It’s been three weeks after my wedding, and even now I can still remember all the great details at FS One Dalton. We had the best wedding ever, and everything turned out to be unbelievably great. We had less than a year to plan, but I knew I wanted my wedding to be the best and the most beautiful place since I also work at the hotel for so many years. We got very lucky to meet Megan M, who really stood out to me from other luxury hotels. She made us feel so welcomed, and we connected so well, as if she was already ready for us. I could just feel it. The spaces were spectacular, very modern, and definitely had a luxury vibe. And from the moment we walked into the property, all the staff were professional and lovely, so we knew we could trust their services on our special day. Throughout the planning process, Megan always answered our questions without delay, and she was very patient in giving us suggestions and recommendations. We were lucky to find our designing team, DiCicco Design from her, one of the best design teams you can ask for in Boston. We also didn’t have to worry about the wedding cake and catering, because they did an amazing job with all the foods. We were very impressed by their Banquet Chef, Victoria, from the passed hors d’oeuvres and display, to the first course and entree. Our guests enjoyed all of them a lot, and they are still talking about it. Megan also coordinated our wedding cake very well with the pastry team. I had a specific request for the cake decoration and to have the color to be pink, and thanks to Alexa, who was in charge of our cake, they made it work! We just have to say that it was probably the best red velvet cake we ever had. The night went so well with all the FS One Dalton team. All the staff from doorman/front desk/bartender to the entire Banquet team, they were super friendly and made us feel like home. We couldn’t thank them enough for providing such 5-Star services to our guests and families. Shoutout to their Banquet Director, Brian Vos, who led the great team to ensure the night went smoothly. As a bride, we all know how stressful it can be when you start planning your wedding and you want everything to be perfect. I was thrilled that I found FS One Dalton and worked with Megan. She’s the most genius, professional and delightful person you could ask for. Our wedding was not just perfect, but also so memorable, and we even wanted to do it again!

My husband and I got married at the Four Seasons One Dalton in November 2022 and everything was perfection. The absolute friendliest staff who go above and beyond and treat you like family, the food/drinks and accommodations were amazing. Gabi was incredible and a joy to work with. Could not recommend more, the best decision!

We had our wedding at the Four Seasons last weekend and it was absolutely everything and more. The staff treated me and my family like royalty and everything was done to perfection. Everyone raved about the food and could not sing more praises for how seamless everything went. Gabi was incredible and went above and beyond every step of the way.

My husband and I recently got married at Four Seasons One Dalton, and the entire experience was perfection from start to finish! Megan M. is absolutely amazing and made sure every detail was exactly as we wanted. I cannot express how grateful I am for her; she is truly a rock star! The event spaces are beautiful, sleek, and modern. The service is truly unbeatable, we were treated like royalty. One thousand percent would recommend!!!

This venue is absolutely magical!! My husband and I had the most spectacular wedding and it was so easy to plan because of the support and wizardry of Gabi Crimaldi. She is an expert in her field, master of her craft, and the best at what she does. She is the most loving, professional, kind, punctual, AVAILABLE person I have ever worked with. She's quick to answer questions on email, return calls, provide layouts, make changes. etc.....I'm convinced she's super human and in awe of her work ethic. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you're happy and satisfied. From start to finish, Gabi made us feel like the only couple she was planning a wedding for. Everything was stunning, from the rooms, to the amenities, to the ballrooms, to the scenery, to the cake design, to the tablecloths, to the chairs, to the dance floor. Everything was FLAWLESS. We couldn't have asked for a more seamless wedding experience and Gabi made the planning process FUN. No bride/groom zillas over here. We couldn't believe how perfect our special day was. I would recommend this venue (and Gabi) to anyone. I'm grateful for the memories and friendships we were able to cultivate.

We had the most incredible wedding at FS One Dalton. The entire experience, starting from deciding which venue to use for our wedding, setting timelines, logistics, and everything leading up to the wedding felt organized and efficient, yet personal. Gabi, the Director of Catering at FS One Dalton, was extremely responsive to all of our emails/phone calls/texts, helpful, gracious, and full of incredibly helpful suggestions. Gabi made sure our wedding day proceeded as planned, and made sure all of our vendors were where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there. She also helped corral our wandering family members! The FS One Dalton staff were all incredibly helpful and accommodating, and helped make the day an incredible experience. The service was excellent, prompt, and professional. The food was delicious at both cocktail hour and during dinner--even better than it was for the tasting. If we were to do it over again, we'd choose FS One Dalton 100%.

