The entire staff there was always extremely friendly and courteous and helpful in every way possible.
I mostly worked with Angelea, their group manager. She went above and beyond to help us with everything, including checking out the honeymoon suite to make sure it was perfect for the bridesmaids sleepover I had the night before the wedding and that we used for the wedding night itself.
My groom hosted a tea hour the afternoon before the ceremony in one of the Palm meeting rooms at the hotel. It was very easy to book it and get everything they needed for him to serve specialty teas and exotic fruits.

ice outdoor area for the cocktail hour.;Don't have a wedding there during the winter or when it might possibly rain. It rained the weekend of my wedding and they had a few leakage problems. Also they didn't really have a plan for my outdoor cocktail hour. It got moved into the reception room and really wasn't as nice as it could have been. They needed to have a better plan for the weather . Also please check to make sure they have more belly bars for the cocktail hour and check to make sure the liens are cleaned and pressed.
