They helped with our planning every step of the way and were happy to accommodate any special requests we had. Katie was a great help during planning and Scott took amazing care of us all night. Our one complaint is that the bartenders were TOO good. They had our drinks memorized early on so any time we walked up to the bar, they had a fresh one ready before we could say a word. They even took the opportunity to deliver a drink into our hands on the dance floor when they saw we didn't have one. Can't recommend this place enough.

One of the things that stands out as above and beyond is how well the staff took care of our gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan guests. They really go all out to ensure that the guests feel special.

venue, and food/drink questions we had. Everything with The Four Seas was direct and simple-- no hidden fees, no confusing contracts, food and drinks included in the pricing of all of their packages. They took care of EVERYTHING. On the wedding day, Scott was fantastic to work with as well. Everything went so smoothly. There was an error on my part with our seating chart, and Scott handled it with grace, only letting me know about it after it had already been handled. We added on appetizers for our guests, but since our "cocktail hour" was before the grand entrance, Scott made it a point to have appetizers at our seats waiting for us to enjoy before salad and dinner. All of our guests loved the food, and the bar had super quick service for everyone. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. Everyone that we worked with at the venue was so kind and eager to help. I'll be telling everyone about how much we loved The Four Seas! Thanks again to everyone! We had the best day ever, and it wouldn't have been possible without Katie, Scott, and all of the servers, bartenders, cooks, and set-up/take-down crews at The Four Seas!

ely decorated wedding venue. It was gorgeous and seamless and required us to barely lift a finger. Our ceremony in the yard area was beautiful too. We were initially worried about being close to the highway but it was a complete non issue. We didn’t hear it at all and there was plenty of greenery. Guests raved about the chicken modish and roast beef. Husband and I felt like royalty thanks to the day of person in charge Scott. Thanks again 4 seas, you’re a hidden gem!

They have beautiful decorations that you can choose from at no extra cost. If you want to use your own decor, they will still help you set it up. Casey helped me decorate all the tables with some of the decor I brought in. She ended up doing more work than I did & she was so incredibly kind & fun to work with. Katie helped book, coordinate tastings, the tour, & all of the contact. She was beyond helpful, kind, & patient. It was so easy figuring out things that could have been stressful somewhere else because of her help! Dave does so much! I think a lot of it is behind the scenes & in the kitchen. My goodness he makes some great food! He was always so nice & personable every time we saw him. And Scott. Scott helped keep me in the loop on the day of. He made sure everything was going smoothly & did such a lovely job. He was so kind & professional. I felt more confident living in the moment knowing he had his eye on things. There was definitely more staff that I didn’t get to spend as much time with, but I’ll tell you what, they took an already beautiful venue & made it 10x more incredible with the people they have. I would 10000% have my wedding here again. I couldn’t be happier with how it went. And I’m even happier with the people I got to meet here along the way. This is a very reasonably priced venue especially for what you get! Thank you to their phenomenal team for every single thing they did both big & small. guests. First, the venue looked absolutely beautiful. We thought it looked great the day before our wedding, and we got a lot of compliments about how beautiful and elegant everything looked the night of the wedding. Several people asked me that night how my husband and I found out about the Four Seas because it was such a great venue. One of our guests has been a wedding photographer for over 30 years, and he kept talking the next day about how impressed he was with how the tables were set up and about how elegant the venue looked. We also appreciated Scott greeting us outside of the building before we entered the reception, and checking in with us throughout the evening to see how things were going during the night. Additionally, we got a lot of compliments about the food, both from people with special dietary restrictions who received their own meals and from people who ate off of the buffet. One of my friends told me that she and the guests at her table talked about how the food was the best wedding food they'd ever had! Finally, one of our guests brought her son, who is in a wheelchair. She told my mom that she was so impressed with how accommodating the staff was to his needs . She said that unlike her experience at other venues, the staff kept checking on him, carried his food to the table (which, according to her, doesn't usually happen at other venues when there is a buffet), and helped to ensure that he made it through the crowd to the restroom. Overall, the Four Seas provided us with an incredible evening. It's a hidden gem in St. Louis, and we would recommend the Four Seas to any couple who is considering having their wedding reception in the area!

as through a Google search and decided to check it out. As soon as my fiance and I walked through we loved it! It was in our top 3 choices (#1 but we needed to look at the numbers) and compared to everywhere we looked, it was the best bang for our buck. They have 3 packages to choose from and we went with the smallest one and added on a couple other items. Included in your price (per person) is food (which was DELICIOUS!), decor, table settings, alcohol (TOP SHELF with liquor!), staff, security, etc. Not only was it the cheapest option for us knowing what we wanted going in, it made it so much easier because they did a majority of the decorating for us since it was part of the package! We went in the day before and worked for a HALF HOUR just putting out personalized items. That doesn't happen! Megan and Scott are on top of their game and have it down to a science. The only issue was we also had a wedding planner and I am in events myself so having 3 strong opinionated people involved got a little dicy a few times but in the end it went over wonderfully! I loved it and am so happy to have had our reception here!

Every little detail was taken care of, and I didn't need to worry about anything with the reception hall during the wedding planning process. The bows on the chairs, the centerpieces, and the seating arrangements were all taken care of and out of my mind. We had three vegans, one vegetarian, three gluten free, and lactose intolerants guests coming to our wedding, and the staff treated it as though it was no problem at all. Of all the choices I had to make during the wedding planning process (dress, floral, cake, photo/video...), finding and booking our reception venue at Four Seas was the easiest one.

it was a great venue to show off the city of St. Louis. The proximity to downtown was great and made it easy for out of town guests to get to and from their hotels. The staff was incredible from the initial contact to the return of our deposit. Megan responded so fast to all my emails and answered any questions I had. The night of the reception we were a little rushed due to traffic and the wait staff came out and unloaded our shuttle bus while we started introductions. Having a matre di helped a ton because he came over and kept making sure we had everything we needed. After the reception, they packed up all the décor and placed it in boxes and the following day we just drove up and they helped load it into our cars. The service was OUTSTANDING and really made the evening stress-free.
