ily and her husband Alan are a dream team and work together so well. They love to tell stories through their photography style, which is something I really wanted for our wedding day. Even through the unexpected rain, Emily & Alan remained prepared, calm, and professional. They hit it out of the park because my husband and I were floored once we got our sneak peeks the following week! I can only imagine what the rest are going to look like. If you want the best photos you've ever had in your life, hire them ASAP! We look forward to working with you guys again in the future!! Xoxox

n, that it was a no-brainer to hire Emily for our wedding, with the lovely addition of her partner Alan. On our wedding day, they were professional, patient, and so supportive. Even though they hadn't been to our venue before, they crushed it and captured all of the little details, essence, and mood of the day. Emily and Alan were so flexible, allowing us to get all of our expected shots finished, as well as add extras when we asked. It's been just under a week since we had our wedding, but Emily has already sent us 100+ "sneak peak" photos and they are SO AMAZING I truly cannot imagine what the rest of them look like. I would absolutely recommend them for any photography needs, but for something as special as your wedding, their pictures are all we really have except our own memories and I will cherish their work forever.

y were cheerful, supportive, friendly and professional every moment. It was so important to me that we had a photographer/videographer that captured everything that was happening in a raw, natural way without having everyone pose or “look this way!”. Emily and Alan gave us all their time and energy to capture our wedding week exactly as we asked. Even the portraits we asked for were so natural. They captured every detail, the vibes, everything and more. Not to mention they made us look like supermodels!! :-p We are so, so grateful for you both and have already recommended you to everyone we know. Can’t wait to work with you again!

much more fun feeling like she was just as jazzed for our wedding as we were! We met with Emily and Alan a few weeks before the wedding to lay out key shots and they did a beautiful job capturing each one. Loved the special touches, too, like sending us a wedding box with a note and polaroids. Very happy with the level of service and would definitely recommend!

tly our wedding photos. At our rehearsal dinner we had a slideshow of photos playing in the background and so many guests came up and complimented us on our engagement photos. In fact, we were told that we "won the award for worlds dopest engagement pics". Not only are Emily and Alan incredibly talented, but they are amazing people as well. You can't help but love them and want to be their friend. They have a presence that comforts everyone around them and keeps the vibe light and airy. I have also never met a more organized photographer. I'm basically the girl from 27 dresses at this point in my life, and I have never EVER seen bridal party or family formal portraits be done so quickly yet result in so many gorgeous photos. Leading up to our wedding we received a number of google docs to fill out to make the day run more smoothly while ensure they got the shots we wanted most, newsletters with just great wedding tips and advice, and a beautiful pre-wedding gift. We love Emily & Alan and will be using them for life!!

ked! They are so very organized and make the day so so smooth. They also put together a great, homemade present and sneak peak after the wedding. PHENOMENAL. I would love to hire them again for another event. Love you em!

t was obvious that Emily possessed something so unique and special. We met with Emily and her husband Alan, and we were set. These two captured our wedding day so perfectly. Emily and Alan captured moments from the day we didn't even realize took place. They were so quick to pick up on special things throughout our day, but also were hardly noticeable. Not only are they incredibly talented photographers, they are also the most calm, chill, and easiest people to work with. The moments they captured are priceless, and there are no words to describe how much it means to look back at these photos for the rest of our lives. Booking Emily and Alan was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. We cannot recommend them enough!!

e is absolutely breathtaking and captures all the feelings behind the photo. Emily is truly so talented and worth every single penny. I will be hiring her for any type of life event going forward. She honestly was my best purchase of my entire wedding. Everyone who sees our photos are just shocked at the quality. Emily makes you feel like family right away and is the easiest vendor to work with. Hire immediately! :)

eral on display throughout our home. Before our engagement session, I was so nervous to have photos taken - I don't consider myself to be photogenic and I have no instinct for posing, etc. Emily was so effective at setting us up and cueing us, so we didn't have to overthink anything. She captured both posed and candid moments perfectly. Leading up to our wedding day, I had no nerves in regards to the photos because I knew she would once again do a beautiful job. Aside from her genuine talent as a photographer, Emily has been delightful to work with. She is so kind and fun to be around, so our photo sessions with her were truly enjoyable. I can't recommend her enough.

