The Warner Loft's open floor plan, weathered wood floors, exposed brick and, industrial lighting create a warm and cozy atmosphere for any celebratory event. Maximum capacity is 75 guests. nly gluten-free meal that was loved by the whole group! On top of the food, the atmosphere of the private room was so lovely and intimate. The icing on the cake was Mary who was so easy to work with while planning the event and then during our dinner was so personable and nice to talk to, every guest left feeling like her friend.

vern. This past weekend the Foundry Kitchen and Tavern hosted my daughter’s bridal shower. Everything was perfect from the planning process right through event day. The Foundry’s menu, staff, and service exceeded my expectations. Event Coordinator Mary Mercier is extremely experienced in event planning. She was able to answer all my questions and made important suggestions that I had not thought of. She went above and beyond to make sure all details were right. In addition to Mary, her assistant Kylie was amazing that day and provided exceptional service. Mary and Kylie were so wonderful and easy to work with. The Foundry Kitchen and Tavern is in the center of Sandy Hook. It was very convenient for my guests arriving from NY, NJ, and MA. My guests and I had sole access to the entire upstairs. The sprawling layout of this gorgeous venue allowed separation for cocktails, games and gift opening as well as a separate side for gourmet seated dining. Everything was displayed so eloquently. I received numerous compliments from many of my guests on the beautiful surroundings, warm ambiance, delicious food, and wonderful staff. Thank you, Mary, and Kylie. We appreciate all the time and effort you put into coordinating this very special event for us. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone interested in hosting a special event in Newtown, CT. My daughters bridal shower was everything I dreamed of and more!!!! Jeanne C

e all my guest. I got great feed back on how delicious the food was and how beautiful the loft is. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which happened to match perfect with our theme. Mary, the manager, is the perfect planner and very knowledgeable. It was great working with her. I definitely plan to come back. Thank you Foundry for making my daughter’s Bridal Shower such a memorable event. I definitely plan to come back!

of space. Have nothing but great things to say...the brunch food we selected was absolutely delicious and the quaint room was set up simply, but very classy. I received so many compliments from our guests on both the food and how beautifully the tables were "dressed." The Event Manager--Mary-- was so easy and nice to work with. Just an example of a last-minute special touch was that Mary had a jar of small pink pencils that were used for the games.

York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, so this location was about 2 hours for all, making it perfectly central! Mary was our event coordinator. She made the process of planning this event SO simple and easy! She is such a fun and outgoing person, yet very professional and handles everything stress free and with ease! She took away all the stresses involved in planning a bridal shower and made planning it the most enjoyable experience! Also, the staff was wonderful! We had Ryan and Kylie as our bartending/wait staff. They were also very professional, yet such a fun addition to have around at the shower! All were so personable and catered to our needs so well! Overall, I could not be happier with how this turned out!! You will not be disappointed choosing this as a place for a shower or rehearsal dinner venue! I seriously cannot speak highly enough of the staff, the cleanliness, the food, and the overall experience!!
