I only paid $450 for this venue and it was perfect! Beautiful setting outside, perfect size of reception hall. Reda worked with us so easily!
It was big enough for a larger wedding but not to large to vastly decorate. If allowing ample room for dancing you would probably only want to have around 50-65 guest attend the re...
ception. It was only a hundred and fifty dollars for the space DJ restroom facilities and as many long ugly brown tables that you could need for the space. Chairs as well. It was decorated in icicle lights that looked beutiful at night as well as a disco ball and other dance lighting. The lady that owns it helped set up and clean for free.;The party has to end by 10:30 and clean-up must be complete by 12. It had a tacky country western theme because after all it is a country line dance and clogging studio. Most of these things were easy to disquise or faded into the background much nicer than I thought. The owner is very picky about everything including where you want to set up stuff. She wants the long tables only and she did not allow us to bring in white round tables from our church out of fear of scratching the hardwood. It is a great dancing floor though. She also is very particular about where she wants the head table to be set as well as the cake. She was very old fashion and not to willing to ease up. The worst part of the venue was these terrible purple and black curtains with a western pattern on all nine windows along the back wall. Removing them even with them being put back during clean up was a big deal. When we decided to cover them up when she told us that they could not go she got very defensive and rude. If you know her it will go well if you don't your up a creek.
