Foster's Flower Shop

available on my wedding day. I am so so soooo glad I contacted them anyway because they were more than accommodating and made the most perfect arrangements I could ever ask for. My only requests were to #1 to be carrying a piece of art, #2 be full and long, and #3 be within my color scheme. I got so many compliments all night on how amazing they were! I truly felt like I was carrying around art! If you have the chance to use them, please do!! You will not be disappointed

was always there when I needed her! Ultimately, I gave her a very specific vision and she made it come alive! Our flowers were more beautiful and exciting than I had ever imagined. I highly recommend Fosters to anyone looking for arrangements big or small!

vision for my wedding day. The first meeting with Marcy went very well! I didn't have a vision board or anything, but I did know what I wanted, and explained everything to Marcy. I knew Marcy was the right fit when we started looking at floral designs together, and she knew right away the vision I had in my head. Marcy made my wedding gorgeous and exceeded my expectations! I defiantly recommend Foster's Flower shop!

he bride, I knew without a doubt that I wanted Marcy as our florist. In our initial meeting, I was unsure about what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want and through our conversations, Marcy was able to bring my vision to life effortlessly. All of our flowers were bright, bold, vibrant and fun which was exactly the feel I wanted for our day. I also knew I wanted something for our sweetheart table and gave Marcy creative freedom and she created a visual display that was more beautiful than anything I could have dreamt. Knowing first hand how much work goes into making a bride's day perfect, I truly cannot thank Marcy and her team at Foster's enough for all the attention to detail and creativity that was put in to the planning and execution of our day. I highly recommend Foster's for their stunningly beautiful florals but also for their outstanding customer service.

d finding a vendor that was not going to charge a left kidney for a beautiful arrangement and one that would actually listen to us. Then we found Marcy Almoney and her amazing shop, Foster's Flower Shop. Marcy encouraged me to send her inspiration photos and my Pinterest board. During our first meeting she asked me for nearly all my photos why I liked the item and started pulling out common themes in the colors, shapes, arrangement styles, flowers, and greenery used. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted, but she was able to bring it to life! She was very knowledgeable about different flowers, colors, and greenery that would be in season for our wedding. Finally someone who listened and her price point was just right for us! About two months after booking with her, Marcy held an event in which she created some of our wedding pieces and the florals for other events. We were able to visually sample what we selected ahead of time and make in person corrections to what we saw. My husband was able to work with Marcy to create his boutonniere and give his input, as he was unable to attend the initial appointment. We were even able to see florals for other events and get ideas of items we wanted to add! It was such a great way to ensure that we were going to not just like but we were going to love our flowers on our wedding day. On the day of the event, Marcy personally delivered our flowers and setup the arrangements at our reception facility. She was very familiar with our ceremony and our reception locations, so it made it easier for her accomplish a great setup and suggest locations for other floral options. After the wedding my husband and I had a ton of flowers! Pleasantly to our surprise, our centerpiece arrangements lasted two weeks! We were able to use most of our arrangements for drying to enjoy them longer! Suggestions if working with this vendor.... 1) Know the colors you want to have for your wedding. This goes for any florist, but Marcy will want to know colors for bridesmaid dresses/tuxes and other key color points you will have. 2) Fosters has a team of extremely creative people that are capable of creating an array of items. They can create basic arrangements, floral jewelry, and off the wall larger than life creations. Don't be afraid to spark your creative juices and ask about creating something unique if it fits your theme! 3) If they have an event where you can view some of your arrangements ahead of time.... go to the event! I felt so much more comfortable seeing my flowers ahead of time. Not very many vendors will do this because the expense is all theirs. 4) Create a Pinterest board with your floral ideas. Many of our vendors asked for a Pinterest board and Marcy knows how to make it come to life! 5) Check out their social media accounts. Foster's Flower Shop has an active Instagram and Facebook page. Check out what they are doing. You'll find they are consistent in their product delivery and love what they do! 6) If you are looking for other nonfloral vendors, ask Marcy. She has been in the business for years and knows a lot of great professionals!

oviding her clients exactly what they envision. She was very knowledgeable, really helped me make some decisions, and had some great ideas. In the end, she made the most beautiful bouquets that were exactly what I had wanted. I am so grateful!

s and her creativity and expertise helped make them into reality. The flowers really helped transform our venue into our dream fairytale wedding and she even helped us get mini gourds to use as our center pieces! We can't say enough about Foster's Flowers-- you'd be crazy not to hire them if you're getting married in the York/Lancaster area!!

ith Foster's both in person and over email while living about 5.5 hours away and still she was able to take our dream and turn it into a reality with my bouquet, and all of the floral arrangements during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Marcy was even able to provide linen rentals through a partner she works with to help make the process easy in that regards and help us keep our vendor list to a minimum! Just know if you go with Marcy, you'll get exactly what you want and more!

