it. This year we asked Chef Charles once again to make us our wedding dinner. Just look at these pictures. How thoughtful are they! We started out with cheese, fruit, and baked Brie. Our dinner is their Smoked Gouda Artichoke chicken with Sharp Cheddar Mac, roasted veggies and potatoes. We will forever support this small business! Four seasons catered our wedding formal sit down dinner reception of 30 people. The food was amazing and the staff did a exceptional job setting up and serving us. They even poured and brought out all the champagne glasses to my guests when it was time for the toast. I did not have to do a single thing on my day.

mac and cheese at our wedding and everybody was raving about how delicious the food was. We had a hiccup with transportation, so guests arrived to the reception venue almost an hour before cocktail hour was scheduled to start, but the Four Seasons team went out of their way to get the cocktails served and the drinks flowing, which was not something they signed up to do that early. We are so grateful for all their hard work in making our wedding reception one to remember and we are looking forward to stopping by Four Seasons next time we're in town!
