Turning her curiosity into a full-time career, Gem opened her very own wedding photography studio in 2021. Today, she helps couples all across the West Coast remember their happily ever after in unique ways.
At FotoGems, Gem uses candid shooting styles to capture the beauty and awe of every fleeting moment. With undirected, unstaged shots, she recounts every tear shed and "I do" said precisely as they happened. Gem also uses vintage film to add a classic and timeless feel to every snapshot.
FotoGems does its very best to create marvelous photography experiences. With a second shooter and additional hours, Gem makes sure her couples get as much footage as possible. She also packs all her high-resolution images into physical and digital keepsakes for sharing and lifelong cherishing, such as plush photo albums and online files. Gem is also happy to pack up and travel for destination weddings, celebrating her love for her craft wherever she can.
