Four 40 Entertainment

Four 40 is AMAZING!! We could have not been happier with them! They got our lighting and photo booth perfect to our vision. So easy to work with and the staff was on time and so sweet and pleasant! Can not recommend them highly enough!

Four 40 Entertainment was great! They played awesome music, everyone was on the dance floor, and definitely made it a night to remember!!! They were very responsive and made sure we were happy at the end of the day! The pictures from the photo booth were very cute as well! Very happy to work with them!! ❤️

Thank you for a great time! Music is everything in a wedding, and Four 40 Entertainment made my wedding be the best I could dream of and more. I’ve received several compliments from our guest saying that the music was well mixed and that it represented Us and also was able to honor my parents music and our mixed cultures. I’m sorry to have to write this but I don’t want other brides to experience what I experienced. Communication was lacking with four 40. They didn’t listen to my wedding coordinator the day of. They weren’t ready for my ceremony. We were waiting for him. He didn’t play my preceremony songs. He played the wrong ceremony song and had start over. That was embarrassing. He played the wrong reception entrance song. I chose an upbeat song and he played a random slow ballad. I was very disappointed walking in when I should be celebrating my marriage. He played the first dance, father daughter dance and couples dance back to back when it wasn’t supposed to be. He didn’t even know what couples dance was and I realized that 1 minute into the song. I had to get off the dance floor and explain it to him. Then he turned the music off for cake cutting which was awkward. I do not recommend them again. They were not worth the money. I could’ve just played music on my phone. Luckily I had a band for the rest of the night who saved the day.

This was the only vendor at our wedding that we are not giving 5 stars to. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the DJ and MC were amazing! But overall the customer service from this company was lacking. I had to message them several times to send me the invoice so they can be paid. I also had to message them several times to send me the designs for the monogram and photobooth print outs. They didn't end up sending them to me until 5 days before the wedding. I also requested a lapel microphone 3 different times for the ceremony. On the day of the wedding they brought an over the ear microphone. I would have looked like Britney Spears going down the aisle. And then on top of all that they didn't test their speakers/microphones before the ceremony so the microphone for the officiant didn't even work. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. But if I were to leave a review just for the DJ/MC it would be 5 stars.

5 out of 5 for sure. played great music and adjusted flawlessly to our need for ceremony music at the last minute. would recommend Four 40 Ent to anyone considering tying the knot or any event a DJ would be needed. our guest made comments all night on behalf of the great job they did!! Our wedding was just weeks away when we decided we really wanted a Photo booth for our guests! Our wedding coordinator recommended Four 40 Entertainment so we reached out to them and Jesus contacted us back right away! They offered a photo booth package for 3 hours right under our budget so it worked out perfectly! Their package included unlimited double prints for guests, props, an on-site attendant, and they personalized the print-out for us! We even got a copy of all of our guests' photo booth pictures! The photo booth was a hit and our guests had so much fun! We were very satisfied with Four 40 Entertainment's services and we would highly recommend them!

If you want a DJ to get the party going and keep it going, Four 40 is the one! The MC was so energetic! From the lighting, to the photo booth, to our monogram. They were GREAT! Can't wait to have another event to hire them!

Jesus is the best DJ in all of San Antonio! He is amazing and knows exactly how to get a party started and end one! You have the get the package with all the props because it's so much fun! He made our guests dance all night long and when it was time for him to go my guests were literally screaming for more songs to play! He's the best! Please hire him!

Four40 Entertainment was excellent. Jesus is great to work with – incredibly responsive and he exudes confidence and experience. I never once worried that he might be late or play what I asked him not to. The lighting and set up he uses is very professional and looked great. Our emcee for the night was not the best, but when I contacted Jesus about it after, he’d already spoken to him and told him that his behavior was not acceptable. That being said, everyone had a great time on the dance floor.
