In our initial meeting, I was unsure about what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want and through our conversations, Marcy was able to bring my vision to life effortlessly. All of our flowers were bright, bold, vibrant and fun which was exactly the feel I wanted for our day. I also knew I wanted something for our sweetheart table and gave Marcy creative freedom and she created a visual display that was more beautiful than anything I could have dreamt. Knowing first hand how much work goes into making a bride's day perfect, I truly cannot thank Marcy and her team at Foster's enough for all the attention to detail and creativity that was put in to the planning and execution of our day. d finding a vendor that was not going to charge a left kidney for a beautiful arrangement and one that would actually listen to us. Then we found Marcy Almoney and her amazing shop, Foster's Flower Shop. Marcy encouraged me to send her inspiration photos and my Pinterest board. During our first meeting she asked me for nearly all my photos why I liked the item and started pulling out common themes in the colors, shapes, arrangement styles, flowers, and greenery used. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted, but she was able to bring it to life! She was very knowledgeable about different flowers, colors, and greenery that would be in season for our wedding. Finally someone who listened and her price point was just right for us! About two months after booking with her, Marcy held an event in which she created some of our wedding pieces and the florals for other events. We were able to visually sample what we selected ahead of time and make in person corrections to what we saw. My husband was able to work with Marcy to create his boutonniere and give his input, as he was unable to attend the initial appointment. We were even able to see florals for other events and get ideas of items we wanted to add! It was such a great way to ensure that we were going to not just like but we were going to love our flowers on our wedding day. On the day of the event, Marcy personally delivered our flowers and setup the arrangements at our reception facility. She was very familiar with our ceremony and our reception locations, so it made it easier for her accomplish a great setup and suggest locations for other floral options. After the wedding my husband and I had a ton of flowers! Pleasantly to our surprise, our centerpiece arrangements lasted two weeks! We were able to use most of our arrangements for drying to enjoy them longer! Suggestions if working with this vendor.... 1) Know the colors you want to have for your wedding. This goes for any florist, but Marcy will want to know colors for bridesmaid dresses/tuxes and other key color points you will have. 2) Fosters has a team of extremely creative people that are capable of creating an array of items. They can create basic arrangements, floral jewelry, and off the wall larger than life creations. Don't be afraid to spark your creative juices and ask about creating something unique if it fits your theme! 3) If they have an event where you can view some of your arrangements ahead of time.... go to the event! I felt so much more comfortable seeing my flowers ahead of time. Not very many vendors will do this because the expense is all theirs. 4) Create a Pinterest board with your floral ideas. Many of our vendors asked for a Pinterest board and Marcy knows how to make it come to life! 5) Check out their social media accounts. Foster's Flower Shop has an active Instagram and Facebook page. Check out what they are doing. You'll find they are consistent in their product delivery and love what they do! 6) If you are looking for other nonfloral vendors, ask Marcy. She has been in the business for years and knows a lot of great professionals!

Marcy was even able to provide linen rentals through a partner she works with to help make the process easy in that regards and help us keep our vendor list to a minimum! Just know if you go with Marcy, you'll get exactly what you want and more!

She didn't try and sell us more than we needed and helped explain ways to cut cost by changing flower types instead of bouquet sizes. I would recommend her to anyone for any event. We had a problem with the venue trying to put up the wrong arch and Marcy took extra time, going out of her way, to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Fosters is the best. Marcy from Foster’s Flowers was amazing throughout the entire process. Since our venue was 2 hours away from where we live, I was able to do the initial consultation and all other communication over the phone and via email. She was flexible, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the actual flowers, different arrangements, the venue, and everything else. She really took the time to go through the details with me, to make sure I was understanding exactly what flowers I was going to get, how they would look, and offered recommendations based on her previous experience and expertise. All of the flowers looked beautiful and were within my budget! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Foster’s Flowers for their great customer service, quality, and attention to detail.

(I literally cried when I had to throw out my bouquet when it finally died because I loved it so much).

They were updating their database this summer so there was some confusion with the proposal but it all got ironed out. Just make sure to look through the proposal in detail. Marcy was apologetic and patient as we went through and fixed it. They were reasonable price-wise. Overall, I was VERY satisfied!

She was always so pleasant to speak with and always answered any questions we had. Our ceremony and reception was in the same room, and Marcy did an amazing job with choosing flowers and centerpieces that were cross-utilized for both set ups. We couldn't be any more happy and impressed with the work Foster's Flower Shop did.

There was a mix up with my bridal bouquet and one of the staff at Foster's tried their best to fix it last minute but honestly if I would have let them make all the decisions on my flowers I'm sure I would've loved it! She was able to narrow down my color choices, since in general I just wanted bride colors to stand out again white and champagne for the wedding party colors. The flower arrangements were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Marcy also worked with me when I wanted to see if we could do some lower prices. Beyond happy with how everything turned out!

She squeezed me into her very tight schedule because I called the same day I was in town from New York City. She did not rush me or pressure me with any decisions. She simply gave me books for inspiration and asked that I send her all of my details, colors, bridesmaid dresses, Pinterest board and she ran with it. She immediately put together a proposal for me and worked daily with me to get it down to meet my budget. On the very hectic day of our wedding I was running around all morning to find my flowers beautifully laid out in our bridal cottage. Each wild bouquet perfect in its color, textures, and volume. When I saw my bouquet I couldn’t help but tear up. She knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond with her very special touch. As if that was not enough the centerpieces topped it all. I was very simple with the details for my centerpieces but mentioned to Marcy that I loved Dahlias. Florists before told me it would be difficult to get Dahlias that late in September. Well... Marcy not only got Dahlias she got the biggest most breathtaking dahlias I’ve ever seen in my life. Everyone is still talking about them. My guests were all asking if they could take them home. I still smile when I look at these pictures of Marcy’s beautiful work. She was so fun to talk to I genuinely missed her after the wedding was over. If you are looking for a florist in the area you would be crazy to work with anyone other than Marcy. She is brilliant!

And if the flowers were out my range she had great back up flowers that would give the same impression and feel I was looking for. Well...the day of my wedding she surprised me and I had peonies in some of my arrangements! These flowers are pretty much out of season in September and were a bit more expensive then other flowers used for my arrangement. When I saw them here and there in my centerpieces it just made my perfect day reach the heavens! She was very reasonable, for I am not a flower person, she worked with my vision and made it work with my budget. For that I am grateful. My venue referred her shop and I am so happy that they did! Marcy is truly a down to earth and not snobby like some other florist vendors I've consulted with in the area. Definitely check her out! Her shop is uber cute too!

it rained three inches of rain, I was so sad to switch my beautiful outside wedding plans to inside. The day before, Marcy called to assure me she'd take make it beautiful, rain or shine. Marcy showed up the next day and SAVED MY WEDDING! I was so worried it wouldn't be beautiful but when I went to look at the room beforehand, I cried. She went above and beyond. Marcy saw what else she could do, went back to her shop, and came back with more to make it just gorgeous for us. Marcy cares about her brides and it was beyond evident at my wedding. I received so many compliments on the flowers at my wedding. If you're looking for someone who is just plain good at her job, please hire Marcy. I wish I could tell every bride to go to her!!!!
