Where to even begin?! Our wedding was originally planned and set to be in Puerto Rico. After Hurricane Maria came through and devastated most of the island we had to make new plans...
with only 50 days to go before our scheduled wedding day. New Orleans is a city we have always loved and we were so extremely lucky to have found the Four Points French Quarter. From the very beginning our coordinator Jamie and her entire staff were so attentive to our every need and request. They treated my husband and I like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure all of our guests were taken care of. I could continue on and on about how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and how the Four Points staff made our day so very special. If you are thinking of getting married in New Orleans you absolutely must do so here- the best decision we ever made!
The group sales representative that I worked with was Jamie Dawkins, and she was the absolute best. She not only helped me come up with the right numbers of rooms that I needed, b...
ut she also worked with us when we needed to add and deduct nights. She made sure that we received the absolute best service from everyone at the hotel. From the moment we checked in, everyone knew our names and greeted us everyday as if we had been there for years.
The bar and restaurant were extremely accommodating, especially the night that it rained and about 50 of us took over the entire lobby for the night. The rooms were a bit small, but we weren't in them much, and the valet parking fees were a little high (30 a night), but the valet attendants were fast and extremely hospitable.
The location though, well it was great. The hotel is on the corner of Bourbon and Toulouse, which is almost the center of the French Quarter, so all of our guests didn't have far to go for anything that they needed. There are some really great restaurants within walking distance and of course, being on Bourbon, there are more than enough adult establishments in the area.