of flowers but she was able to take our vision and really bring it to life. We gave her our color ideas and she showed us several options until we agreed on the final outcome. Marcy and her staff are wonderful! I was a little concerned about our flower budget but Marcy was able to supply the most beautiful flowers for our bouquets, centerpieces, guestbook/favor tables, and the ceremony archway all within our price range. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding florist.

cy was handling it! She was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, is a wealth of knowledge, understood exactly what I wanted, and more! I greatly appreciated her insight too. She knew the venue that we were getting married at and offered suggestions about different locations to place flowers and how to brighten up the inside of our venue. The whole process was just perfect. And needless to say, our flowers were stunning! From my bridal bouquet, to the bridesmaids, to the center pieces, to what the men wore, etc. were simply beautiful. Not a single detail was missed. Thank you Marcy & Foster's Flower Shop!!!

she made the flowers perfect to bring out the beauty of the venue. I also had 12 bridesmaids and each girl's flowers were perfect. She didn't try and sell us more than we needed and helped explain ways to cut cost by changing flower types instead of bouquet sizes. I would recommend her to anyone for any event. We had a problem with the venue trying to put up the wrong arch and Marcy took extra time, going out of her way, to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Fosters is the best. I wish I could post a photo to show you how great she is at floral design. :)

, I knew that I wanted to have lots of florals, but I was also a bride on a budget, so I wanted to make sure we stayed within my preset range. Marcy from Foster’s Flowers was amazing throughout the entire process. Since our venue was 2 hours away from where we live, I was able to do the initial consultation and all other communication over the phone and via email. She was flexible, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the actual flowers, different arrangements, the venue, and everything else. She really took the time to go through the details with me, to make sure I was understanding exactly what flowers I was going to get, how they would look, and offered recommendations based on her previous experience and expertise. All of the flowers looked beautiful and were within my budget! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Foster’s Flowers for their great customer service, quality, and attention to detail.

nderful in assembling possible floral arrangements according to my style, making last minute adjustments (including adding a peony to my cake just days before the wedding) and so responsive via email. The flowers were just beautiful at our wedding!

Marcy always stayed in touch, made the process easy, and always answered any questions I had. Marcy had a way of putting all my ideas into beautiful florals. She absolutely blew me away. Marcy went above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough. Thank you thank you!

st let her work her magic!

service was also excellent as well! Would highly recommend Foster's Flower Shop!

I've seen pictures and she does that SO well!). I wanted unique flowers, fun textures, and a bouquet that would stand out, and man did Marcy deliver. She also clearly knows her stuff and where to get the best inventory. Highly recommend Foster's - they are the best. (I literally cried when I had to throw out my bouquet when it finally died because I loved it so much).

of knowledge regarding flowers and made great recommendations based on what I wanted. I have a pretty good knowledge on flowers and they took it and far exceeded my expectations. They were updating their database this summer so there was some confusion with the proposal but it all got ironed out. Just make sure to look through the proposal in detail. Marcy was apologetic and patient as we went through and fixed it. They were reasonable price-wise. Overall, I was VERY satisfied!

! Marcy created exactly what I was envisioning and had great recommendations throughout the wedding planning process. They created an AWESOME altar for us that held a chandelier for during our ceremony and made my vision a reality! Thank you so much Foster's Flower Shop!!!!

complete! I will continue to use this vendor for all my floral needs. Highly recommend!!

ery detail was perfect from the centerpieces to the succulents on the cocktail tables to the flowers for the cake. Not only was her work amazing, but her personality was perfect! She was always so pleasant to speak with and always answered any questions we had. Our ceremony and reception was in the same room, and Marcy did an amazing job with choosing flowers and centerpieces that were cross-utilized for both set ups. We couldn't be any more happy and impressed with the work Foster's Flower Shop did.

at job. Don't expect what you see online to be the reality. There was a mix up with my bridal bouquet and one of the staff at Foster's tried their best to fix it last minute but honestly if I would have let them make all the decisions on my flowers I'm sure I would've loved it! They also went above my expectations in regards to the table vases making them much larger and more elaborate than I expected.

for and made it happen based on my Pinterest board that she reviewed with me. Our bouquets had long streaming ribbons on them which were beautiful and so different. I would recommend the Fosters team to anyone looking for beautiful flowers for their event!

