We sampled an array of dishes, including first courses, entrees like miso-glazed chilean sea bass and filet with truffle pesto, and a variety of desserts. We had the best time at the tasting and were incredible impressed! Of course, Caroline was present and guided as along the way. The food at the actual wedding was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The team accommodated all allergies flawlessly, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality and taste. On the wedding day and in the days leading up to it, Caroline orchestrated everything flawlessly. She managed vendor coordination, timeline execution, and any unexpected issues with grace and efficiency, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without stress. Additionally, Caroline went above and beyond by assisting us with our honeymoon at another Four Seasons location. She secured a fantastic room rate in Hawaii and coordinated with her colleagues there to ensure a seamless transition and continued exceptional treatment. This made the shift from wedding celebration to honeymoon effortless. Our wedding was a dream come true, largely thanks to Caroline. Her professionalism, passion, and genuine desire to make our day perfect were unmatched. Two weeks later, our friends and family are still talking about it, with many claiming it was the best wedding food they’d ever had and the most well-organized event they’d attended.
