in Saugerties, NY after researching 80+ venues, my initial reaction was “no way that’s way too far”. However, as soon as I stepped foot in the barn and more, met the owners, I was equally as sold. And now, I could not imagine a more perfect day in any other location or with any other people. She made sure that everything was ready to go and that the day went off without any issues and it did!!! Our wedding was originally set for 2020 and due to Covid those plans had to change. Kerri and Frank were on board and supportive through the entire process! They allowed us to save dates when we didn’t even know if we were going to change our original wedding date. They had countless meetings with us to make sure that we were able to get the wedding we dreamed of. Through this entire 2 ½ year process there was never a time that we didn’t hear from them, even just to check-in. This process just showed how compassionate they are about their business and how much they care about their couples. Carol Ann is another amazing person who is part of the Fortune Valley Manor venue. She was our day of coordinator and I truly do not think this day could have gone off without her. She took all of our stresses away and made sure we had everything we needed. She is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met. We were so fortunate to have her throughout our day. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Fortune Valley Manor. Kerri along with her phenomenal wedding planner, Carol Ann, opened up their arms wide and entertained any ideas that we had to make our day special. Through many planning sessions, Kerri truly showed her passion for making our day truly what we wanted it to be. Even though covid slowed us down, that didn’t stop Kerri from reaching out and making sure our accommodations were all set. Their vendor selection is superb. Kerri and Frank stand by their mantra, only the best for our couples, and that shined through. Chef Fred accommodated all of my dietary restrictions, which could be the length of a book on its own. He made a juicy and crispy dairy free chicken francaise, which was to die for.
We had 140+ people attend and the barn has capacity for 300. Our guests felt safe and loved that Kerri was always available to answer any questions our they had. She really took the stress off of us and made our special day move flawlessly.
The venue may speak for itself when it comes to natural beauty, but its Kerri, Frank, and their team that makes it all happen.

They worked to help us create a day that was reflective of who we are as a couple and never once did we feel like we were just another date on their busy calendar. When our day finally came, more than two years after that first visit, every detail was perfect- the grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the decor was exactly how we had wanted it. The staff was attentive to all our guests and my husband and I were completely taken care of. We had the most amazing day, despite a rain shower and last minute changes to our cocktail hour. We were so grateful for having discussed different options ahead of time so that those "in the moment" decisions were stress free. Fortune Valley Manor is a beautiful venue (our guests are still talking about it), but Kerri, Frank, Carol Ann, and their entire staff is what sets them apart. No visible power lines, a parking lot that is setback away from the venue, and multiple small ponds with water features to make sure your photos are amazing. Large beautiful meadows are everywhere you look, and the occasional horse stops by to say hello. Carol Ann, the wedding planner, is a sweet heart and goes above and beyond. The large property is impeccably maintained (think the greenest grass you've ever seen), the decorations are gorgeous, and the food is DELICIOUS! Our guests are STILL talking about the excellence of service they received at our wedding that was FULL of covid restrictions during our May 2021 wedding.
I cannot say enough good things about Fortune Valley Manor and I hope I have the honor of returning there as a guest of a wedding in the future! Thank you Kerri, Frank, and Carol Ann!!! You are family now!

From the moment we drove onto the grounds of Fortune Valley Manor we knew this was the place we wanted to get married.
Fortune Valley Manor went above and beyond to make our day SO perfect. When we first started wedding planning, we had no idea the roller coaster ride we would be in for. Our original date was in May of 2020. Seven weeks before our wedding, the world shut down. We were devastated, but Kerri, Frank and CarolAnn were with us every step of the way.
They answered every email and call with such care and compassion. Even during such stressful times, they always made us feel at ease. Fortune Valley Manor always listened our concerns, and when the day came, it was beyond beautiful and stress-free.
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. The food was fantastic, the barn, grounds and atmosphere is breathtaking, and the attention to detail was unmatched--every small favor or request that we asked for was fulfilled and was handled perfectly!
The staff were all phenomenal! My husband and I didn't have to worry about anything! Everything was simply beautiful and was so amazing the whole night. They made sure my husband and I took a minute to eat or had a drink.
Our guests continue to rave about how gorgeous the venue was, the delicious food and the top notch staff.
We seriously cannot thank Fortune Valley Manor enough for helping us make our wedding day unforgettable!

tight time crunch and there was nothing to worry about. The Barn and the entire property were VERY well taken care of. Their attention to detail is so impressive. They let you customize the barn however you need and have a ton of decorations they let you borrow. Kerri and Carol Ann are Pinterest experts. The landscaping is nicer than most golf courses, with 35 acres and the farm next door you have a peaceful private venue with no distractions. The food and drinks were excellent as well. While the property, the barn, and all of the physical aspects of our wedding were amazing, the best part of Fortune Valley is the people. We genuinely felt like they cared so much about us and about making our day perfect. We hope we get to enjoy another wedding at this incredible place as guests in the future.

The owners have paid attention to every detail to make this Venue stand out from the rest. They are also a delight to work with and will ensure no detail of your special day is missed. Really a top notch establishment and very well run.

The owners, Kerri & Frank, are seriously an amazing couple to deal with. They are so passionate and continuously go over and beyond for their clients to ensure your day is as less stressful as possible. They were so kind to provide a bunch of different decor that we had to option to use if we needed/wanted. We discussed our set up/decor with Kerri & CarolAnn and they ran with it, they made it so much more beautiful than I had envisioned. Not only were my guests in awe of the beautiful property, barn and all the details, they raved about the outdoor games & fire pit as that’s not included in your “typical” wedding.
I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day as special and perfect as they did!