. Thank you guys, you are truly the best!

ur Pinterest board and talk about flowers you like/dislike. I love wildflowers and really unique looking textures. She was able to narrow down my color choices, since in general I just wanted bride colors to stand out again white and champagne for the wedding party colors. The flower arrangements were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Marcy also worked with me when I wanted to see if we could do some lower prices. Beyond happy with how everything turned out!

y matched my vision. She incorporated so many personal touches that really brought the whole venue together, making sure to bring extra greenery for unexpected final touches. Marcy took care of all the organization and setup with the most gorgeous flowers- I even enjoyed them at home for a few days after. She is amazing!

ld them to pick whatever they think looks best in each style of vase. The outcome was phenominal! I worked mainly with Marcy, and she was great, I highly recommend her. Overall, Foster's employees really know what they are doing and are wonderful floral artists.

r and that was just way out of budget. Marcy was so great, I had this vision for my reception and Marcy took so much time to try and match our colors up so perfectly. She is more then just a florist, she was able to help us with our table linens and candles. She had so many great ideas and advice about planning our wedding which was much needed for someone who really had no idea what we were doing just had this vision. They came and dropped off the flowers at the church and then went and set up at the reception! I was a little nervous not being able to see the reception before the actual reception but I trusted Fosters and knew it would be great! Everything looked so pretty and my vision had come to life just like I wanted! I can't thank Fosters enough! They were so easy to work with!

me who did them and saying how beautiful they were. Marcy is truly talented and amazing to work with.

(and what you don't like!) and how you want the flowers to bring all of your other decor together. Excellent service and quality!

hen some. I highly recommend her. She took her time in talking with me and making sure I was comfortable with the decisions.

ign and colors. I showed her my color palette and she literally did the rest! The flowers were stunning, she was prompt with emails and easy to get ahold of, the pricing was straightforward with no surprises, and the wedding day went off without a hitch. I showed up to my reception to find a beautifully decorated room. It was invaluable to have a florist that I trusted and never had to check in on or second guess. Highly recommend!

shows, they are absolutely stunning! Our bouquets were so beautiful and everything from the bouquets to the table centerpieces matched perfectly. She even hand delivered the flowers herself the day of the wedding and checked in with me to make sure everything looked the way I wanted. I could not recommend Marcy enough!!

n it into something I would have never of dreamed of! I know that if I had gone elsewhere I would have been disappointed.

ere they would really make our venue look spectacular. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was somewhat difficult to get ahold of due to her volume of work in peak wedding season. However, on the day of, she proved that she was the correct choice as our florist. She made my vision of an arch behind our sweetheart table come together practically and beautifully.

nning a vintage garden wedding at Historic Shady Lane and had a very specific look in mind. I can hardly put into words what an amazing experience it was working with Marcy. She squeezed me into her very tight schedule because I called the same day I was in town from New York City. She did not rush me or pressure me with any decisions. She simply gave me books for inspiration and asked that I send her all of my details, colors, bridesmaid dresses, Pinterest board and she ran with it. She immediately put together a proposal for me and worked daily with me to get it down to meet my budget. On the very hectic day of our wedding I was running around all morning to find my flowers beautifully laid out in our bridal cottage. Each wild bouquet perfect in its color, textures, and volume. When I saw my bouquet I couldn’t help but tear up. She knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond with her very special touch. As if that was not enough the centerpieces topped it all. I was very simple with the details for my centerpieces but mentioned to Marcy that I loved Dahlias. Florists before told me it would be difficult to get Dahlias that late in September. Well... Marcy not only got Dahlias she got the biggest most breathtaking dahlias I’ve ever seen in my life. Everyone is still talking about them. My guests were all asking if they could take them home. I still smile when I look at these pictures of Marcy’s beautiful work. She was so fun to talk to I genuinely missed her after the wedding was over. If you are looking for a florist in the area you would be crazy to work with anyone other than Marcy. She is brilliant!

actly how I was dreaming my wedding flowers. The bridal bouquets the boutineers, and center pieces were truly stunning. The flower shop was truly pleasant to work with and I loved every aspect of wedding flower planning. Marcy thank you for making my dream wedding come true!

said things like earthy, texture, wild, and different she totally got what I wanted! From our initial conversation to seeing what she created for the actual day, I knew that she not only understood my vision but would completely deliver on the floral front. Truth is, she blew me and everyone else away!!! I kept hearing that everything looked magical and that is in large part due to Marcy's incredible work!

E TO FIND THOSE EXTRA LITTLE THINGS. MY FLOWERS WERE TROPICAL COLORS AND ONLY SHE CPOULD FIND THEM IN THE COLORS I WANTED, AND I RECEIVED SO MANY COMPLIMENTENTS. SHE DELIVERED THEM, HELPED US. SHE COULD NOT HAVE DONE MORE. SHE MADE MY DAY SO SPECIAL. I PROMINSE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. ANNE HULSER MILLER

bing things. She got it and got me! I told her my budget and the flowers I was looking to have and Marcy worked really hard to provide what I wanted within my price. And if the flowers were out my range she had great back up flowers that would give the same impression and feel I was looking for. Well...the day of my wedding she surprised me and I had peonies in some of my arrangements! These flowers are pretty much out of season in September and were a bit more expensive then other flowers used for my arrangement. When I saw them here and there in my centerpieces it just made my perfect day reach the heavens! She was very reasonable, for I am not a flower person, she worked with my vision and made it work with my budget. For that I am grateful. My venue referred her shop and I am so happy that they did! Marcy is truly a down to earth and not snobby like some other florist vendors I've consulted with in the area. Definitely check her out! Her shop is uber cute too!
