★☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional and Unresponsive — Still No Wedding Photos

verything seemed great — communication was prompt and professional, and on the day of the wedding, they showed up and did their job tremendously well. However, everything since then has been a nightmare.
It has now been six months since our wedding, and we still have not received our photos. We were originally told they would be delivered by March 24, 2025, but that deadline came and went with no communication whatsoever. Then we were given a firm delivery date of April 18, 2025 — yet again, that deadline passed without any updates or delivery of our photos.
We have sent multiple emails, texts, and voicemails — all of which have gone completely unanswered. No updates, no explanation, not even a basic acknowledgment. This level of unprofessionalism is incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing.
Our wedding was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and not having our photos — or even the courtesy of a response — has been heartbreaking. Your wedding day is something you can’t redo, and being left waiting (and ignored) like this has added stress to what should be a happy memory. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring this photographer. You deserve someone who respects your time, communicates clearly, and follows through on their commitments.

I booked him through thumbtack. Was very responsive with bidding. Once booked he promised to get our pictures to us within a certain timeframe. He never did. I called multiple time...
s and sent multiple emails without response. A few weeks later when he finally responded he said we’d have our photos by the following week. We never did. We got our photos after 4 months of when he said we would have them. I would not recommend booking him for a wedding.

e had met with our specific DJ beforehand because that's what we asked to do, but in the end we met with a Manager of other DJs? He was very polite and ammenable, but in the end our DJ did not end up having our final song list. He was missing entire songs (including the song my wife walked down the aisle to) and played incorrect songs during the reception, causing us to scramble throughout the night to get the correct songs in order. As helpful as they tried to be, we were let down ultimately.

him to court multiple times we finally got our pictures.. and we weren’t that Impressed. Some are nice but that’s about it. He didn’t even get one of my husband and I kissing when we say I do. How do you not get a picture of that?! We paid him to capture all those amazing memories and he didn’t. As a photographer we hire you so we don’t have to worry about those moments being captured. He brought in a 2nd photographer for the guys while they got ready all day.. we got NONE of those pictures. Why did we pay for that then?! Why was he even there?! PLEASE don’t use Jerry. You will be disappointed if you even get your pictures

HIM A POSITIVE REVIEW on thumbtack. Came the day for the Save The Date shoot (JULY 24th) and all was great and shoot was good we were thrilled and happy BUT after that, we only got the samples and that's it. WE LEFT MESSAGES, LEFT PHONE MESSAGES and to no avail. HE JUST IGNORED US.
BY THE END OF AUGUST he said: "Tomorrow all copies will be shipped and communication will be restored".
IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER AND NO PHOTOS NO RESPONSE. We are appalled by the experience. Very SAD and DISAPPOINTED because my wedding is coming up. He gives the same excuse: THAT HIS BUSINESS GREW TOO FAST yet he doesn't make sure to hire extra help nor control his bookings.
CANNOT TRUST HIM with my wedding pictures now. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone. I do not wish this upon anyone.

We originally weren't gonna get a videographer but after seeing the reviews and their work we knew we had to bring them on board to capture our big day. We're so happy that we did. Thank you to the talented and amazing Suhan, Jerry and team for an outstanding videography and capturing every moment. We find ourselves watching it over and over and remembering our special day. We can't thank them enough for tailoring the video to who we really are. If we can give them 6 stars out of 5 we would gladly do it as they're deserving.