ack to the happiest day of my life. She’s excellent at ensuring all your “must have” pictures are captured and then goes beyond to learn about customs and traditions to be sure they are also captured! I can’t say enough great things about her talent, her products, & her mission regarding social justice. My wedding photos are the best lasting memory of the event!

dating and she was a joy to be around. If you are looking for someone to capture the little precious and intimate moments throughout your wedding day, Emily and Alan are the perfect pair to do so! I will forever cherish our wedding photos. Thank you so much!!

ork with during the wedding planning process...especially during a pandemic. She was not only accommodating and so supportive, but she listened to every little detail to make the day so true to us. Receiving our photos gave us the chance to relive a day so special...we were married in August and I still look through the photos every day to reminisce. She truly captured the feeling of the day and we are forever thankful for those memories.

t planning a wedding in the age of COVID-19. When first meeting her, she took time to really get to know us, asked meaningful questions, and made me feel like she genuinely cared to capture our day in a way we would enjoy looking back on forever. On the day of, Emily and her husband were quietly capturing moments that we now get to cherish and we didn't even know they were there. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera on the day of, and in every moment leading up to the big day. She walks the line of professionalism and fun perfectly, making you feel like your best friend is the one behind the camera. Emily produces high quality work that will last through the ages. We could not be more thrilled to have had her as a wedding photographer!

we were a good fit for each other. She wanted to know our story which she recorded and used to write an incredible blog post after our wedding. She was flexible with changes that happened along our wedding planning adventure due to the pandemic. Emily has a wonderful style of photography and everything feels very natural and not posed. We are obsessed!

g the way, I had a sour experience with the photographer I had originally planned to use which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it brought me to Sweet Justice Photography! I did not meet this sweet girl until the day of my wedding, which you can imagine is not ideal. But Emily is someone who you absolutely want at your wedding day. She is everything kind, positive, and go-with-the-flow. She was absolutely what I NEEDED. Emily took beautiful pictures and I can’t help but feel like they come from the beauty that she sees in everyday life moments. She made the most out of every opportunity, and my less-than-Pinterest backyard wedding. I am dazzled by both her person and her works of art. Having her capture my special day was meant to be. I look forward to using Emily for any and ALL future professional photos I will need. There are many photographers that can take a beautiful picture, but Emily captures a moment and it’s feelings. If you want a photographer who is interested in your life and genuinely telling your story, then Sweet Justice Photography is the way to go.

, every time you look at your photos. She was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her!

digital, making payments was easy, she’s full of energy, and not to mention her photography is out of this world. We didn’t want to just have “posed” photography. we wanted a photographer that would tell the story of our wedding day through the photography. Her style is journalistic and the presentation of your wedding photos is beautifully bundled and sent to you home. So many people who both did/ did not attend the wedding commented on how her photography captured them and they could emotionally feel the day. If you want photography that literally moves you Emily is your gal!

gs! Oh my land we are so delighted by the photos- they captured what we wanted: a modern and hip style, just liked we asked. And we got so many gems and treasures of sweet moments together and with our people. I love so many of them. The candid moments are such treasures. They did a great job being a part of the day and also blending into the background. Also the little behind the scenes video was so fun! I didn't think I would care about it as much as I do!

before the wedding or the overflow of love during the ceremony and even the joy and laughter of the reception. Talk about picture PERFECT!

us people and seriously beautiful pictures we will cherish forever! Emily also took the time to facetime us, meet us for drinks, and was very responsive to calls, emails, and texts before the wedding whenever I had a question. Loved loved loved working with them!

posey and candid, and they captured those perfectly. Our wedding photos are so unique and gorgeous. Everyone, like literally EVERYONE stocked her and her work on Instagram when they saw our photos, and asked about her. Emily was so easy to work with and She really gave us what we wanted, or rather much more than we could ever imagine. I am so glad we got to work with her. Plus the prints that she gave are just stunning! Thank you so much. We really have such lovely memories from our special day for a lifetime. Soumya

our relationship through her blog and photos perfectly. They were the sweetest reflection of my husband and I. She captured all the little moments and emotion of us and our guests in such a beautiful way. We were afraid of looking awkward and posed and unnatural but Emily and Audrey have the most incredible way about them to make you feel comfortable and confident. I'm in love with the photos and catch myself just staring at some of them because of the quality and how much they accentuate us.. both our personality and physically. Emily is more than just a photographer, she is the epitome of joy and genuineness and artistry.