We cannot thank the staff (and particularly Gabi) enough at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton for making our wedding day a dream come true! Every detail was handled with care and attention that made the day perfect. The service was absolutely phenomenal, the food BEYOND amazing and the ballroom was perfect for our 80 person wedding. We truly can't thank Gabi enough though for making the wedding process so seamless, easy and most importantly fun! She is the best of the best and I truly cannot imagine working with anyone else - she is the person you want by your side helping you make big and small decisions along the way and most importantly being there on the big day! There is nothing she can't handle or won't assist with and we are forever grateful for her assistance in helping create the best day of our lives! We can't recommend the Four Seasons or Gabi enough - book them NOW!

There is no better place in Boston (or really anywhere!) to get married then the Four Seasons One Dalton. My wife Sarah and I were treated like royalty, any request or ask we had was met with enthusiasm and kindness. As a gay couple, it was vitally important to us during our wedding planning process to be in a space that was inclusive and welcome - and the FS was truly remarkable. We cannot recommend them enough, especially Gabi and the entire staff who ensured that our special day was truly magical. We cannot thank them enough, and they have customers (and friends!) for life.

We had our wedding at the Four Seasons this year and we were so happy with the way things turned out! We reached out to over 3 dozen venues in Greater Boston and picked the Four Seasons because of their beautiful indoor spaces (requiring less need for your own decor), the convenient city location, the incredible service, and the proactive steps they took to partner with Johns Hopkins to reduce COVID risks inside the hotel (these can be found in press releases online). Additionally, we were REALLY impressed by how quickly the Director of Catering/wedding coordinator, Gabi Crimaldi, would respond to all our inquiries, both before and after we signed a contract with the venue. She answered all our questions by email immediately and is truly an incredible resource for any detail involved in a wedding. On the day of the wedding Gabi and the hotel provided seamless coordination of the ceremony + reception, visiting us in our bridal suite to ensure everything was going according to schedule. They even made sure my bouquet was brought to me while we were shooting photos outdoors before the ceremony, even though I hadn't asked. We were amazed by the attention to detail and level of service offered to us, which made planning a wedding so much easier in a pandemic. Many guests commented to us after the wedding that they loved the food+drinks provided by the Four Seasons, which were more generous than they were used to seeing at weddings. I would definitely recommend this venue!

We cannot even begin to express how amazing the Four Seasons and Gabi Crimaldi were throughout our whole wedding process. We began planning during the pandemic while we temporarily resided in Columbus OH. We put our trust completely in Gabi because it was hard to fly back and forth for things due to COVID and she executed everything with perfection. We all know that planning a wedding is extremely stressful, but Gabi truly reduced all of the stress we were feeling. She is extremely responsive and personable. Every time we sent an email or a text, we heard back in under 5 minutes, no matter the time of day. The venue and hotel was everything you can ever possibly dream of, from the food to the rooms to the service. The staff was impeccable and Gabi made sure that we had everything we needed every day of our stay. We even forgot my husbands shirt for the wedding and Gabi ran out that morning to the store to get him one. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Our guests and wedding party still talk about how amazing Gabi is, even a month later. If you are looking for an elegant and beautiful wedding venue with the best coordinator out there, The Four Seasons is the way to go. I wish I could give them a million stars, because they truly deserve it.

Couldn't imagine doing my wedding anywhere else! Everything about it was perfect - accommodations, service, food, drinks, etc. Also want to give a HUGE thank you to Gabi Crimaldi who worked with us on getting everything perfect for the event. She is so impressive and so great at what she does. She was with us every step of the way and made the whole process not only fun but super stress-free. Would recommend this place for anyone planning a wedding or event.

The entire experience was very painless and executed flawlessly by the One Dalton team. Gabi was one of the most impressive individuals I've ever worked with. She was extremely responsive (both email and texts), super accommodating with our requests (nothing was too difficult for her), and genuinely cared that the entire experience and the day was special for everyone. I cannot say enough good things about how good Gabi is at what she does. The service from the entire hotel staff was also unparalleled, as they accommodated guests from around the country and made everyone feel special. The food was amazing all around - from the pass hors d'oeuvres to the entrees. The chef and pastry chef were impressive and undaunted by some of our unique requests (family recipes, special cocktails, etc). The space was beautiful and elegant, and the staff made it feel very quaint. Gabi did an excellent job coordinating flower vendors, music, and any additional rentals we had brought in, making the reception space look absolutely stunning. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the entire wedding experience and thank you to Gabi for making it so magical!