he captured so many moments that I will treasure forever. She and her team made all of our guests feel completely comfortable and natural-leading to some incredibly candid and genuine pictures. The added wedding blog and website included in her wedding package was totalllly worth it also! She is a stellar artist with a wonderful personality-could not have asked for a better wedding photographer.

nd I can't recommend them enough!

inger skills on that photograph-taking-machine-thing, I won't forget what it felt like to be so entirely in love with every single thing in the world. She captured everything that made the day so special, from the most subtle emotions to the most monumental moments, with a flair and style that didn't inhibit who we are, but amplified it. She wasn't just our photographer, she brought the party. Emily was the easiest, most "duh" choice we made for our wedding day.

eryone! Our pictures turned out incredible and I have had friends and family raving to me about how amazing they are! I loved that she had two photographers so no moment was ever missed and she always had an endless flow of poses and looks. I know it was the first time she had done a wedding at my venue and she nailed it! I really wanted a photographer who was going to be amazing at the close up details as my venue was all inside and Emily captured everything perfectly. I also loved that she sent me some of the photos right away the day after the wedding so that I could post on social media before any of my guests did. This was highly appreciated because you never know what photos your guests will post and they may not be the best! When we received our package with the final pictures it was seriously the prettiest presentation I have ever seen with prints and Polaroids and chocolate and more! I will definitely be using Emily again and would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family!

etails. When I saw she began shooting weddings and I was in need of photographer, of course she was first on my list. Emily has created a seamless form of relations and cares for your desires so deeply. It was a joy to watch her work and play a role in Sweet Justice Photography, which carries a vision for storytelling that holds a special place in my husband's and I's hearts. When you hire Emily, you are hiring so much more than a photographer; her personality and kind heart add the sweetest touch. Thank you Emily - you are a gift and we are abundantly thankful for you!

ative ideas during our photo shoot. She also captured natural moments of our family and friends that we will always be thankful to look back on. All around, Emily was a JOY to work with. Thank you for sharing your gifts and passions, Emily!

mily and Audrey are the sweetest girls and so easy to work with. So many personal touches are added to make every bride feel special.

ith us on our wedding day and are very happy with how the photos turned out. We recommend her with high regards! :)

o come. They are the greatest gift we could have received. THANK YOU THANK YOU. I loved how we got to meet with her before and how she asked us about our love story. She was so easy to communicate throughout the whole process and I was constantly and pleasantly surprised by everything she did before and after our big day. Do yourself a favor and go look at her website and read the journals. You will be spooning for days.

a friend. Emily was super responsive from the very beginning. I had multiple conversations with her and felt NO pressure whatsoever throughout the process. She truly wanted to get to know us as a couple and capture the heart of who we are in order to reflect that in her photos and story. Which she absolutely DID. She has unreal talent and puts these very special, personal touches into her process. We LOVED working with her and are blown away with how she captured our special day!!!

love story. Emily had a second photographer with her package and no time limit on the wedding day, which really affected our decision to meet with her further. What really sealed our decision was the fact that she was so passionate about genuine photography and that part of our payment to her went towards a non-profit cause as a donation, something that sits close to our hearts. She was flexible with us and did photos of our joint wedding shower instead of engagement photos since we had been engaged for a few years and wanted the shower captured more. She did an amazing job at the shower and our wedding of capturing relaxed and genuine moments with no stiffness or awkwardness. She also did small gestures in the months leading up to the wedding and also after the wedding that kept us excited for the day without feeling too overwhelmed in our overall planning process. The accessibility of the photos online so we could share them with friends and family was an amazing feature we also wanted and were able to have. Both Emily and her second photographer, Audrey, did an amazing job with our wedding and even kept people relaxed at the reception by joining in the dancing! Looking through our photos brings us back to the day and all the memories! We highly recommend Sweet Justice Photography!!! Her work and cost is unmatched!

y and the wedding planning season, and her engagement photos, and photojournalism piece on her blog reflect just that. Because she was able to hear our story as a couple, we both felt fully comfortable in our pictures. Our photos don't look staged, but we look amazing- I don't know how she does it! She is well worth the money.

een best friends for decades.

ily has a great personality and makes a possible stressful time into a fun and memorable moment that lasts forever.
